I am trying to contact your executive but i am unable to do so and i have also mailed you my problem but no response was there from your side. I request you to reply to the mail and reply my as soon as possible .
The foot wears i have received are not fitting me well so i want a smaller size but you have don't have any footwear smaller than 34 hence i would like you to either refund my money or give me credits to buy something else instead.

    What do you want guys @ street style store? I had ordered 3 footwear from sss on 13th july 2016 and not recieved till yet. Even i had mailed to them and complained them but till today i had not recieved my order.
    If you guys are listening than please give me a proper date of my order.
    I needed those sandles that i ordered as i had to wear it at a function. But i am so disappointed with your service guys!
    At your site you show a lot of catchy variety of footwear and beacuse of this customer gets attracted and order them in hope to get it within atleast 10 days.
    But you guys just sucks! Pleses don't fool your customers! They are the one's who pays you!

    As i m saying this, pleses deliver my footwear asap as i needed them badly!

      You guys why don't you ever ever ever pick up the call? I have placed an order for 2000 rs prepaid. You guys say it has already been delivered. Where has it been delivered? You are eating up my 2000 rs. Never had such a bad experience with any online shopping and it's such a disappointment. Please reply ASAP.

          I had replaced an order (Order Id : 756851), it has been received at SSS, but I have not received the replacement yet. Also, there has been no communication from SSS regarding my replacement (Order Id : 847773).

          Can any action be taken against this ? It happens almost everytime. Don't know why they forget and never send the products on time.
          I will never recommend this to my friends now.

            I'am very disappointed with your services, feeling wretched now while drafting this complaint again. This is my Order Id : 803404. I'd placed this order on 17th of June 2016 and now it's showing that order is placed
            on 13th of July. What's wrong with your portal?

            Why it's showing the fallacious order detail. From last One month it is showing the order status:Priority dispatch, but not delivered yet. Take an appointment with me I'll teach you how to run the business. Because 49 days have passed and your customer is writing the complaint instead of making another purchase, Huh. See I promise I'll not make another purchase just deliver this and even not going to recommend someone after reading your customer reviews. There is no doubt that you guys have quality product, but remember after a time passed everything become useless and no one does not like to pay for waste. I hope you can feel my disappointment. Please deliver it within this week or else I will take strict action against you for harassing me. That's all What I want to say.

            Kindly revert me @ my personal e-mail that you already have, with best possible solution ASAP.

              I ordered 3 pair of shoes and the size does not fit me so I request for smaller size.
              Still there is no response.

              Mostly I shop online. Other sites does not do this. Least They always send a message, when the pick up and delivery will be. And I even get notifications in mail.

              Please try to have those option so that even if the product is going to deliver or pick up late also we will be aware of it.

              Last, nt the least...I m still waiting for sss to pick up the products for exchange.

                Just now i placed an order, and i can not find a change order or cancel order option, because after placing the order and making the payment, i got more options better than those. Please give us an option for change in products, so that we can get our products in our affordable range. Every other company have cancellation options for consumer benifits before shipping.

                  My order number is 802591 named Classic vintage sneakers worth Rs.699. I have placed the order on 12th july 2016. As per their policy product should be delivered in 3-21 days. Now its been 23 days since i have placed the order and havent received it yet.

                  On dropping a mail to [protected]@streetstylestore, i haven't received a reply and on calling[protected] the number is always busy. Once they received my call and just said it will take time you have to wait. Its almost a month now.

                  I have attached the invoice and email of my order.

                  please help to get my product delivered or refund my payment.

                  Till last mail you said it would be dispatched in 5-7 days and now suddenly you are cancelling the order. You seem to be fooling your customers with your mails. Now how much time you will need to issue the credit note ???
                  Once i shop with the credit note again it will take almost 1-2 months for the product to dispatch and then you will cancel that order stating some production issue. See to it that you justify your words.

                    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes (COD) on 19th July 2016 and received it on 25th July 2016, however, the size doesn't fit me. since that day I have been trying to request for a replacement but unable to do. I had send an email to the customer care and I was informed that the process is online now. When I tried doing it online it allows me to submit my request but once I hit submit the page gets stuck and says "Thanks for your exchange request.. Completing your request. This may take some time... Please do not referesh the page...". and this goes on the entire day. Repeated emails to customer care has not helped as they are list bothered to respond and the phone number never works. My order number is 816408

                      I had ordered 4 shoes and 3 dresses from sss on 16th of april 2016. After frequent follow ups, i received my shoes and 2 of my dresses by 2nd of july. But still, they have not delivered the final top. When inquired, they give a fake reason of wrong contact number given. But i have updated my phone number and address to them on each of such emails of them (More than thrice). Now, when i asked for status, they apologized that the dress i ordered was on high demand and due to that the order was delayed for "4 months".In their terms and conditions, if the item is not shipped and if i cancel the order, they are liable for full refund (A screenshot of the same attached with this). I had requested to cancel the order and initiate refund. They never listened. I request to the authority to help me with getting my dress as soon as possible and prevent this fraudulent and unethical people from cheating others again by taking necessary actions against them. (Fyi. My order numbers are: #779847, #713725, #681357, #658980, #638918, #638906).
                      (To add, my undelivered order falls under the order no: #681357 which is shown as delivered in the site. And a delivered top is shown as undelivered)
                      (And also, their customer service number is fake which is never picked up)

