    I have ordered some products from street style store (delhi) online on 5th october 2016 (order reference number: #994926). it has been more than one month and the order is not delivered yet. I mailed them asking about the details of my order but no reply is entertained by them. I have also contacted them through the contact number given in their site but the contact number provided is continuously showing switched off.there is no return policy given neither the cancellation of the order is done.
    i would be very thankful to you if you help me in getting my order either delivered or cancelled with the total amount refund as soon as possible.
    waiting for your quick action along with a positive reply.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes (sneakers) from this website by paying rs 1000 (paid through net banking). i haven't received my order yet. customer care doesn't reply to my mails and phone number (mentioned on their website) is switched off always (or busy). this is a fraud website, please help me refund my money back from this company.

I also checked the FedEx Carrier tracking, they are showing that they do not have any item of this reference no. Please If you are not able to fulfill the request, then do not make people fool.           Not delivered my product yet i placed order on 11/3/2016 and i already payed for that most of the people not get there product since a month, They are making fool to customer, no response from customer care either they put on hold or not pick the calls .           To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it is improving.

            I ordered a dress and i requested for exchange because I had size issues. They took the parcel and credited the money in my account.

            Now I am not able to use the credit slip for ordering shoes.They are not providing any option to use my credit slip .They have my money I should be able to buy anything I want. Please provide some solution for refund my money.

                1) either deliver the product asap OR
                2) refund the payment

                What is the point of a credit note when you'll cannot deliver the products on time. If I use your credit note, you'll will again take 3 to 4 months to deliver.

                  Pathetic customer support. I placed an order on 8th October, 2016 & today is 9th November, 2016. There's no tracking number nor any update on the product status. Continuously called on the provided number [protected] (10 A.M to 6 PM) but there's no response sometimes my call is in waiting list and sometimes you guys aren't responding.                         I had ordered 3 pairs of slippers for INR999 which I am not satisfied with the products at all.I have contacted them for return of money instead they said we do not have company policy of returning money back instead you can order a new size !!! When the customer is not at all satisfied with the products received then where does the point of ordering a new size of slippers come from ???? Later they agreed to take back the products and promised me to create a credit request once they receive the products.Now it also shows in the website of my order history, they have already received the products and now no one is responding either to my mails or calls.This is so DISGUSTING !!! They are literally playing with the customer's time and money !!! Such a crap it is !!! Its like i have to call several times or send mails repeatedly they do not have a concern for replying.I need my money back !!!

                                  I ordered a pair of shoes on 21st October by making an online payment. I mailed them on 27th october to know the date of delivery. I got a call from them by a person by name Rohit Bhalla. He said I shall get my order by the end of the week and I haven't got it yet. I am trying to call them and mail them since more than a week now. There is no trace of any sort of intimation from them. They just send a Ticket No. Which doesnt even tell the track of my order. The last track record shows that It has reached Delhi and RTO has been given on 28th october. No development since then.

                                  I got a call from them on 8th November. They said i will get my order till the end of the week . and its already Tuesday now. I havent got my order. And also, they aren't picking up any calls

                                    I have placed an prepaid order for 3 footwear on 20th october.
                                    I have no idea when am I going to receive my products, I have been mailing you people in the coustomer care ID but no care is taken!
                                    When will I receive my product
                                    Is there any minimum time period for receiving the orders or you people will deliver tge product according to your whims and fancies !!!
                                    Tge worst part it, no coustomer care number provided nor do the representative calls or take care of the mailed send.

                                    I requested to exchange my shoes size & 2 weeks are gone and still they have not delivered my product.they told me it will be delivered to me within a week but its not. so how much i have to wait more. i got what i want but the size was big & i want 1 size small. do as fast as you can and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

                                      My orders BNSSKSMJG and RIXJUXILX have been pending. It has been 21 days. I'm worried coz i have already paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Either send us the order or refund the money if there is going to be further delay. They need to be dragged legally for being fraudulent to consumer court.

                                        I had placed an order of 3 shoes on 9th October, which was delivered to me on 20th October.
                                        My order no. is #1003514.
                                        Payment mode was Cash on delivery.

                                        The bill on the box says about all 3 items which i had ordered so i paid for them, but when i unbox it there was only 2 pairs.

                                        So i mailed them regarding the issue. They made me wait for 5 days, then on 26th October they replied saying that they had forwarded the issue to the concerned team and will get back to me within 48 hours, but they didn't replied after that.

                                        Today is 5th November, still i haven't received my item.

                                        This is so irritating. If company can not send me the item then refund my amount back.
