The courier guy refused to do doorstep delivery he was calling me down to take the order due to some reason I couldn’t go he told that can he keep the order with someone else down as my relative has a shop under my building i told him to keep there i took the parcel from there after around 10 mins and then i saw box was torn from down a bit and it had no product inside even my relative said it was damaged a bit when I complained about it the street style store customer support is saying if there was no product it could’ve been known by the weight but the person who Recieved my relative he is old and he does not know much about all this that not to Recieve if damaged or seeing the weight n all i just called him and told him to keep the parcel and the fault is their’s cause the courier guy should do doorstep delivery if he would’ve given doorstep delivery I would’ve checked with all this and wouldn’t take the parcel my money is wasted either the brand or the courier company is fraud

The delivery guy called me at first and said that today he will deliver me at 3 pm but he didn't. I called him more than 5 times but he didn't pick up. Seriously what is this? If your "delivery guys" are so bad at delivering then please don't take them. I am still eagerly waiting for my clothes and if it doesn't comes then you definitely get bad reviews from my town. Do it soon or else your app is nothing but a big [censored].

I hv placed an order under ID #5701329 on 6-2-22 and they haven't yet dispatched my products worth rs 1200 and they are not at all answering to my dms on Instagram but they're all active on Instagram. Nor they're receiving the call. Tried raising query on their website and they say we will contact you within 24-48hours but nobody gets back. This is such a nuisance and they don't really care to address the grievances of their customers. I want my products or my money refunded back

I haven't received my order yet... The Tracking page of the street style store says it has been shipped...the order was supposed to come on 14th Feb 2022.. The courier service xpressbees how a status that I was not available to pick the order... I have been waiting the whole the courier service did not contact me at all... Its been more than 2 days...every night I get a message that the order was not delivered and everytime I reschedule it to the next day thinking I might get the right contact this time.. That I might be able to talk to someone... The courier service always gives my wrong numbers for contact... Most of them are either some random persons number or the phone is switched off... Do look into the matter.

Your executives are not delivering my product, is this your service ? Is this the way you serve your customers ? I was waiting for my product eagerly because i need it and your executives are not delivering, this kind of people you hier ? I want very very strict action against your executive and CAN YOU PLEASE DELIVER MY PRODUCT TO ME ASAP???? i got a call from customer care service after the last mail i sent and i told him to re-attempt the delivery, today i got a message that the product will deliver today soon, i called the executive whose number was written in that message and he again denied to deliver. Please let me know what kind of service you guys are providing.

I ordered 3 sets of slippers from SSS and proceed to check out through google pay. In google pay I made the transaction and it was successful (screenshot attached)but when it directed to the website it shows that my oder was in the cart and proceed to pay. My money got debited but it is not showing on the website. I have reached to the store regarding this issue but they didn't give a proper reply to me. They took my money and not placed the order. I would like to have my money back.

The executive is not delivering my order and cancelling it by himself not even contacting me.

My product was picked on 22nd dec and it reached to store as well but the exchanged product is not delivered yet. It's been more than a month now . Please dispatch it as soon as possible or return my money back. I have filed so many complaints but there is no support from their side.
