I placed an order in may.I got the order in june it was of so bad quality that i returned the product.They told me that they will be giving the money as an credit so that i can place another order.Frankly speaking my worst experience of online shopping is with street style store.After dropping them hundreds of mail i got my credit back and then i placed another as there was no other option with me.Now after 15 days they said they can't deliver the product take your money back.Now money i got in my account is pending.They had to initiate rs.699 and they initiated only rs.499.
They are such a cheat.Since may my money is blocked and now i am frustrated to this level i can't even express.
#Cheaters #NO REPLY #WORST SERVICE
Help me out as i am continuously sending them the mail but no revert.
We can seriously go to the consumer court and can file a case against them for cheating their customers and not giving appropriate customer care number.

    Its been almost two months I have registered my complaint but there is no action taken against it. I ordered two pair of shoes one was wrong size and another was wrong product I want it to be corrected immediately.I am trying to contact them for so long they have a very bad service I have send them so many mails and tried calling them on their customer care no. but they were not available.please look on to it correct it as soon as possible my name is anushka shrotriya.       I had placed by order on 31st August 2016 and there has been no update on my order since then,

      The telephone number provided on the website is always busy and there is no response on the emails sent. I have already paid money for my entire order for Rs. 3600/- and I have every right to know where my products are.

      I want my money back immediately. This company is a FRAUD Company and are cheating innocent customers.

        - I have ordered goods on 8th of April 2016. These guys promise goods within 21 days. However, I received goods after 2 months.
        - After that among 3 products ordered, 1 was incorrect. I raised a request for exchange. Which was taken care of after another 2 months.
        - They wanted to issue a credit note of Rs. 333 wherein, they do not offer any product with that amount. (which means we need to pay again from our pocket for already paid amount). Despite of denial, they issued a credit note. But after a fight, agreed to replace the product..
        - the product received is incorrect and without any fitting.

        Moreover, their contact number is always busy and they have no coordination among their team..

            I placed an order on 29th May2016 for two pairs of sandal. I got the sandals but opted for exchange as there were a size smaller and even quality was not good on 25thJune'16. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent. It's been 2months since I exchanged my order. Now They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is no option to cancel for already paid orders. Now if I don't get my money back then I have to complain in crime branch now.

              My order number is 891869. I had ordered 3 sandals for Rs 999 and received it on 12th sept 2016. As per the description given on the day that I ordered, the sandals were described as leather strappy belts. On the day of delivery, I didn't get the quality of the product that I paid for. So I ordered for a refund or exchange for a different product. On the day when I wrote an email regarding the description of the product, they had no description for that same product. I clarified them clearly about their promise they made about the quality of the product and how i received something else. But they didn't help nor gave solution to my problem but instead they gave me a ticket number and redirected me to their returns policy page which has no safety protection of customer rights. And today on 13th september 2016 they again changed the description of the product to synthetic leather, the quality that i received. Also when I wore the sandals and tried walking, it gave an itching which has created a hole on my feet. I have never experienced any sort of allergic reaction to my feet but somehow these sandals did. This showed me the poorest quality that any store could provide. The money that I spent on shopping for this website has caused me 5 times the charges for my hospital expenses. I desire a full refund including shipping charges.

                I placed an order sometimes ago for two pairs of sandals. I got the sandals but opted for exchange as there were a size bigger. I never got the exchange products even though complete payment was made. I have made several complaints and last month, after making another complaint, I got a reply stating that my order is on priority basis and that it has been marked as urgent and a reminder has been put to the warehouse department and that my order will be dispatched within 5-7 days. This is the 19th day since I got the mail. If truly my order was on priority basis and it was dispatched within 5-7 days, it should have been delivered to me by now or atleast I should have gotten a mail or a text stating the estimated date of delivery.This is no way to treat a customer. If you don't deliver my order within 5 days, refund my money. As simple as that. And please, do not ask me to be patient because I've been patient enough. Thanks

                    Unprofessional and unethical behavior of the company. There maximum wait period for the order delivery is 21 days to which they failed and they are not even cancelling my order and refunding my money. I have emailed them so many times but there is no response from there end. Even the customer care executive didn't let me speak to the manager or supervisor.

