It has been almost 2 months since i ordered. Payment has also been deducted from my account. Why can you not refund the payment if product cannot be delivered? Urgent action required by you failing which i will take the matter

I have placed an order on 1st september and an another order on 8th september and till now i didn't receive it and now neither they reply to the emails nor they respond to the contact number on[protected].
Their contact number is not even reachable anymore.
And they don't have option to cancel the order. What a fraud site. I don't if i'll receive my money or at least the product. I ordered previously from this same website but this didn't happen. Don't know why now?

I have ordered a black crop top with red pleated skirt - size : m on date[protected]:17. My order no is 935138. And the order delivery date was 3 to 21 days and the date has been extended. So, i did not receive my dress yet, please let me know how much time it will take to deliver my dress or ensure that not deliver.

Firstly, the orders reached me after 2 months whcich was not what was promised. Secondly, the received products do not conform to the orders placed by me. Different products and size is shipped. The quality of the shoes that i bought are very bad and nothing like what is shown on the website.
The customer care number does not connect. Its a fraudulent shopping site with absolutely no customer support for return, exchange or any customer service facilities.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 25th August 2016. I have already mailed the company 5 times, but there has been no response. On my first mail they changed my status to Priority dispatch, but products are still undelivered. It was a prepaid order. If you cannot deliver the products, please do not accept orders.

I had placed a request for size exchange on 26.08.2016 which is not yet done. Above all I did not get the ordered product as well. I had received a different product for Order No.840524. I also got the product delivered late which is aconstant problem of the streetstylestore.com. This is my last order from the website. would never recommend the same to anyone. i want my problem to be resolved immediately.

I had been informed that I will receive the products in 2 days after I initially compained here, but still dint get my products. Its high time either you refund the money or sendm y products.

N all u did is changed the status from preparation in progress to priority dispatch... Since then i hv not recieved my products... Are u ppl fooling us??? How many times should we write to u... I ordered 3 pairs of sandals from streetstylestore online about a month ago.
I got them delivered after 25 days. Now after that one of the pair i had to exchange due to size issue.
I tried calling their customer care number since a week but th number is always busy.
I tried submitting for exchange but the link doesn't work. It gets stuck at the last page saying "the exchange submission is in process and may take some time" and it is taking forever now.
Tried emailing the helpdesk got only a single reply that there were some technical issue with the link and it is fixed.
But it is not fixed. I am still not able to exchange the product.

I have bought three pair of shoes in 999 from sss. But of of them is bigger for my feet so i have mailed sss to exchange that pair with my correct size.in the answer mail they have asked me to do it from their site in the my account module and hence i did the same way. But after even submitting the replacement request as they have suggested me, i have not got any notification for it. Therefore, i have mailed them number of times to provide me solution but they are not responding to my mails and their customer care number is not working. Also, it is mentioned on their site that you can submit replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Now who gonna take the responsibility if the problem is from their side only? I have bought number of product from sss, and also i admire the quality they provide but if this issue of mine is not resolved by them then i will never think of buying from sss and also do not recommend others. I have instagram page of 20k followers i will recommend all of them not to buy any product from sss as they have provide worst service.

I have ordered new flats from SSS for the first time. Then had mailed the team for replacing the order as it was bit inconvience to walk with those flats. The team mailed me saying that the replacement order will be done and the order was picked up for the replacement by Dinesh and an email was sent that i will be soon getting the replacement order for new flats but stil now i did not get any replacement order. Mailed many times but i am getting auto generated emails which says we are working on the issue but still the solution is not yet given.

I had asked them for a size replacement but they have only taken the item from me without giving any item in exchange and are not replying on mail and neither their customer care number is active.
Please lodge my complaint against them.
It has been more than two months i have requested for the replacement.

I ordered 2 pair of foot wear from http://streetstylestore.com/ on 6 july 2016 and as on september 28 it is undelivered. (order no 787403
).
The amount was already paid. i mailed them multiple times citing delay and they assured delivery. but with 3 months lapsed, i requested for cancellation and refund which hasn't been made. also they have stopped replying to mails and never have they attended phone calls. definitely fraudulent company.
I would just want my money back at this point with appropriate compensation for 3 months delay.

I have ordered a dress on[protected], till the date I have not received the dress or no update on this, everyday I m mailing them but getting auto generated mail saying that we processing soon and they are creating new ticket everyday without closing the old one, style street store is not at all professional on delivering the product as well giving update to the customer .they making people fool they are big fraud .they are understanding the value of trust .we customer ordered while seeing the website but they don't value their customer . they are not at all professional eating our money I am very much disappointed by them so don't not trust them they are big fake and fraud and big time cheaters .

I have ordered one top from www.streetstylestore.com. i was told that the order will be delivered within 3-20 days. 40 days have gone. I have not received the order yet. I was given tracking no. Bmpp84041437. I have not received no communication regarding the delivery of the product. I want either delivery of the product at earliest or please initiate a refund for the same.

Have ordered shoes on Street Style Store on 17th Aug. Order: 882054.
It was mentioned that it will take 5-21 days to deliver the product. Its been already one and half month since the order was placed, but we haven't received any dispatch notification. customer care number is not reachable. helpline tickets also gets closed without proper solution.

Delivery received 5/9/16 order dress from SSS online 9/9/16 return date as i din't like the quality so just mail them they rply only for replace but not revert me for money refund as i want my money to be refunded they should highlight no refund while buying online so people dnt buy their product they theft people by nt refunding bck want refund it
