Order #804417 - placed on the 07/13/2016 . Its been more than 2 months and I still have not received the product. I have been asking for a refund or store credit for more than a month, but thet don't respond to my emails. And they don't have a valid phone number (the one listed on their website always goes unanswered) This is the most horrible customer service

Order: #885889- placed on 08/19/2016. Its been more than a month and no delivery yet. I want my money back.

    I had placed an order, which tgey completed after a month when prompted. Since the size was large, we placed a replacement order and they collected tge packages. Now its been more than a month and yet we still haven't receieved the order. I have written numerous mails and their no one seems to pick on their landline. My expirience has been most disappointing.

      I had placed an order on street style store on 3rd august 2016 vide order no. #850329 and full payment have already been made vide credit card. I have been following up via mail for delivery status from17th aug'16 and have been patient till end august, after which i have been following up on regular basis. Twice have i received apology mail from them regarding delay in delivery but no clear picture have been given to me on the delivery status. This is my first transaction with street style store and till now i have very bad experience on their service delivery - no prompt response on mail, neither any telephonic conversation could be done. Now, after nearly 2 months of waiting, i have started to doubt whether at all i would receive by order or not, also, i am now not sure about the quality of products...in the event my money is also at stake since they do not have any refund or cash back policy on line.
      Kindly help me resolve this issue.

        I would like to bring to the notice that SSS is really a pathetic experience, I shop alot online but have never faced such issues, below are my area concern, with this company,

        1)I have ordered a1Ladies top & a bottom & top set which is very very different in the look as well as quality of the fabric...the fabric mentioned on site says "Crepe" whereas the top received is in sheer GGT and with pathetic look, not even close to what is shown on site.
        2)I have placed my order in August first week and have received it today, which is more than 21days(as mentioned) on their website... On top of that there is only 1 phone number given that too is always busy, have tried more than 100 times but never got through.

        Really really pissed with this kind of company which are chelating customers and even wasting their time, I will never recommend anyone tobuy from this site and I want a refund of my 1448/- Rupees and the stuff cabn be picked back.

          Order number #902479: I have ordered a product on 27th August 2016. They promise to deliver the products within 3 to 21 days from the date of order. It's been more than 21 days now.
          They are not even responding to my mails, their helpline number is always busy. They don't even provide tracking details.
          I have already paid for the order and I have neither the shoes nor the money.

            It's been almost 1 month and I didn't received my order yet. I dropped a lot of mails to help desk of the street style store for the status of the order i.e. 901904 but no response from them. I ordered before from this site and I always got the delivery on time but this is the first time I am facing such service issue. I want my order at the earliest otherwise refund the amount.

              I had made 2 purchases online, first being on 25 june (#766107) and second one made on 10th july. (#797594). after multiple follow ups i received my first order end of august, however have to exchange it due to incorrect size and have done the needful online. i have still not received my second order neither has anyone come to collect the exchange. i have constantly written to them to which i get very standard replies but my orders have not come through. their toll free no does not function neither do they call or revert appropriately. absolutely poor service.

                I would like to bring to your notice that I had ordered certain products from Street Style Store -Order reference: FNSUTETSI on 03.09.2016.
                However, the product was not as per requirement. Hence, I had requested a replacement on 05.09.2016 and the same was confirmed by return mail same day by Mr.Karan (details as per the trailing mail).
                However, since then nobody has come to replace 3 shoes worth Rs.999+Rs.50 COD charges which are not of my size. As i tried the shoes, it was small for me. So i requested an exchange for the shoes with the bigger size. On a reminder sent by me on 13.09.2016, no reply has been received from their end.

                Street Style Store is neither replying to mails nor attending my calls. Hence, I am highly doubtful about the credibility of the stores and am unsure that after picking up the product, will they send me the correct product.

                Seek your revered intervention to protect the interest of consumers from unscrupulous online retailers like Street Style Store.

                On Friday my return parcel got picked up finally but I've neither been provided any receipt nor has any mail/ SMS has been dropped to me from Street Style Store regarding confirmation of the return. On the other hand, your agent got me signed on a list for return. So from my point of view, I've returned the parcel without any receipt from your side. Your agent told I'll get SMS alert in the evening which I didn't get. So as a consumer what confirmation have I got of the payment and parcel both being at your end? Amazon pickup person does give us a receipt containing a valid receipt number and the same is also updated against our order online.
                I'm so aggrieved by this entire process (rather no procedure at your end) of yours that I resolve not to transact with Street Style Store in future and also spread the same through word of mouth.

                The following mail was received by me from Street style store on September 26th 2016:
                "Very happy to inform that your exchange process is now complete and we have created a replacement order for you. You can view new order by logging in and then clicking on "History and details of my orders".We will be shipping your replacement order in next 3-10 days and will be informing you when its shipped."
                However, till date I haven't received any further message regarding any movement on that.
                Does the customer need to contact consumer complaints forum to receive a mail from Street Style Store. No calls are attended or mails are acted upon till then. Is this the policy of SSS? Does it operate through Consumer Complaints Forum or does it check [protected]@streetstylestore.com mail ID too?