                          This is regarding order number 937022.I cancelled it as soon as it is placed.It was not processed at all and now company is saying they only provide store credits in the form of refund which is just not acceptable as no company cost was involved in processing my order.Money should be refunded via same payment mode.

                            I have ordered Siena Slouch Wedge - Shoe before 30 days which amount is already paid through CCavenue. Till now it is not dispatched. I asked status many times on email. They are neither responding me the exact dispatch date nor guiding me to cancel the order and get back my money. There is option to cancel order for COD, but no option for already paid orders.

                            SSS mailed me before on 14-Sep writing :they will take 2-3 working days to dispatch the order from their warehouse. But no such update i received. On 21- Sep i.e. after 1 week, SSS replied to my mail : their warehouse is getting shifted from one place to another. So they will dispatch the shipment soon !!! On 26-Sep, again I received mail from them writing: they are facing production issue in this product. That is the reason they have cancelled my order and initiated my refund request to the accounts department. It will take "7-10 " days for the refund to complete !!! No word to say in this. They are changing statements in every mail. Let's see...
                            Well welcome to the group of those people who this dumb [censored] website is fooling around with. My ordered is dated back to july 5th and till today no delivery has been done. I think all the customers should just go together and file a case against this website.

                                I had ordered 3 dresses from this site on 27th July I received my order after a month .. I was not at all happy with the products .. I requested an exchange of size of one product and requested a credit not for the other two as the product were not as it was shown in the pictures.. Today I have received a product which is the same product that I had returned ... I Want my money to be returned and take away all the products ..                                   I guess you guys are playing with me, I have been requesting for the returning of product, that i had purchased with you guys, I'm receiving a mgs stating the person is gonna pick up the product for exchange, all the numbers u had send till date its all switched off or 9 numbered numbers that which is a wrong number.                                     My brother placed an order on 5th july for my birthday and today is bloody 7th september and till today I did not receive any order. Order number is #786745. They said they will send again but nothing till date. Today they sent a mail saying its a small company and to be patient. If they can't manage it, they shouldn't keep it as well then. Biggest frauds I have ever seen. And these people are so shameless that after so many complaints they still keep on doing the same blunders again and again. And phone number doesn't work as well. My brother is a magistrate, if I don't get my product I pay file a case as well.

                                    Patience my foot!! What the hell is wrong with you people!! To how many customers are you guys gonna keep on apologising.. If you can't maintain the website then freaking close it!! Because anyways by the complaints you guys have been receiving lately you have to shut it down.. You freaking get my order by the end of next week and freaking refund our precious money!! You can't get away with innocent customer's money like that.

                                      I had ordered a shoe from SSS but the size I received was larger than mine. A pick up was arranged for me within 3 days, so that once the product reaches them they will dispatch new order for me and now it has been one month I have no idea about my new size order.Neither they are refunding my money.And the worst part about them is the contact no given my, one can never call the.It always shows line busy.And once I mailed them, they created a manual replacement order for me. But it never showed when it will dispatched or if it did so?

                                        The image of product which they have shown on website and the delivered product are completely different. Quality of top and skirt is unbearable and shows how downmarket and cheap marketting strategies one can think of.

                                        I wish i could really show the picture of what they have sent.

                                        This is not the first time when i am facing unimaginable issue with this site.

                                        But i am done with these complaints, and now i can wonder how they are making fool of publilc, that's why i am complaining in crime branch now.

                                        Face them as my uncle will be interrogating you so no chance of any more corruption.

                                        no this complaint is not resolved. it was never about exchange it was about quality which you deliver. Its the worst quality, nobody can wear such stuff. your website is just fooling customer with rubbish return and exchange policy.
