My order number is 891869. I had ordered 3 sandals for Rs 999 and received it on 12th sept 2016. As per the description given on the day that I ordered, the sandals were described as leather strappy belts. On the day of delivery, I didn't get the quality of the product that I paid for. So I ordered for a refund or exchange for a different product. On the day when I wrote an email regarding the description of the product, they had no description for that same product. I clarified them clearly about their promise they made about the quality of the product and how i received something else. But they didn't help nor gave solution to my problem but instead they gave me a ticket number and redirected me to their returns policy page which has no safety protection of customer rights. And today on 13th september 2016 they again changed the description of the product to synthetic leather, the quality that i received. Also when I wore the sandals and tried walking, it gave an itching which has created a hole on my feet. I have never experienced any sort of allergic reaction to my feet but somehow these sandals did. This showed me the poorest quality that any store could provide. The money that I spent on shopping for this website has caused me 5 times the charges for my hospital expenses. I desire a full refund including shipping charges.

I placed an order sometimes ago for two pairs of sandals. I got the sandals but opted for exchange as there were a size bigger. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent and a reminder has been put to the warehouse department and that my order will be dispatched within 5-7 days. This is the 19th day since I got the mail. If truly my order was on priority basis and it was dispatched within 5-7 days, it should have been delivered to me by now or atleast I should have gotten a mail or a text stating the estimated date of delivery.This is no way to treat a customer. If you don't deliver my order within 5 days, refund my money. As simple as that. And please, do not ask me to be patient because I've been patient enough. Thanks

I bought two items from your site with order number 816200 and 805215 due to size isues I had to return both the items.The items were picked up around two weeks back.However I havent received any update about when my ordered product will be delivered to me. Also there is no response to my continuous calls to the provided phone number on this site.I am very much disappointed with your service and doubt whether I would like to buy any other product from this site or recommend this site to anyone else.

Please look into the issue ASAP.

Unprofessional and unethical behavior of the company. There maximum wait period for the order delivery is 21 days to which they failed and they are not even cancelling my order and refunding my money. I have emailed them so many times but there is no response from there end. Even the customer care executive didn't let me speak to the manager or supervisor.

I ordered one pear of Heel Order: VDZPMCBWH placed on 07/19/2016 20:03:26 & I was very excited for my heels but when i got this product, it was worst in quality and i have not any option instead of size so i have sent request for size change till now i did not get my replace order almost one month is over.

This is regarding order number 937022.I cancelled it as soon as it is placed.It was not processed at all and now company is saying they only provide store credits in the form of refund which is just not acceptable as no company cost was involved in processing my order.Money should be refunded via same payment mode.

I have ordered Siena Slouch Wedge - Shoe before 30 days which amount is already paid through CCavenue. Till now it is not dispatched. I asked status many times on email. They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is option to cancel order for COD, but no option for already paid orders.

Please help me in cancelling the order and get back my money

Hi my name is mohamed merchant i have a complain for online shopping site street style store. This is a fraud company onli to steal people hard earned money i have placed an order and being following up from last three months but still no reply from there side nor did my order arrived neither i got refund of my amount i have been writing mails calling them but no positive reply from there side now i have given hope that ill ever recieve my order or my money..

I had ordered 3 dresses from this site on 27th July I received my order after a month .. I was not at all happy with the products .. I requested an exchange of size of one product and requested a credit not for the other two as the product were not as it was shown in the pictures.. Today I have received a product which is the same product that I had returned ... I Want my money to be returned and take away all the products .. And kindly make sure it is done within this week or else I will have to take strict actions against you company.

My brother placed an order on 5th july for my birthday and today is bloody 7th september and till today I did not receive any order. Order number is #786745. They said they will send again but nothing till date. Today they sent a mail saying its a small company and to be patient. If they can't manage it, they shouldn't keep it as well then. Biggest frauds I have ever seen. And these people are so shameless that after so many complaints they still keep on doing the same blunders again and again. And phone number doesn't work as well. My brother is a magistrate, if I don't get my product I pay file a case as well.

I had ordered a shoe from SSS but the size I received was larger than mine. A pick up was arranged for me within 3 days, so that once the product reaches them they will dispatch new order for me and now it has been one month I have no idea about my new size order.Neither they are refunding my money.And the worst part about them is the contact no given my, one can never call the.It always shows line busy.And once I mailed them, they created a manual replacement order for me. But it never showed when it will dispatched or if it did so?

The image of product which they have shown on website and the delivered product are completely different. Quality of top and skirt is unbearable and shows how downmarket and cheap marketting strategies one can think of.

I wish i could really show the picture of what they have sent.

This is not the first time when i am facing unimaginable issue with this site.

But i am done with these complaints, and now i can wonder how they are making fool of publilc, that's why i am complaining in crime branch now.

Face them as my uncle will be interrogating you so no chance of any more corruption.

This order 773837 was placed and paid for online but hasn't been delivered in over three months now. the customer care number does not go through. emails are not replied to.

There is no other way through which a customer can contact them. there have been numerous complaints by various people about them.

Your courier person came two days back and took my packet, i was asking about courier receipt but he said that there is no need for that he just cut that invoice ..wrote his contact details, his name and date and told me that on the same day he will give the packet to SSS. I said Ok, because before one month i exchanged my shoes and that day also he didn't gave me any receipt of courier, gave me one slip with his name, no. nd order no. I bought this dress also, i have checked but it was not soothing me, i mean my skin color and that dress color is like same, as per ur site u have only exchange option..but thats wrong, atleast put credit note option, I mean take this return and give me SSS credit note so that i can buy something else ..i really dont understand.. what type of ecommerce ur running ...there are no facility..no msgs, no calls ..nothing . U guys dont have frndly system ..I have seen so many sites ..a small to small site they have all the policies, they have all the system but u dont have ...See i[censored] dont want any customers so better that shut ur site nd open any Shop in any street of delhi market, thats good idea ..atleast there u will do smthng good, smthng easy ..I wrote email day before yesterday and that agent replied yesterday late evng ..but he/she reaplied only one query ..cant he read, cant he replied, cant he write more ..Is she or he blind or any other issues..

This is in reference to an order numbered #911451 which was delivered by streetstylestore. The product was torn at 2 places so i initiated a replacement in their system for a fresh piece of the same product. As per 1 mail which i received from them, the reverse pickup should be done within 2-4 working days. But still the pickup is not done. I have paid the amount rs 1150 by cash and now i donot see any way even to contact them (Either through mail or phone) and get this replaced. The contact number mentioned in their side is not correct and even they are not replying to my emails.