                The situation is Street style store has the money as well as the product. They've not yet sent the replacement and it has been more than 15 days. However, I've kept a scanned copy of the list brought by agent from SSS for my signature at the time of taking the product. I would like to submit the same and would request for black-listing Street Style Store. I demand suitable compensation as per the Consumer Protection Act 1986 read with latest amendment for the harassment to which I've been subjected by Street Style Store since the last 1.5 month. I would also request the learned Consumer Complaints Council to block this website from being operated in India.

                  It's been more than 7 days . No response yet.

                  I have sent multiple mails to help desk. No reply from them. I wish I have read reviews before placing an order. These guys don't bother to answer, their customer num is always busy .

                  We are living in an era, where the e commerce shops deliver the product within the next 24 hrs, but cant understand what special products they are delivering that is taking too much time.

                  Now I am worried, even if get the order what could be the quality of product?

                  Shameless Response from the customer support or no response from the customer support at all.

                    I ordered and paid online for a pair of shoes at this site. I received two responses when I raised a concern about delivery. And then no replies. Product is still not delivered, and emails are ignored. Initially I received an email stating they are sorry and product will be delivered but then no response. I have requested a refund if the product is not available, but to no avail. Worst experience ever.

                      It seems it was a big mistake to order from Street style.
                      Neither is your helpdesk proactive nor your items are delivered in time (delay of almost three months is not acceptable at all)
                      As per your mail :

                      “We have checked the status of your order. The products that you have ordered are quite in demand than we had expected and taking some time. We have forwarded your details to the relevant team on a priority basis and they will dispatch it as soon as it will be ready. We assure you that product is worthy to wait for”.

                      The product was to be dispatched on priority.

                      What amazing priority !!!

                      Please refund my money at the earliest since I have not received your priority products till date (1 Sep)

                      Hope to receive a revert and not wait for a month for a reply to this mail.

                      Please act like a professional team and refund the amount at the earliest.

                        I placed an order for a pair of footwear on 20th July and did the payment also using debit card and i have still not received the product though it is 2months. They don't respond properly to the emails and their customer care number is always unanswered. I am fed up of contacting them to know the status and there is absolutely no proper feedback on it.                             I already paid for a product online through credit card.

                            I have the details of transaction with me and the invoice on the website is still cod.

                            There is a discrepancy in payment.

                            I mailed them regarding this but they are not even responding back regarding my issue.

                            Regarding the helpline number, the website says the time is 8am-6pm. but during 8-6 u cant even contact them. and after that they dont receive the call

                            I received a message regarding delivery of product today. its a cod. i dont understand what is going on.

                            I had placed an order for footwear .
                            The order id: 939523 .

                            1) Further, I had paid the amount through a credit card for which i have the receipt The invoice on your website shows it to be a CoD .

                            2) I have been trying to reach you guys on the given number, but there is no response . Your office number is never reachable between 8am to 6pm . n after that it always rings and no one even bothers to reply .

                            3) I dropped many mails to you regarding the same issue . But the operators dont even understand the issue, I dont think they are reading the mails carefully or even reading it.

                            4) No proper reply is there . Some silky kapoor sometimes replies that too without reading mails .

                            Kindly clarify if there is any discrepancy in the payment .I have all the credit card .

                              As suggested by you i tried calling them several times but the phone was unreachable and rather i had mailed them too but there is no reply from the street style store help desk's side. so please resolve my complaint as soon as possible of changing the name of the person to whom my order (in 938923) should be changed on the name of deepshikha.

                                I had placed an order (ID 891926; Sargasso Trouser (Black) - Size : M) on 22nd August 2016. I paid via net banking for the same. I received the invoice but still I have received no tracking details. The payment was accepted immediately but no order confirmation or shipping details have been forwarded yet. It has been 28 days since I placed this order, still it's a no show. I am continuously emailing them seeking any form of information but no one is even responding. There isn't any working customer care where one can call and clarify their issues. This is height o[censored]nprofessionalism and negligence. I feel robbed. I don't even care about the order anymore, I just want my money back.
                                I have attached a copy of the Invoice and the only respond to my query i got from them, rest all emails weren't replied to.

                                  I have order no #881436 and #858183.
                                  Order are placed before one month and more one week and i haven't receive any product delivery.
                                  Its been 5 or more emails i have dropped to help desk team but not getting any replies.
                                  My product is prepaid, I have already invested money on product so please delivery the product asap.
                                  This is my first experience that i have order a product and I haven't received it.
                                  This is very annoying and very hectic to check your package status every day and still you got to know that you are still on same page, With no progress.
                                  I wanted this product because i have planned with this for some day, now that day has gone still product is not with me.

                                    Order #804417 - placed on the 07/13/2016 . Its been more than 2 months and I still have not received the product. I have been asking for a refund for more than a month, but thet don't respond to my emails. And they don't have a valid phone number (the one listed on their website always goes unanswered) This is the most horrible customer service

                                    Order: #885889- placed on 08/19/2016. Its been more than a month and no delivery yet. I want my money back.

                                    Order: #915202- This has already been returned by me, but they still haven't issued me any store credit or refund. I need a refund or store credit.

                                        I ordered a product on August 1. But due to delay in product arrival, I decided to cancel the order. I sent several mails regarding the same. But I was just asked to wait util the product arrives. I even told them that I would not be available at the address to receive the product as I'm moving out of the country. But I still got the same automated reply. They did not even try to cancel the order. Yesterday, I got a mail again saying that my order has been shipped. This is so annoying as I just want to cancel the order and get my money back.
