My order number is XJTEBKEQH. I had ordered a white shoe on July 31. But I have not yet received it. It has been more than a month since I ordered. Their estimated delivery takes 3-21 days. I have also mailed them but i have not received any response. Hence complaining here. Not happy with their service. I have already paid for the shoe but have not received the item. Please help.

I had placed an order on 30th July, 2016 for 3 shoes for Rs. 999/-. As i had received my order, the shoe size was not proper. I have placed a request to exchange the same. Tried to call on your helpline number, but no body answered the call. I have sent several mails to exchange the same. They keep reverting on mail saying that it will take 2-3 Working Days, its already been 11 days and no exchange has been done. No person contact for the same. Unable to reach them. No body answers the call.

I am tired of sending the same mails without any response from your side.
Kindly update me for the order number 826745. I have not yet received any call for the reverse pick up as you had promised me that you will need a day or two and its already 25 days past.

Please look into the matter ASAP.

I placed an order with order id #827511 on 24 July... I haven't received the order yet and this is not the first time that there is a delay in receiving the order from this site.This is the case most of the times...That's why I was left with no option other than escalation.
I hope the complaint will be forwarded soon to the concerned authority of the online shopping website.

The quality is very poor.

It am repenting for the day I saw these frauds' ad on facebook and decided to buy products from here. It has been more than 2 months ever since I ordered for a set of footwear. The order came to me after approximately more than a month, that too with wrong shoe size and pathetic quality. These liars don't even let us return the crappy product and you have to settle with them, waiting endlessly for the exchange to come to you.

if you ppl cant deliver the correct order, or if it is out of stock, why don't you just return the customer's money? this is absolute fraud and cheat.

I want to know the probable date to get my exchanged products. I will not leave my hard-earned money to ppl like you, rather will donate those footwear to someone needy.

I placed an order on 12th july, 2016 and received on 18th july, 2016. Then i made a request of size exchange on same day only but today its 10th Aug (almost 1 month) and still i have not received any notification or confirmation for exchange. Its been 2 months, neither i am receiving any response nor my products. I want my money back otherwise it will not be good for your company.

I have paid fully for the 3 pair of sandals and now its more than 3 days. but there are no signs of them to deliver the product. this is the worst site ever.

I have ordered 3 flats for the first time from this site and after waiting for 10 days for the product to be delivered, the product's quality is not up to the mark.
Product is pretty disappointing.
Just found option to exchange for size and not for the product's quality.
Is there any way through which i can exchange?
If not then purchasing from street style store will be a bad idea and unrecommended to others.
Hoping for a reply and may this not to the first and last order.

I have ordered 2 shoes on 4th august 2016, i typed them a mail saying to put it on delivering it fast becauze i have ordered 3 times from this site nad except the first time i have allways received the order beyond the time mentioned on the website . and i got a mail from there consultants that it has only been 10 days and its mentioned 3-21 days.. and i replied that then this time it hsould come under the specified date and till now i havent received the order neither any reply to my further mails.. THE OWNER should take care of loosing the image in the market.. THEY DONT REPLY, THEY DONT DELEIVER, THEY ARE BREACHING THE THINGS MENTIONED BY THEM ONLY THAT IS 3-21 DAYS OF DELIVERY

This website is pathetic. They only know how to waste our money. I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site on 26th july and i dont have any idea about my product. There contact number is always busy or either they dont pick my calls. I have been calling them for the past 15 20 days. But they dont reply at all. I want my money back. I dont want any shoes now. I would recommend everyone not to to buy from this website. They are fraud. They didn't even provide the credit note for the dress that i returned back on 27th august. They have got there product back but they dont feel like giving back our money or the product. Please i want my money back from this website

I had ordered 2 set of footwear on sss.com and have received the product with size issues and so i requested for the replacement and on 29th of july the delivery person even took away the product but its more then a month that i havnt yet recieved my new product...i had opt for cash on delivery and so my money is stuck as the do not have money refunding option...

Pathetic service you provide to your customers. No response to calls, neither proper mails are being responded. I have sent multiple mails, no proper reply to that. Neither proper Solution was provided. No proper updates on your site, its been more than 30 days. Do you people think that it is reasonable. I need a proper justifiable mail regarding my order. No proper escalation flow you have.

I have return my item for exchange, its been month i haven't receive my item.

I have ordered 4 shoes 3 months back and have not received any shoes yet. I have done payment through debit card and want urgent refund of my money. I had order 3 pair of footwears from www.streetstylestore.com on 31st July Mode of payment was Card. And the amount was ₹999.One pair of sandal was for ₹499 and the rest two pair of footwears was ₹499. I received the order after 15 days via Courier Service. As i tried the footwear, it was small for me. So i requested an exchange it with the bigger size or other pair So requesting for more den 15-20 days they send the courier service men again to collect the exchange order. Then I mailed them to refund my money as they dont have any refund policy I told them to credit my money on street style store account but they didn't do that, And it has been 30 days now i haven't recived any mail nor the money back and they haven't responsing to any mails and phone calls. I want you to take strict actions against them and teach them a lesson. I don't want any shoes from the website, i just want my money back. The details of the website are below. Hi, my order number - vxunbiqyu which was placed on 19th july. Today is 29th august and till date it is not shipped. When i try to contact through email, i hardly get a response. Their customer care number always comes busy.

I had a credit of 1697 with them and my amount seems to be blocked. I asked them if they are unable to ship, they should refund my amount, but i am not getting any response.

Following up every day with the same issue is a headache for us as well. I fell like helpless droping mails to them daily but getting no repsonse.

Request you to please take a strict action so that customers are not troubled by such shopping websites.
