i have ordered these shoes in august and called for replacement in just 1 day.
now its september going on and as of now i have not received any mails, any calls or any intimation from you guys.Like i am just waiting for almost 3 months for that article(VKUEKJPUE).I dont know how much time will you guys take for just an exchange.
i am sorry to say but it will be my last dealing with you.so please asap do let me know when i will be receving my order or else i have to come to your office to deal with this issue.

    I really that u have habit of taking others hard earn money by selling cheap quality product which do not justify the money u have taken...my order was placed in July however product received in September that also wrost later after chasing d team is sss no response received till date

        Hi,

        I have ordered for 3 for[protected] Women Sandal in First week of June, got delivery in last week of june and asked for replacement on the same day for 2 pairs out of three to which I have not heard anything from them instead of calling, complaining and mailing. Now after 3 months they are providing credit note and asking to purchase anything but when i asked that instead get me the 2 pairs of sandal for which i ordered or give me a choice to select any other 2 designs, they are denying.

        Asking to pay more for the same thing I purchased.

            I had booked two products against the subject order number on 31 july 2016, after I made an online complaint few days back I received one product out of the two and one still remains pending.

            I would appreciate if the reason for delay is communicated to the customer, instead we customers are forced to keep a track and remind of you of the pending undelivered items. Can you please speed up the process and let me know the status. its been more than 45 days since I have booked these products online.

                  Also, why to you have a customer care number that doesn't work. You guys are cheats

                      I had ordered the products form the website on 11th of August 2016 under the order no. #867924, It's been more than a month and the status of the order remains the same, I have tried calling on their number several times but it always goes busy.

                      I tried emailing them and the executive from the other side apologizes and tells us that it would take another 7 days for the order, after 7 days the status is still the same!

                      I want an urgent action to be taken against this as I have already paid for this through credit card.

                          My order number is 867610 named When i woke up &Color of My Dreams Rs.1298. I have placed the order on 11th AUG 2016. As per their policy product should be delivered in 3-21 days. Now its been ONE MONTHS since i have placed the order and havent received it yet.

                          On dropping a mail to [protected]@streetstylestore, i haven't received a reply and on calling[protected] the number is always busy. Once they received my call and just said it will take time you have to wait. Its almost a month now.

                          I have attached the invoice and email of my order.

                          please help to get my product delivered or refund my payment.

                              I placed an order in may.I got the order in june it was of so bad quality that i returned the product.They told me that they will be giving the money as an credit so that i can place another order.Frankly speaking my worst experience of online shopping is with street style store.After dropping them hundreds of mail i got my credit back and then i placed another as there was no other option with me.Now after 15 days they said they can't deliver the product take your money back.Now money i got in my account is pending.They had to initiate rs.699 and they initiated only rs.499.
                              They are such a cheat.Since may my money is blocked and now i am frustrated to this level i can't even express.
                              #Cheaters #NO REPLY #WORST SERVICE
                              Help me out as i am continuously sending them the mail but no revert.
                              We can seriously go to the consumer court and can file a case against them for cheating their customers and not giving appropriate customer care number.

                                  I had placed by order on 31st August 2016 and there has been no update on my order since then,

                                  The telephone number provided on the website is always busy and there is no response on the emails sent. I have already paid money for my entire order for Rs. 3600/- and I have every right to know where my products are.

                                  I want my money back immediately. This company is a FRAUD Company and are cheating innocent customers.

                                    - I have ordered goods on 8th of April 2016. These guys promise goods within 21 days. However, I received goods after 2 months.
                                    - After that among 3 products ordered, 1 was incorrect. I raised a request for exchange. Which was taken care of after another 2 months.
                                    - They wanted to issue a credit note of Rs. 333 wherein, they do not offer any product with that amount. (which means we need to pay again from our pocket for already paid amount). Despite of denial, they issued a credit note. But after a fight, agreed to replace the product..
                                    - the product received is incorrect and without any fitting.

                                    Moreover, their contact number is always busy and they have no coordination among their team..
                                    Totally disgusted..

                                        I placed an order on 29th May2016 for two pairs of sandal. I got the sandals but opted for exchange as there were a size smaller and even quality was not good on 25thJune'16. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent. It's been 2months since I exchanged my order. Now They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is no option to cancel for already paid orders. Now if I don't get my money back then I have to complain in crime branch now.
