I Have ordered 2 pair of shoes from Street Style Store on 5/ 5 /2016. I have received it almost after a month. One product is fine but the other pair is of worst quality and doesn't look same as was visible on the site. I am requesting them from past 3 months for exchange but they are ignoring and not replying my mails.

Nobody picks up a call at your place and most of the time number is busy. Too much delay in service and most importantly nobody reads the mail carefully. They just happen to read few things and reply accordingly. I ask them something they reply for totally a different thing. They don't read the mails carefully and nobody picks up the call. How do i contact them and tell them my problems because they don't understand mails. There is too much delay in the shipping.

I need my order urgently.I placed this order a month ago and received the delivery on 22 August 2016 but unfortunately you delivered it wrong. The box was delivered wrong. Updated by Purvika Singh I have received a voucher coupon instead of my correct product after exchanging procedure which is not valid..because exchange means you need to replace the wrong delivered product with the correct footwear..my order no is 859069.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes under the offer 2 for 1299. When I got them delivered one of the pair was good but the other pair of shoe, ie set fire to the rain (shoe size 40), was delivered to me with both the pair for right foot only. They picked it up for exchange so I thought they will get them replaced to me with the right pair for it..but now I received a voucher of 649 rs. This means now I have to again buy a new product and then you'll deduct the same voucher amount from it?? Is this your service? You are nor replacing my product with the right and instead giving me this voucher under which now I have to buy a new pair of shoes first and then will have to pay extra..
Either get my footwear replaced or give my money back bcz I will not give a money extra for anything now..
Or give a voucher for rs 899 or 699 so that I can buy the same pair of shoes which I sent for exchange 😑

I had placed an order on 30th July, 2016 for 3 shoes for Rs. 999/-. As i had received my order, the shoe size was not proper. I have placed a request to exchange the same. They keep reverting on mail saying that it will take 2-3 Working Days, its already been 11 days and no exchange has been done. No person contact for the same. Unable to reach them. An update on your order placed with streetstylestore.com. On a very sad note, we had to cancel your order number “790059“placed on "7th July 2016 ". We are not very happy to inform you this and we know you are disappointed too.

This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "7-10" days for the refund to complete.

Today i have mailed them back on Tue, Sep 20, 2016 at 11:35 AM

Dear SSS Customer Care,

I haven't received my refund till now back in my account.

Please update me on the same or share any transaction number to check whether the payment has been processed from your end or not..

I waited for almost 2mnths for my order will not wait for the another 2 months to get back the payment

It am repenting for the day I saw these frauds' ad on facebook and decided to buy products from here. It has been more than 2 months ever since I ordered for a set of footwear. The order came to me after approximately more than a month, that too with wrong shoe size and pathetic quality. These liars don't even let us return the crappy product and you have to settle with them, waiting endlessly for the exchange to come to you.

if you ppl cant deliver the correct order, or if it is out of stock, why don't you just return the customer's money? this is absolute fraud and cheat.

I want to know the probable date to get my exchanged products. I will not leave my hard-earned money to ppl like you, rather will donate those footwear to someone needy.

Hi,
I have ordered 3 flats for the first time from this site and after waiting for 10 days for the product to be delivered, the product's quality is not up to the mark.
Product is pretty disappointing.
Just found option to exchange for size and not for the product's quality.
Is there any way through which i can exchange?
If not then purchasing from street style store will be a bad idea and unrecommended to others.
Hoping for a reply and may this not to the first and last order.

I have ordered 2 shoes on 4th august 2016, i typed them a mail saying to put it on delivering it fast becauze i have ordered 3 times from this site nad except the first time i have allways received the order beyond the time mentioned on the website . and i got a mail from there consultants that it has only been 10 days and its mentioned 3-21 days.. and i replied that then this time it hsould come under the specified date and till now i havent received the order neither any reply to my further mails.. THE OWNER should take care of loosing the image in the market.. THEY DONT REPLY, THEY DONT DELEIVER, THEY ARE BREACHING THE THINGS MENTIONED BY THEM ONLY THAT IS 3-21 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Updated by anshugupta8j I ordered the shoes, I have received them after 4 months today, and what I see is that the print I ordered is totally different from what I have got, and now if I choose for replacement then they will again come back in 4 months, there is no option for return, and on what faith can I have them replaced, first I got it late from the days they claim is 1 month, I got them after 4 months and now, the shoes are not the one I ordered and even I mailed the complaint and there is no reply.. I am fed up now from street style store
And even the print on the pair of shoes is different from each other... total [censored]

This website is pathetic. They only know how to waste our money. I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site on 26th july and i dont have any idea about my product. There contact number is always busy or either they dont pick my calls. I have been calling them for the past 15 20 days. But they dont reply at all. I want my money back. I dont want any shoes now. I would recommend everyone not to to buy from this website. They are fraud. They didn't even provide the credit note for the dress that i returned back on 27th august. They have got there product back but they dont feel like giving back our money or the product. Please i want my money back from this website

I had ordered 2 set of footwear on sss.com and have received the product with size issues and so i requested for the replacement and on 29th of july the delivery person even took away the product but its more then a month that i havnt yet recieved my new product...i had opt for cash on delivery and so my money is stuck as the do not have money refunding option...

Pathetic service you provide to your customers. No response to calls, neither proper mails are being responded. I have sent multiple mails, no proper reply to that. Neither proper Solution was provided. No proper updates on your site, its been more than 30 days. Do you people think that it is reasonable. I need a proper justifiable mail regarding my order. No proper escalation flow you have.
