Recied wrong size shoes, want to return

Regarding order number 953945 and 953921.

Its showing in shipped status since a week. Ideally within India shipping should not take so much time !! I am waiting for the product as with few expectations the product had been ordered and had paid 2100 for the order

Request you to have a look into this asap and deliver the product. Also provide the tracking details

Now after receiving the credit note which i have to lump it, i wanted to get rid of your site & just used the credit slips to order products. Now the order got split received one of the order but the other order #858894 is yet to ship & the products which i ordered are still available & as per Your site policy it takes 7-21 days to ship so as per your knowledge 21 days are also over now. At least you should revise your policy or just shut down your business. Even for the last transaction with your site i m having trouble. You are having the baddest service i have ever seen in my entire life. I[censored] can't ship the product just return me the goddamn money in my account & this time no credit slip.

I ordered a combo of three shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 17th sep, 2016 from SSS paid through my debit card under order no. 456105.but dere are no updates or proceedings regarding my order..its status is still the same that my order is confirmed. Its 26th sept today almost 10 days and there is no update in the order status, I want to know the status of my order earliest possible. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. Adding to the problems they have provided contact number and email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com both are fake they never pick any call and mail always fail to get deleivered. Also, I have not been refunded the amount paid by me which is Rs. 999/-. Cancellation mail (see Attachment) Kindly do the needful.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I placed a order(2 shoes) in the first week of August.I have already paid the amount of 1299 in their account.Then I have received my order after 2/3 weeks, most probably after 20th Aug.As the size was not fitting me, I request for a exchange which they came and took from me on 30th Aug.After that it's been 1 month now no update on that.When I tried calling them no respond.Everyday showing engage.I tried sending email too.First email I got reply but after that they stop replying also.
So please help me how can I get the money back.

I had placed an order on 31st august 2016, order id : 912380 (4 items),. made a payment of 3600 rs. but have not yet received my product. there is no response on the emails sent neither am i able to get through the number[protected] that is given on the website, either the number is busy or nobody picks up. i have already raised the complaint wide earlier through this forum but had no luck.

Can you please help in getting my money refunded. i cannot raise multiple complaints on the same issue just to get an answer.

Please help i need an answer. the last time when you had written to the vendor said that my product is in high demand and i should be rest assured that i will get my product by 22nd september. however there is no update on the order till now. can i go ahead and file an fir with police for fraud and cheating?

#913333-I received a pair of shoes finally after more than a month but to my surprise the shoes torn out just in a day. I have been trying to call the customer care number given on the website but that number is never reachable. I have put down several emails to the email id mentioned on the website but no reply yet. After the horrible experience I have had with these online store, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this website.

Ordered a product with order number #[protected]-204618. It was a combo offer (buy 2 at Rs1299). Got one of the product but the second part of the order still not been delivered. Lodged complaint to their Web site but every time they say that they have forwarded details to the relevant team on a priority basis and they will dispatch it ASAP. This is more than 1 and a half months when I ordered.

I have ordered shoes on Street Style Store on 5th Sept. Order: TRZAVETTX.
It was mentioned that it will take 5-21 days to deliver the product. Its been already 20 days since the order was placed, but we haven't received any dispatch notification.If you are not able to deliver our product on time. Please stop making fake promises for delivering the product in 21 days.

I've lost count on the amount of complaints I've placed against Street Style Store for failure to deliver exchange products. You were very quick to pick up the products (in less than one week). It's been over two months now and all I keep getting is 'your order will be dispatched on priority basis, a message has been sent to the warehouse concerning your order, please be patient with us'. If this is how you lie and treat your customers, then I must say that I am very disappointed. This is the height of incompetence and wickedness. I've been been more than patient with you but I've lost that patience. I am no longer interested in your products. Return my money ASAP.
Don't even try to ask me to be patient with you..I don't want your products anymore..You can keep them since you are never sincere..Just return my MONEY..

I ordered two items here at sss, on 19th of this month and on 21st one of d item's status showed that it has been shipped n dt the url will be sent soon... But till now no sms nor mails plus the other item's status shows 'payment accepted' only. The last too month too i ordered but back then the traking no. Was given soon. *plleaseeeeee do something*. It's urgently needed.

Hey, well this is not a complain but I just wanna know that do you guys take or return orders back if the size is not perfect or there is any other problem?...I want to place an order for a set of black and white stripes T-shirt with a skirt. So please tell me about it. I even called you people many times on [protected] / [protected] / [protected] but no one picked up the call so I am writing this not as a complian. So please inform me about this and please tell that how much time you take to deliver the product.

It was a horrible experience with SSS. i had a complaints regarding the product they sent me. The size was SMALL, i ordered 36 but it is too tight to me, also the quality of the product is fairly poor not as shown in the site.
the product was delivered to me after 3 months, i had been waiting for it after so long and even mailed it to them but there was no quick response. the product was not as expected, so i would like to return the product asap. But this is what happening when I'm requesting for an exchange. There is no
"OK" or 'CONFIRM" button to confirm the request. Only "cancel" button is there.
I'm calling on their given number every day, but no one is attending the call, either there is a busy tone, or they don't attend the call.
That product was delivered to me on Friday, 16th September, 2016, and i have already paid the money to your delivery service man of Ecom Express. They have no return policy so i have to exchange it, but they are not even replying.. being a customer and trusting this site seems like a mistake.

I am complaining about a dress which i ordered a month ago. I didn't received any message regarding the product dispatch or anything. also i mailed them several times, only one reply i received saying i ll get the product ASAP. but after that too, no proceedings. so now i did cancel my order. previously i ordered 3 footwear, from which 2 were of different size, so i had to return them . Thus they sent the money in the credit voucher slip. i wanted to use it, so i did placed a new order for a dress last month. now i am fed up, and i want my money back. that's it. This is the worst shopping experience from any of the online sites.

I want my money back.

Its been 22 days since I have ordered and paid for my order.

I have heard nothing from them and my package isn't even sent out.

They have been no replies to mails as well.

They arent refunding the amount or even replying to mails/calls This is the first time I have used the service and have had a horrible experience.

The call centre doesnt take calls, the mails are not being answered. The payment is made so they arent even relying to it.

I bought a pair of shoes but those don't fit me I requested for exchange but no response at all for last one month

I bought a dress from them approx 1.5 month ago.it does not fit me so i tried to exchange.they took the product from me and they also have my money. first they never communicated for exchange and any process.after many mails they gave me store credit. than i choosed a new dress and now its being 22 days there is no response from them. the status is still prepration in progress from the first day.they dont do anything until u complain about them.no customer service or contact info they have.

I want to replace the Order no 945558 bcz wrong size which is 34 and I want 35 but in my account of sss along with my order "replace" option doesn't come and its showing re attempt delivery so how can I replace my order and get correct size? Please help please do replace option available for my order so that I can change shoes size which is 35 (which I want) so that my money won't be waste please help me

My God what a disaster !

The dress delivered to me does not match even 10 % of what shown on website. Poor quality cloth just stitched to match the design.

You all please beware of these kind of crooked website. Never purchase from them .

The dress was reported to be of Flax ( do not know the meaning of it) but is cheap cotton and color is also so dull . I do not feel that I have the same stuff on net.
