Please try to understand I need my order before 1 April 🙏🥺please I’m your good customer and I’ve made a lot of orders before you that also took literally months to get delivered, please try to deliver it asap or at least tell me how much exact time it’s gonna take?

I have prepaid the order of worth rs 799 the UPI payment cash is deducted.. payment is accepted but.. delivery is not assigned .. it's been 4-5 days...
I think my money is in the wrong hands.. or either i have losted it..I raised the query in the site but no response was there not even a single mail..
It was my first and worst experience at SSS I'm not ordering anything next time from this site...not at all..
even they don't provide a refund policy..why??

I'm unable to know my delivery status for the order I've placed on 13th march. I don't know whether it's delivered or not neither their support emails nor their Instagram handles are responding.

I have order two boots size 37 and i have done the EMI payment of ₹550 throught snapmint which was provided in SSS.The money have been deducted from my account but no confirmation message of my order and moreover my order was not shown in my profile.Please do a quick check

No product received no money refunded no pickup call

I order footware on 23 feb but till now i didn't receive order or tracking details. I already raised query but they are not responding. Order didn't dispatch till now.

My order has been returned without even informing me and even I haven't recieved my refund yet. Please try to slove this issue as soon as possible..i want my order back.. please help.

I ordered product from them. They gave me vouchers but because of their quality, I am not able to purchase anything from them because of poor quality and service. It’s been like more than 3 months my money is with them. It’s INR 3000. They are not refunding it to my bank account.

The quality is really bad and stitching is also not proper of clothes. Shoes are also not stitched properly.
That is why I can’t buy anything from them. Please ask them to refund my money to my bank.

It's been 23 days my order hasn't been even dispatched. Very bad delivery service sss. I don't know if you will deliver my order or not. I already made the payment. Refund my money back if you're not able to deliver.

The courier guy refused to do doorstep delivery he was calling me down to take the order due to some reason I couldn’t go he told that can he keep the order with someone else down as my relative has a shop under my building i told him to keep there i took the parcel from there after around 10 mins and then i saw box was torn from down a bit and it had no product inside even my relative said it was damaged a bit when I complained about it the street style store customer support is saying if there was no product it could’ve been known by the weight but the person who Recieved my relative he is old and he does not know much about all this that not to Recieve if damaged or seeing the weight n all i just called him and told him to keep the parcel and the fault is their’s cause the courier guy should do doorstep delivery if he would’ve given doorstep delivery I would’ve checked with all this and wouldn’t take the parcel my money is wasted either the brand or the courier company is fraud

The delivery guy called me at first and said that today he will deliver me at 3 pm but he didn't. I called him more than 5 times but he didn't pick up. Seriously what is this? If your "delivery guys" are so bad at delivering then please don't take them. I am still eagerly waiting for my clothes and if it doesn't comes then you definitely get bad reviews from my town. Do it soon or else your app is nothing but a big [censored].

I ordered so many items from street style store ND I already paid online via credit card... it's 7000rs. Up bill I paid
