I had ordered a product #849768 worth rs.1198.00 due to poor quality and didnt match as soon in the image, which after all the struggle i managed to return back, and they said they would give me a credit note then i ordered another item but when the delivery guy came i had to pay him, after which i wrote multiple emails to them but no reply.

Request you to please do the needful.

Updated by baduwal 960244- Impossible! I didn't refuse it, infact I didn't get any call. if you look at my e-mail which I sent you, soon after checking the status ''Refused''.

so why is these information not replied to my emails when I kept asking you multiple time?
Should I go through this forum everytime to my own stuffs?

I always write to @ sss.[protected]@gmail.com but never got a reply back. then whats the point of having this ''resolver''

    I bought two pair of shoes from streetstylestore I Received on 15sep2016 but 1pair of shoes was defected. I mark a mail same day and also raised the request from exchange process but still no one came for pick the article even I mark the mail several times on their help desk but no one bother to reply on it and also called on customer care number almost 50times but it's always on waiting I m not getting any response from anywhere.

      The product is under final stage since a month..
      They promised to deliver it a month back.. Every week they increased the delivery time to nexxt week.
      Even after mailing them several times they promised to deliver the product by i dont know how long back

      The last time i communicated with them they promised it to deliver by 1st october n still its not delivered yet.

          I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes but the shoes size is unfit for me so i wanted to return it. But i tried to replace my order form their site but there was no response. It is more than 20 days now, they are not responding. They are providing very bad service. And i just want you to refund my money or else replace my order. And this shoes are unfit for me. Though quality is good. Thus is my order and experience is very bad. I expect you to respond for my call and clear my queries... I received a call from SSS customer representative from [protected] number and name was Sanjeev. I deducted 3000 rs from my account on the name of refund. I want my whole amount back ASAP by SSS or I'll go to sue a case against the company or go to police. I need quick help form this government customer care forum. You guys don't know the power of customer.

          I have ordered two pair of shoes and one top but do not received yet i have order it on 21st august . they do even reply on all of our mails we can not cancel our orders also i have paid my amount online . i request them to cancel my order and refund me they do not even reply on that. please deliver my order or cancel it refund me as well.

            Hi,

            I had ordered 3 pair of shoes for 999/-. However due to size issue, i had placed the return request to exchange the sizes of the shoes i had requested.

                  #954746. This order was placed on 16th september, till date their is neither tracking id nor any information regarding delivery of my shoes.
                  In spite of mailing them 2, i found no response from them.
                  This is one of the pathetic site i have encountered. No scope for these guys, irresponsible employee, worst service.
                  Better to shut down this site rather than fooling customers.
                  Revamping the site doesn't means your image is good or it is appealing customer, look at the review and comments about your platform.

                                  Order had been placed for the above mentioned order number and amount on September 9th and the product hasn't been delivered yet. Customer care services are not responding to any query I sent through mail. The customer care number is not reachable any point of time.
                                  This kind of attitude towards customers is not well appreciated. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible or refund the amount immediately

                                    Its been almost a week i have not received any update from them till date about the delivery of my products. They do not answer the phone calls or mails either. When u call their no kept busy all the time. M trying to track my order but its not showing the track id. Asking them to either deliver my order or cancel it and refund the money. There is no response from the site. No contact no is working. They seems to be a fraud company..

                                      I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 18th September, but i have not received anything. I mailed them but they do not respond. This is my first order from this website and now i am thinking that i have been fooled. This seems to be a fake website and i am going to lodge a legal case in the consumer court against them if i did not receive my order within 5 more days. This is not a request. I am very disappointed. I have paid for them. Either give me my money back in 5 days or semd me my shoes. My order reference number is[protected].
