The payment has been made for the order PQWDHWNOM but it is getting listed as COD. I am trying to contact the customer care ([protected]) number since a month and have had no one pick the call. This has been my first purchase and truly disappointed.
I haven't received the order yet.

Updated by Soujanya84 have logged so many tickets on their site and no response on customer care number. Pathetic company to deal with and its such a waste of time spending hours to track it. It has been a pre-paid order and just struggling for it
