I am Dr Unnati Kalwani from Raipur
I ordered set of 3 footwear from The website Street style Store..
Two of the products are fine but the third one is not what it appeared to b on the website.. its quality and design is entirely different and also the size doesn't fit.. it was the largest size in that category but it doesn't fit.. The product is not what it was shown. I want either the product to b exchanged or refund of my money

    Sir,
    I ordered three pairs of shoes from the streetstylestore shop via online shopping on dated October 8 2016 and received the order on date 12 October 2016.The shoes are worth rs1049 /- .I paid the amount by cash on delivery payment.The shoes that I received are a size bigger than my requirement.So, I want to get them exchanged for a smaller size.I made several mails to the company about my need to exchange the shoes but I am getting no personal response from company site.Also I am trying to call on the number provided by the company but it is not recheable and I am not able to contact the company by any other means.
    Please help me to get my shoes exchanged for a size smaller than received the one I received.

      These guys are the worst... they picked up the repcement pkf after 50 days of hving informed them and then no info on the replacement... all they do is create a ticket and say our rep will call u... the worst online store... maybe they are surviving on this strategy6 of keeping everyones money...
      They hv a number which is constantly busy,... busy doing what???

        I had done a bulk order of 2 pair of shoes and two kurta in the month of june.

        While i received the pair of shoes and in two weeks the two kurta didnt come to me at all.

        After more than 25 emails and stinkers on their facebook page i received one of the kurta but it came as cod.

        I had pre-paid for the entire product at once still it came as cod. After more than 15-20 calls i received one of the kurta, but the second one is yet to come for which the cost is 1299.

          I haven't received my order yet.it was.placed on 27th or.the 28th of September 2016. Also I haven't got any confirmation nor an order number for the order placed. It only mentioned to.give a.miss call.
          Please revert to the same.

          I need to.know as to why I had nt.received an order number for the same.

          Earlier when I first ordered my product I instantly received an order number also I was being notified through text messages about my order.

          This service is very inconvenient to shop on.

          Just one request to put in, if.possible please have COD for Goa.

          It is very inconvenient to without it. That is one of the best mode of purchase.

              I am really fed up because of street style store delivery services. It's more than a month and very shameful attitude of their company . they should be accountable enough for this . If they aren't able to deliver then you should refund my amount paid ASAP . The stupid attitude of their company has put me on hold for a pair of shoes . I guess their irresponsible behavior towards costumers is leading to go to consumer forum and file a complaint about the same.Even I emailed them 8 times, they are so irresponsible that they never care to revert back. I literally pissed off because of them.

                Its been more than two months i have ordered two products with full payment done and non of them hs been delivered yet. And on making call to customer service center the call is never answered and keeps giving busy tone. If my orders wil not be delivered now within 5days il go to consumer forem. Atleast if you say delivery within 21days please make it done dont cheat the customers in such a way. If the payment is done cash on delivery you people send it within 5-6 days and now as u have got the payment online you are least bothered for the delivery as your work if money making has been done. This was my first and the last time i ordered something from this site i would never do this mistake back

                  I have ordered an item almost 2 months back and was staying calm as they said it takes 3-21 days. I have done the full payment and waiting for past 2 months to get it delivered. I have been trying to contact them through emails but no body cares to reply. I want to check the status and it just shows priority dispatch and no other information.                     It's been 22 days since i placed the order. When is it going to get delivered to me? I haven't received a tracking id with which i can track. There is no cancellation option. I seem to raise more tickets every week but there is no reply. If it doesn't get delivered within a week, i might have to move to consumer court. Make sure that you deliver it soon or return my money (Rs. 999) back to my account.

                        I placed an order on 29th May2016 for two pairs of shoes. I got the shoes but opted for exchange as there were a size smaller and even quality was not good on 25thJune'16. The person from FEDEX picked up the product from my place and gave their waybill. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent. It's been 2months since I exchanged my order. Now They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is no option to cancel for already paid orders. Now if I don't get my money back then I have to complain in crime branch now.

                              My order number 961324 has not been received even after making the payment 21 days back. Compalint in street style store helpdesk via email and phone number. Street style store policy says that product will be delivered with in 3-21 days. But i hv not heard back about my delivery. Planing to file a report in consumer form.there was a sense o[censored]rgency while placing an order on prepaid basis. I m suffering emotional loss and request you to take action against this company.

                                I ordered 3 shoes under the category of buying 3 shoes for 999/- and my order ID is TMLVJBKIV. I ordered on August 18, 2016 and even after repeated follow ups, I still have not received my order. The site says it takes 3-21 days to deliver the products so I intimidated the team on September 15 asking about the delivery status. They said that the courier company had some issues and they were not able to deliver and it will be delivered in 2-3 days. I obviously did not receive it in 2-3 days and I mailed them again and again to which they replied back that they are arranging for an alternative delivery. I still kept my calm and on September 26, I got a mail saying the products are out for delivery and I will receive them in next 24-48 hours. Again, I did not receive the products and after following up again, I get a mail on October 3rd that they have escalated the matter with the courier company. First, I do not understand that if it is an issue with the courier company, why should I suffer ? Secondly, why they keep lying about the status of the products. Since then, I am following up and sending dozens of mails to which no one is replying back.

                                This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Refund my money back, I am not at all interested in your products now.

                                I would like to tell you that I got the call from the courier company only once and I told him the way to my address and he never called me back. After that, I received no calls from your respective courier company and the last mail I received from your end was that the issue has been escalated with the courier company and it's some issue with them. So stop putting it back on me.

                                  I ordered 2 shoe of rs. 1349, on 23/09/2016 and I got product on 01/10/2016, I want to replace the product and want size 38 so i click on replace and email them about my size and product pick up query. But there is no confirmation mail for pickup now it's been 11 days. I send them mail regarding the replace n pickup but I got nothing they never tell me about when there team came to pickup the product and when I got replaced product. Order reference: #970562.

                                  hi, i got credit note mail in respect of order #970562 . but now m unable to use that credit. Kindly resolve issue as soon as possible and if its not possible then kindly refund. i want my money back now i face lots of problem by shopping from ur site. please lookafter the issue.

                                      I read and have come to know from my frnds abt this website so I ordered 3 for 999. i recvd the order and same day i recvd my order on my name n my address but i havent ordered those shoes at all. As i was not home my dad paid COD 1349 and took the 2 shoes which were not of my size as well..

                                      I am calling them every now and then and ders no response.
                                      i am very upset and angry and when I have rechecked my order history its showing one more order has been shipped.
                                      Funny part is I have not ordered that and its nt my size as well.

                                      SSS please be responsible, when you ppl can take money pls du ua service well.

                                        I mailed these guys on 6th Oct and today is 9th Oct, it seems their 24 hours have not been over yet. No update on my status. they have neither refunded my money back nor delivered my order. The order was placed on 16/9/2016, Its been 24 days already and they promise to deliver between 3-21 days.

                                        These guys are fraud. Pathetic service. No response. Waste of time and money.
