I placed the order[protected] on 15th Dec and also submitted the complaint regarding non receipt of the same on 10th Jan.
The reply to the same was product will be delivered on urgent basis and a week has passed but i have not received any mail regarding it means the product is not yet out for delivery.
Its height of testing someones patience level now.As usual no one replies to the calls on customer care number. We gotta chase you and keep track and there is no response from your side. You people are harassing your customers. I want my money returned.

    I have ordered two shoes and for first shoes i had a shoe size of 40 but i want size 41 . i had sent a pickup request. also pickup has been done but i had not got the shoe yet. for the second boot i had sent the pickup request for it along with my first shoes but it has not been pickup up. winters are going on and i wanted shoes for the winters but i cant wear them because i had not got the first shoes of size 41 and the second boot is with me it has not been picked up.will you deliver me the products after winters? you have such a slow service. you deliver the products so late. kindly give me my products soon and pick my boot from my house.

      After that I logged a call with helpdesk

        I purchased a black sneaker from street style store but the quality is not as same as shown in the product and the size is also small. I have been trying to contact the customer care but they are'nt responding as well as to the emails also.
        this kind of behaviour and respond to customer is very harsh. i want my product to be exchanged as soon as possible.

Now confirmation of order shows pending. Pathetic experience. Seriously terrible service. Never seen such a situation.

              SSS itself cancelled my order since it failed in footwear delivery even after 50 days. I need my refund or else I ll go to consumer court. SSS update me on my refund otherwise your idea of fooling people will not save your business. Orderid 1091224. I am fed up of this process of following up with you, Even your support staff is not that capable of replying for the complains efficiently. So better you treat this case on priority otherwise I will have to take help of social media to get my refund and I I ll do the same, you will loose your image in social media, and which will effect your business even more.

              SSS has totally failed in deliver the order even after taking 55 days, then it cancelled my order. Its been 8 days, since order cancellation but haven't received my refund for the same. I had to follow up like 20 times for orders and now for refunds also. This company is behaving unprofessionally and just fool the customers by keeping attractive items on its site. They never deliver the order and very ill mannered in providing response. If I don't get my refund in two days, will take the legal action against company. I don't understand even after receiving so many complaints against this website, why does consumer forum not cancelling the licence of this company for selling products online.                 I had ordered shoes from this site on 26th November 2016 and I have not received my order yet. The total amount of my order was Rs.1897. I had send them many mails but there was not even a single reply to any of those mails. I tried to call them on this [protected] number and it always comes as busy. How much more time do I have to wait for my order? It's two months now . Either you place my order or if you cannot deliver it I will cancel my order.

                    Hello,
                    I am very upset with this website. My order with the reference HKMYUBJGZ still is not delivered. I have ordered it on 7th Jan and have paid online. I have no further updates on my product. And I can't even log into my account in SSS. It is showing "webpage is not working" whenever I try to log in. What is this? So irresponsible. If I don't get any updates on my product and if I donot get my order within the next 3 days, I will drag you and your company to the court . I will have to take legal actions and I am very serious about it. I am expecting a fast reply to this email and I want you guys to take immediate action. I would never suggest this website to any one of my friends after this experience.

                      I received a mail from street style store that FedEx people will be coming to pick up a faulty pair of shoes which I received . But after talking to FedEx people they refused to take the pick up without the awb number which SSS is supposed to provide me . I have requested the help desk of SSS to give me the awb number but I haven't got any response from them.
                      Also I haven't got the second pair of shoe I have ordered yet. The status of my order is priority dispatch, whant kind of priority is this its already 2 months I have paid the money for the 2 pair of shoes and have received only one pair that too not the one I have ordered . I am sick mailing to the SSS and this my 3rd complaint to you too.

                      I received a wrong pair of shoes from SSS of which I complained to you . I received a mail from SSS that FedEx guy will come and pick up the wrong pair of shoes on 13/01/2017 . I talked to FedEx people they are asking me for a awb number which SSS will provide me and without which they will not pick up . I even went to FedEx office and talked to them about any other way out but they refused to pick up without awb number. I asked for awb number many times from SSS help desk but I am not receiving any response from them.
                      It's already 2 months I have made the payment for 2 pair of shoes of which I received only 1 and that too wrong one and which they are not exchaning now.
                      I am totally harassed now I want this pair to be replaced with the pair I ordered and also my second pair.

I received a mail for a pickup on 13/01/2017 by FedEx team, but no-one was come for a pickup yet and when I went to FedEx office for enquiry about the pickup they are asking for a awb number before pickup .I am attaching the screenshot of the mail for pick up below.

                        I had ordered two sale items from Street Style Store. The Order Id is #1165807, placed on 27th December 2016.

                        1. Outside Paris Toms is used/old and doesn't match the image of the footwear.
                        2. Two Tone Red has a velvet material used on top of it which is not in good condition and also has a very bad smell.

                        I want to return these 2 items and want you to please credit the amount in my SSS wallet as I have lost all confidence in these 2 items. I have this fear that even if I place an exchange, they would reach me in the same condition and since you have the policy of charging Rs.200/- in your second exchange, I might end up paying Rs.200/- extra for the same.

                        Hope that you would do the needful asap.

                                The product arrived bangalore on 11th jan, 17 i have still not got the item delivered. The delivery guy called me and told he will deliver the product i called multiple times no answer to the calls. This happens every time when the delivery partner is rquick. Order num RSSSCC37651. How irresponsible is this kind of behavior now?? Atleast keep updating! All I can see in the status is "payment accepted" Is this what I expect in status of delivery?? I wanted to order few more dresses and accessories but with such kind of customer service, I am in a complete dilemma!

                                    I placed my order on 23rd Dec 16 with reference id #1157222 for which I have been assured to receive it within 3-21 days. But not just that I have not received my product yet but also there's no way to track down my order. Totally disappointed. There's been no dispatch mail. Is this what happens to customers who've paid in advance?
                                    I demand cashback.

                                      I bought boots from street stye store website online. I received the shoes and it was of wrong size. I asked to replace it. I've already paid for the shoes. Now I haven't received the correct size shoes its been more than 20 days. This is the most inappropriate behaviour from an online shopping portal like this. I have made the payment received the wrong size and still didn't received the new one and it's been 10 days already. Either return my money or send my shoes as soon as possible. Worst shopping experience ever. Never gonna shop on this website again.

                                        The colour of product that is SNEAKERS which i received is totally different from what i actually ordered .
                                        So i wanted to return it and get the refund or solve my problem in any other way !!
                                        so i tried to submit my query to SSS but not able to submit the complain !!

                                        SSS should have proper customer care service so that we will not get tensed for such matters.

                                        please look into this and solve my problem as early as possible.
