This order 773837 was placed and paid for online but hasn't been delivered in over three months now. the customer care number does not go through. emails are not replied to.

There is no other way through which a customer can contact them. there have been numerous complaints by various people about them.

      Your courier person came two days back and took my packet, i was asking about courier receipt but he said that there is no need for that he just cut that invoice ..wrote his contact details, his name and date and told me that on the same day he will give the packet to SSS. I said Ok, because before one month i exchanged my shoes and that day also he didn't gave me any receipt of courier, gave me one slip with his name, no. nd order no. I am attaching here that slip as i m staying in gurgaon and ur warehouse is in delhi so u have recvd my parcel at the very day so Kindly dispatch my desired size today at any of cost.

      I bought this dress also, i have checked but it was not soothing me, i mean my skin color and that dress color is like same, as per ur site u have only exchange option..but thats wrong, atleast put credit note option, I mean take this return and give me SSS credit note so that i can buy something else ..i really dont understand.. what type of ecommerce ur running ...there are no facility..no msgs, no calls ..nothing . U guys dont have frndly system ..I have seen so many sites ..a small to small site they have all the policies, they have all the system but u dont have ...See i[censored] dont want any customers so better that shut ur site nd open any Shop in any street of delhi market, thats good idea ..atleast there u will do smthng good, smthng easy ..I wrote email day before yesterday and that agent replied yesterday late evng ..but he/she reaplied only one query ..cant he read, cant he replied, cant he write more ..Is she or he blind or any other issues..

          I ordered one pear of Heel Order: VDZPMCBWH placed on 07/19/2016 20:03:26 & I was very excited for my heels but when i got this product, it was worst in quality and i have not any option instead of size so i have sent request for size change and almost one month over the taken my heel but till now i did not get my replace order.

            This is in reference to an order numbered #911451 which was delivered by streetstylestore. The product was torn at 2 places so i initiated a replacement in their system for a fresh piece of the same product. As per 1 mail which i received from them, the reverse pickup should be done within 2-4 working days. But still the pickup is not done. I have paid the amount rs 1150 by cash and now i donot see any way even to contact them (Either through mail or phone) and get this replaced. The contact number mentioned in their side is not correct and even they are not replying to my emails.

            It has been more than 5 working days. Everytime the same reply is coming. Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days, still the package is at my home. Get the pickup done fast and at the same time get the replaced product delivered to my place without any more delay. Or else i will be forced to log a complaint against this online shoppi g website and will deposit these whole lot of negetive reviews against this website as a proof. Expecting your update and response in delivering the replaced product soon.
            It has already been 4 working days since the reverse pickup request was made. Also after the reverse pickup is done, if there is again a lot of delay in getting the new product, where to contact to get prompt response. Since i have already paid the money for this, I am very much disgusted since even there is no number even to contact and very rare email response is there from streetstylestore's end.

                I have recived this product around 1 month ago after waiting for 1 month and from then i have been sending mails to their complaint email address to return 1 of the product which is of very very bad quality and nothing has happened till now and they dont have even started my return process. I want to replace this product which some other one as the quality is too bad and now none of their representatives are replying to the mails, they just send me a mail with replacing link which i already did many times but return process has not yet started and its been 1 month now

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is with reference to my order placed on Order: YEIZXIPCM placed on 08/31/2016 at 12:36:14.

                    I am in urgent need of funds and the store is refusing to return my money even though the order is not dispatched. I have also read a lot of feedback on the quality of the products that the website is offering and the consumers are really disappointed with the quality. I do not want to wait till my product is received and then I submit a request for return. They are asking me to take the credit note which again I have to use only in their website which will be valid for a limited period of time.

                    Please help. They are cheating the consumers.

                    Would you refund my money if I dont like the product and if it is not upto the standard of what is posted in the image. This is really sad that in this era of online shopping where every website big or small gives the consumer the flexibility and freedom of choice you are restricting it. I definitely bought the goods because of the pictures that were shown to me but with all the feedback I had read about the products (which I read unfortunately after placing the complaint) your company do not match up to the quality of the products. You giving me a credit to purchase products from your own website is of no use as the quality of the products sold at your website is extremely poor.

                    Would you refund my money if I do not like the quality of the product sent to me?

                    I am still awaiting a response on my email sent 5 days back. If I do not get a revert, I am going to file an FIR case of FRAUD against the company. It's been almost been 15 days and there is no clue of the shipment. My money is also not being refunded. I need a response urgently.

                      My voucher was valid till 31 july 2016 for the item i returned in february then due the unavailibility bif size i was not able to order so i delayed and ordered the different product in evening 31 july 2016 which showed that my voucher is cancelled but it should be valid till 12 midnight .Amount of voucher was rs 999. I want my voucher to be valid now or the amount should be refunded and i have the record of my order made in evening of 31 july 2016. I am making calls everyday but there phone is always busy and dere is just one helpline no. .

                          I have placed an order with the company around a month ago and the delivery has still not been made. The contact number given on their website is not working either. I've sent them 2 to 3 mails asking for an answer. But they aren't responding. They don't bother replying through mails. I have paid the money online and they still don't care about the delivery. The ticket number has been sent to me everytime I send them a mail. But still no reply.

                                I ordered 3 product on 10 june 2016, with order id : #738872. From http://streetstylestore.com/, paid through my debit card.
                                No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me. After few days i was sent an email (Email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com).
                                That same date i got response to them team will be looking in to on my request. After that also i did not got any responses.
                                Then with out my knowledge these people are split my orders. After that sss team will delivered to me 2 items on[protected]. About other product i have no update yet.
                                After i received 2 product i checked, i was getting size issue and i was raised exchange request to team. This team play the smart role here & with in 3-4 days they are received the return items. I was returned the item on 27- july-2016. After that i am not getting any update about the exchange items yet and other splinted order item update too.
                                Now its almost 3 months i had payment the money to this http://streetstylestore.com/ site.

                                Kindly help me to received my all 3 products successfully.

                                  My name is sonam i have ordered one piece of belly with order no. #851786 at date 04/08/2016 with id [protected]@gmail.com which have not come yet and the day before this date i have ordered three combo which is on cash on delivery which has arrived... But this order number product have'nt come yet and i already pay cash through card please seen through this and revert back.
                                  Revert back with response which is acceptable coz neither your customer care phone working nor your reply are satisfactory

                                    It's been more than 20 days since I placed an order for 2 pair of shoes at street style store. It was clearly mentioned in the mail that the delivery time period is 3 to 21 days but still I have not received them.
                                    Order date is 14August ... & order value is 1399 payment is already done at the time of order, this time experience is too too bad and irritating... Tried to call on Toll-free no mentioned on site but no response from that even. Kindly revert with the either solution payment back or shoes delivery within next 2days. Order confirmation details also attached.

                                      I had ordered 3 pairs in 999.
                                      I received my order after a long time of waiting.
                                      But they were not as expected.
                                      One pair was different color.
                                      One pair was wrong color.
                                      One with the poor quality.
                                      Now my exchange order reference ZAFIGIOMO which is still in process, and i don't understand when will i get it.
                                      I'm moving bangalore in two days.
                                      My money is stucked.
                                      What should i do...?
                                      Please refund my amount.
                                      Or else i will have to suit a case against street style store in consumer court.

                                      I don't think that i will receive the pairs of footwears.
                                      Please do the refund.
                                      And i don't require store credits.
                                      I want the amount in my bank account.the same way i made the payment.
