I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes but the shoes size is unfit for me so i wanted to return it. But i tried to replace my order form their site but there was no response. It is more than 20 days now, they are not responding. They are providing very bad service. And i just want you to refund my money or else replace my order. And this shoes are unfit for me. Though quality is good. Thus is my order and experience is very bad. I expect you to respond for my call and clear my queries... Sss team please call me on [protected] and plz replace all the 3 pairs of shoes.

I had ordered 3 pair of shoes for 999/-. However due to size issue, i had placed the return request to exchange the sizes of the shoes i had requested.
But unfortunately its has been 3 months now and i have not received any confirmation or someone to pickup the packet.

May i know when can i expect this order to be exchanged as this delay is highly undesired.

Hey there recently i had ordered a combo of 3 slippers and yet the size was not OK for me as well i had to replace it and still i had not received the good size of slippers but the size which doesn't fit to me is still with me please make it fast thank-you and please do the following as soon as possible and yet the time period is more than a month if this kind of customer services is given throughout the entire product which i ordered from the store its totally bad i feel so as soon as possible as this particular issue of mine waiting for such a long time is resolved and i get the right size of my product than i will be more than happy

#954746. This order was placed on 16th september, till date their is neither tracking id nor any information regarding delivery of my shoes.
In spite of mailing them 2, i found no response from them.
This is one of the pathetic site i have encountered. No scope for these guys, irresponsible employee, worst service.
Better to shut down this site rather than fooling customers.
Revamping the site doesn't means your image is good or it is appealing customer, look at the review and comments about your platform.

Horrible experience, wasted and dumped my money.

I had placed an order on 24/08/16 and haven't received it yet. It's been more than a month. To top it, there hasn't been any communication from SSS's part about any delay in delivery or non-availability of the products.

I even wrote to the help desk email ID provided on the website but didn't get any word back.

I made a purchase from this site on 5th sep. On 10th sep i received the package which contained a different item all together. I have made a replacement request same day and now its been over 3 weeks i have not received any update from them. My package is still lying with me and money is stuck.

I had order 2 shoes in an offer of buy 2 shoes at 999..i received the shoes yesterday..i placed an order if 2 shoes..i was told that there are 2 shoes inside the package..but received only 1 shoe.beown shoes.but i had to pay the whole amount of 999..kindly look into my order history and deliver my the other shoe as well..or make a refund for me..You have make a refund or deliver my other shoes..white, grey with orange shoes..

Ive ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 4th of september..i didnt receive my order yet !! ive sent them emails to their help desk ..they responded that they are working on it ! But its been a month and i didnt receive the order yet !! ive ordered them through my dad's credit card and now he is going on asking about that..if i tell him all dis..he will kill me to pieces !! please help me !

I would like to bring your kind concern i might fear that street style store is one of the fraud one.I have ordered one dress from their site and that has not delivered to me yet, its been more than 4months.I have followed up with its helpdesk though email no of times and they used to respind only after 100emails and with one word we are looking in to the issue..now they are not all responding to my emails nor refunding my money.

Order had been placed for the above mentioned order number and amount on September 9th and the product hasn't been delivered yet. Customer care services are not responding to any query I sent through mail. The customer care number is not reachable any point of time.
This kind of attitude towards customers is not well appreciated. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible or refund the amount immediately

Its been almost a week i have not received any update from them till date about the delivery of my products. They do not answer the phone calls or mails either. When u call their no kept busy all the time. M trying to track my order but its not showing the track id. Asking them to either deliver my order or cancel it and refund the money. There is no response from the site. No contact no is working. They seems to be a fraud company..

I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 18th September, but i have not received anything. I mailed them but they do not respond. This is my first order from this website and now i am thinking that i have been fooled. This seems to be a fake website and i am going to lodge a legal case in the consumer court against them if i did not receive my order within 5 more days. This is not a request. I have placed an order on 1st september and an another order on 8th september and till now i didn't receive it and now neither they reply to the emails nor they respond to the contact number on[protected].
Their contact number is not even reachable anymore.
And they don't have option to cancel the order. What a fraud site. I don't if i'll receive my money or at least the product. I ordered previously from this same website but this didn't happen. Don't know why now?

I have ordered a black crop top with red pleated skirt - size : m on date[protected]:17. My order no is 935138. And the order delivery date was 3 to 21 days and the date has been extended. So, i did not receive my dress yet, please let me know how much time it will take to deliver my dress or ensure that not deliver.
