I want to replace my shoes but the delivery boy Called me I was unable to pick call because of Holi I call him bck the ringing is going but he is not picking my phn ...
It's been 17 days and my order is not even shipped yet. It still says sorry for the delay but everytime I check it isn't shipped yet

    I am Shreya Arora. I ordered an item from SSS on 9-11-21 and within a couple of days of receiving the product, I returned it because of some size issues.

      My product was picked on 22nd dec and it reached to store as well but the exchanged product is not delivered yet. It's been more than a month now . Please dispatch it as soon as possible or return my money back. I have filed so many complaints but there is no support from their side.

                Boots I received was damaged and one size small so i asked for exchange they picked up damaged one but till now they haven't delivered the exchanged product it's been more than one month for entire process and they haven't even dropped a single mail in the overall process there is no customer care no. Or emailing service!!!

                            I placed an order in August 2021 which i never recieved. It shows that it was returned but neither did I get a call or the delivery. 5 months have gone by, during which i submitted complaints through mail and did not get a response. This needs to be fixed on priority, I dont even want you product anymore. Just return the money.

                                I had brought a shoe that worths 999 and I had paid COD then I had size issue so I had gave for exchange since I had gave fir exchange I haven't received my shoe it has been 4 months I haven't received I send them lot of emails but no answer then I try tracking number but I didn't find anything it said that it have not ship yet . I call their company number but it was an auto call they said they will get to me after 24 hours but they didn't call me back I think they are busy the whole day whole month . Please deliver my shoe or refund my money. I know you have a lot of customers so it didn't mean that you should treat other customers like this . We are also asking money from our parents and we don't want to lose their money also each money is really important . I will be grateful i[censored] deliver my shoe as soon as possible .
