I have placed the order on 28/09/16 the payment has been successful and got mail with order ID but in my SSS account i don't see the orders placed. I have mailed to the customer care and got the ticket ID - 377451. I don't got any update on my order either my order status.

I ordered a product from your website. First i add to my cart of that product on cash on delivery. Then i thought to order same product through online payment but i forget to cancel my first product ie, cash on delivery.

After one day when i checked the status of my product then it showed that my online product which was cancelled due to duplicate to my product.
Yet i didn't get any info regarding that my...

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from 2 from 999 bucket on 2nd Sept 2016 and I have received only 1 pair of shoes till now. Can you please tell me when will I receive my 2nd pair of shoes? Its 33 days...more than enough...
Your customer dealing is very poor.

I placed my order pn[protected] and money was deducted from my account. But it has not been delivered so far and my account shows that I have not placed any order.
I need my money back or the order as soon as possible....

The exchange request is pending from last 13days, no one has came and picke it up yet for order no : 946730 and 747802. First request made on 19th sep and 2nd request made on 23rd sep and finally again i have placed the request on 28th sep. But no one came to collect the products.

I had placed an order on 30-August-2016 for a bunch of dresses. The Order # is 909928. The payment was made in full online at the time of ordering.

The total value of the order is Rs. 2696/-

This order was split into two and one of the items was shipped vide #927201.

The committed delivery time was 3-21 days for all the items. I have been waiting since then for the remaining...

i've been trying to contact the customer service to know about the process of exchange since last three days, but there is no customer care in this company and they mention the customer care no. just for name shake. I don' find the option or any sign of exchange page too.
So, I beg to the concern department to look after my complain....

How many days are been over that i have placed an order replacement request. Make it fast. Its urgent....

I have ordered this product on 09/7/2016 and its almost one month and still I haven't received the product.
It was mentioned it will take 3-21 days for delivering the product. But its exactly 29 days. Still not received the product.
There are no updates till now.
Also the status in the account in website shows as Payment accepted.
This is not a right way of customer service. Need to get the product at the earliest....

I wanted that shoe for puja...and my vacation will end on 14th of october...if my delivery is not done before that i am afraid i cant wear it till 1 yr...though my mom will receive it...
But seriously i wanted it urgently was expecting the product within 4 to 5 days realy dissapointed.. That shoe was matching with my new crop top from myntra ordered on same day any already received it.

My order no#927733 containing a dress is for some special occasion.. Its been more than a month since i hv ordered... Still the status shows priority dispatch when its going to b shipped??? And delivered!! Seriously at this stage of continuous complaining without any efforts from ur side u gv us no reason to not sue u... As the time period peovided is max 21 days.. If my product is not dlvrd by 7th I will sue you.....

Horrible horrible service.. No acknowledgement.. No mail.. No sms regarding the order.. Its been almost a month since the order was placed. Worst site ever to buy.. I m simply cursing my self why the hell did i order from this useless site..
Instead of troubling so many customers, it would be better if you shutdown your site.

They have more than 1000 complaints on this forum againist them, why r they still operating and cheating people???? They need to be shut down.

I would recommend people not to buy from this website. This is a complete fraud. order# 852444(2 shoes- rs999), I placed the order on August 4 and got one pair of shoe delivered after one and half month, the quality was really bad I had to put replacement request. Got the second pair I think in the last week of sept. Now instead of replacement they issued me the credit note(I did request them to replace it)..so I need to buy one more pair(...

I have placed an order on 30th sept hoping to get it in 3-5 days as i am travelling out of country. But looking at the reviews it seems like i will not get my order and also i have already made payment of the product which is about 1.6k.

If order gets dispatched after 14th of october i will be out of country and my money will go for toss. Even the customer care people are not responding.
