I mailed these guys on 6th Oct and today is 9th Oct, it seems their 24 hours have not been over yet. No update on my status. they have neither refunded my money back nor delivered my order. The order was placed on 16/9/2016, Its been 24 days already and they promise to deliver between 3-21 days.

These guys are fraud. Pathetic service. No response. Waste of time and money.

    This is regarding my order that was placed on 22nd of September and have yet not received it. I requested for my order to be delivered before or even on 9th of October (i.e today) as I would be out town for a week and I wanted to take my order with myself.
    I have emailed at the help desk of the website street style store several times in the last 2 days n haven't yet received any appropriate response. I have already paid around 4 thousand for my order.

      I have made a order and also done the payment.I have the payment details but whenever i log in to my account and trying to see the delivery status of my product it is showing that there is no placed order then how come my payment is done. Every day im mailing you and there is no feedback from you. If you cannot do your best then why are you people do the job.

        I had ordered a pair of shoes. However, the size was not right and also the quality was not good, so i have ordered the replacement of the same. But now I don't want those shoes and instead would like to get my refund or another product may be .I am having a very bad experience as this is my first time shopping with street style store.             I placed and order on 20/08/2016 amounting to rs. 1898 the order number being #888681. My order was split into two on 16/09/2016 into #954540 and #888681
            It has been 48 days and i have not received the complete order yet. I was told that they need 3-21 days for the whole order. There is no reply from their side to complaints and mails from me

            It's been two months and 6 days. Still no response from the companies side. Endless mails to them and I didn't get a reply to a single one. If the product is not available the least they can do is refund the money. Please help!

              I had placed an order (Order no: #942917) for 2 shoes on 11th Sep; it's almost a month that i have not received an order. When contacted helpdesk some agent called Silky assured that my order will be dispatched on priority in 4-5 days. Again that didn't happen. Now nobody is replying to my emails.

              I had ordered earlier from SSS too and that time they did order on time but it's very disappointing this time round.

                Hi,
                I have reached out to your mail id regarding a purchase of products worth 2.2k with order numbers - #841125 and #841495. Also, I have written to you on FB inbox, but again- fail to receive ANY response.

                On ordering the products, there was a technical glitch on site and due to which I reached out to Silky through the official mail id. I got a response after a month that the order has been processed.

                After ONE MONTH and 9 days I get the products. And I must tell you ALL OF THE PRODUCTS WERE DEFECTED- 2 sneakers and 3 ethnic strapped footwears. One shoe was torn while the other had the soul sticking out (although this product was not returned). The other three footwears were wobly and ILL FITTED.

                I then requested for a return and after few days the products were taken successfully for return. I wrote to you confirming the return.

                Since then I have NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!

                I have been continuously writing mails and pinging on FB but received NO RESPONSE SO FAR!!

                I want to know the status and WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

                This is one horrendous site and pathetic service, selling the cheapest products!!

                I continue to await the response!

                    Hi,
                    I had ordered shoes & sandal (i.e Sweet with twist-Shoe Size 39 & Printed ankle flat-Shpe size-39) from Street Style Store on 14th sep 2016 & get recieved same on 22nd sep 2016, but I am not satisfied with size/fit so I drop a exchange request with new fit/size i.e 38 shoe size via mail on 22nd sep 2016.

                    Now pick up is done for exchange on 27th sep, as per Customer exceutive I drop a acknowedgement mail of an exchange to the Customer mail of the company i.e [protected]@streetstylestore.com.

                    But I didnt get exchange product of new size/fit yet. I drop a reminder mail about this two times to the company helpdesk. There is no response from their side & also didn't get new product.

                    Also in My account in order history track it shows wrong status "Exchange product recieved".

                    Kindly Resolve my Complaint asap, either they should sent my product or they should refund my amount i.e 999rs

                    This is very pathetic for me.

                      Hi,

                      This is to notify that I have ordered 2 things from SSS store for the first time.The dress purchased( order No #958444) had defect in the zip and the bag ordered was exactly different from the picture being displayed(instead of golden beads being displayed it had white beads).I had requested for return but after 15 days of delivery also mu requested has not been processed
                      The bag I have received (Order No #958406) is not even close to what was being displayed on the website.
                      I even tried to reach the number provided by the company on the website but no response was received.Multiple mails have been sent since then but no one from the company replies on the queries.

                      Request you to please take this on priority and either return the shipment or refund the entire amount with the delivery charges.

                        I had placed the order #514405 replacement order# 661124 on 18th february 2016. Till today i have not received the product. I asked them for the refund. They are saying their policy is refund will be as credit note in their site account. As i do not wish to further transact on this site. I would like the refund in my bank account. But they are refusing. I want my compensation as i am least interested in the product now as choice changes with time. I would request you to get my amount refunded from this company. I am just continuosly mailing them after a week since april but the product has not been made vaialbale to me. Evertime i am hearing replies it will be sent to me in a week or so since last 6 months.

                              I had order some items from sss on 9/06/2016 of rs. 2800/- approx by my card. I had mailed so many time to sss customer care people but they didnt response me back. Only received autoreply from them "we would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with ticket id - 379660. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response. (Usually within 24 hours)."

                                I have placed one order in june which they failed to deliver it on time. They have deliver that order after 2 month when i was not available to the city.

                                I am not sure about the return policy now they are not doing credit back that amount neither i can see the amount credit in my street style store.

                                I have tried to contact them as well as call them. Very poor service no one will respond to emails.

                                  I have placed the order on 28/09/16 the payment has been successful and got mail with order ID but in my SSS account i don't see the orders placed. I have mailed to the customer care and got the ticket ID - 377451. I don't got any update on my order either my order status.

                                    Hello
                                    I ordered a product from your website. First i add to my cart of that product on cash on delivery. Then i thought to order same product through online payment but i forget to cancel my first product ie, cash on delivery.

                                    After one day when i checked the status of my product then it showed that my online product which was cancelled due to duplicate to my product.
                                    Yet i didn't get any info regarding that my cash will be refunded or not.

                                    We have received a payment of Rs.499/- against your order 992427 . Also, you have placed a 'COD' order 992425 having same product which has been shipped.                                         I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from 2 from 999 bucket on 2nd Sept 2016 and I have received only 1 pair of shoes till now. Can you please tell me when will I receive my 2nd pair of shoes? Its 33 days...more than enough...
                                        Your customer dealing is very poor.
                                        No reply on mails, no response on helpdesk number.

                                        Give me a definite day on which I will receive my 2nd pair of shoes.

                                        How can you say this that you people take 3-21 days for delivery. I have ordered my 2 shoes on 2nd Sept and today its 12th Oct.
                                        Think before you write anything. I have already made the payment. You guys have split my order into two parts and have not delivered my 2nd pair of shoes. tell me exactly you need how much more time to deliver my 2nd pair of shoes ? Else return my money or I will take some legal action against you people.
