I have bought three pair of shoes in 999 from sss. But of of them is bigger for my feet so i have mailed sss to exchange that pair with my correct size.in the answer mail they have asked me to do it from their site in the my account module and hence i did the same way. But after even submitting the replacement request as they have suggested me, i have not got any notification for it. Therefore, i have mailed them number of times to provide me solution but they are not responding to my mails and their customer care number is not working. Also, it is mentioned on their site that you can submit replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Now who gonna take the responsibility if the problem is from their side only? I have bought number of product from sss, and also i admire the quality they provide but if this issue of mine is not resolved by them then i will never think of buying from sss and also do not recommend others. I have instagram page of 20k followers i will recommend all of them not to buy any product from sss as they have provide worst service.
