Updated by Mugdha Adwani I had placed an order for 2 sale items. But both were not what I ordered. The Order Id is #1165807, placed on 27th December 2016.
1. Outside Paris Toms is used/old and doesn't match the image of the footwear.
2. Two Tone Red has a velvet material on top of it which is not in good condition and also had very bad smell.
I want to return these 2 items and want you to please credit the amount in my SSS wallet as I have lost all confidence in these 2 items. I have this fear that even if I place an exchange, they would reach me in the same condition and since you have the policy of charging Rs.200/- in your second exchange, I might end up paying Rs.200/- extra, which would be a sheer waste for me.
I have trying to reach over to you since the day I received my order, but I didn't get any reply back. I have also been calling you people, but no answer.
So I placed an exchange online, but later realised what if you send the faulty items again. So I want the credit of the money in my SSS wallet so that I can buy something that I have already bought from you.

I have been having facing the issue since a month. The product ordered is not delivered. Its a pre-paid order but on the site it is listing as COD . The order reference number #1157141. Order was placed on 23 Dec 2016. Please look into the complaint registered or provide ur contact number to reach you guys.