                          Can i have the update on whats happening to my money, bloody i have invested that money to buy your product the delivery doesn't happen on time, i ordered on the dress on a credit note and the delivery boy didnt handover the product because it was a prepaid delivery, i dont understand what is happening with you guys, how horrible you can behave with a customer, we cant reach you on your number given on the website why the hell have you guys mentioned on the website.

                          I ahve been continuously dropping mails to customer caree support id,

                            I ordered a sandals ₹499..
                            I dint got perfect size... I tot to return it back... They gave me credit note of ₹499...n then I ordered a dress of ₹1299. i.e, I have to pay only ₹800.
                            But.
                            They dint delivered that product after more than 15 days. as I want it very urgent.
                            So I ask fa refund.
                            N they did it. but only of ₹800

                              Hi,

                              Order id : 755227 (1 item), placed on 19 june, 2016, is not delivered till today. payment was done on 19th june itself. till now product is not delivered and there is no option to cancel the order and refund is also not there.
                              The exact date when it can be delivered is not provided and also no refund also till now.

                              I want to cancel the order if you cannot deliver it and refund the amount right away. i can wait any more it is more than one and half month the order is placed.

                              Whenever i raise the ticket to check the status, i am not getting any proper reply and the ticket is closed without any confirmation.

                              The experience with this store is horrible and this is really unprofessional behavior from the vendor - streetstylestore

                              Tell me why I have to buy something which I dont want for a fault from the vendor.
                              This is not acceptable.

                              You have to either deliver the product or have to run the money.

                              Again you have promised to deliver the product on 15th of august.

                              That also dint happen. Now there is nothing other than refund of the amount.

                                I had purchased 3 flats under their 3 for rs.999 offer. However, the flats were of really poor quality and i returned them and also got my credit slip.
                                However, i am unable to use that to buy anything on the website using that credit. Their email customer support told me that i won't be able to buy anything else from the website, except under the 999 offer.

                                I don't know what is the problem here as sss has my money with them and i should be able to buy whatever i wish to.
                                Have emailed their customer support many times but their is no response, and they close the ticket on their own after that.

                                  Not received the item from more than a month. Payment has already been done. No notification has been received from the company's side regarding shipment of the item. Contact number is never reachable[protected].

                                  Kindly help me in getting the product on high priority. I am waiting from almost a month now.

                                    Placed this order xlvglgojb on 25/9/15 and i am not happy with the products received. ordered 2 shoes and 3 items from clothing section and all had different sizes. e g: ordered shoes with size 37for both but what actually fits me 37 for one and 38 for the other. v. poor qlty of material n they took 3 months to deliver 1 out of 5 items.1 item us yet to be replaced and it's already close to a yr now still waiting for replacement. delivery time is way way high than what they are promising on their website. so basically they are a bunch of cheaters.. they don't have a refund policy. once u make the payment in advance u r stuck up just like me.. i[censored] choose cod then u will never receive ur product. i have asking them to rwturn my money and take the unused products back and they just don't respond to ur mail.

                                      I had placed an order of 3 items which was split into two orders later, one with 2 items (#668253, rs 1, 298) and the other one with 1 item (#725283 rs 499. it was almost 4-5 months back and i made online payment of rs. 1797/-. i received the products sometime in june and had to return all the 3 items due to mismatch in sizes. till date they have confirmed the receipt of only one order (#668253) and have given me a credit note. no update on the other order. they have given a fake phone number for customer care and my mails get answered once in every 2 months. they told me that they won't refund my money. but are they going to pay for the delay and unprofessionalism on their part? can you believe that it is taking them half a year to deliver an order?
                                      Kindly do something to get my money back and make this company shut down.

                                      I have already attached my pick up slip in this post. And i had also mailed it to your customer helpsssk about a month back. If you can see, on the slip it is written as 2 orders and 3 shoes have been picked up. I have given both the orders to the same pick up person in the same pickup slot. That is why it is written as 3 shoes in the slip. And my order #668253 has only 2 products.

                                        Last time i raised a complaint and you guys spilt the order and placed it, however its of no use because i have not received 1 package yet.

                                        It showing as dispatched in your website but not able to track the package. No proper response from your team regarding the package and they told it would be delivered with in 3 days but its been 1 week and over all i wasted my time money which i paid 2 months ago.

                                        Such a poor site and maintenance no proper phone number. I would definitely not recommend sss to any of my friends.

                                        Kindly return my money its of waste writing for you guys. But people who will go through this complaint will be careful by not purchasing on your site. Guys do not pay for the products for sss. You will not receive your package at all.
