I have been writing to the team with no response at all for the order that i returned under the order no 759102 and replacement order appearing as 831772. I have tried multiple times to call the contact no and never ever seem to get connected. This is extremely frustrating!!
Under the above order one pair needed a change of size and another needed to be returned and issued a credit note as the product did not at all look like how it appeared.
I get no response at all. Please help me resolving this issue as my money is blocked.

The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the same email confirming that the pick-up is done.
If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

I spoke to the customer care representative om the contact no provided on your site to which they have asked me that the product which is not at all the way it looks on the site will be returned and voucher/ credit note would be issued against it.
I have accordingly initiated the return and waiting for the person to pick up the items. I do not want the product called ' so you can dance'. Rquest to you get the credit note issued for the same on priority.

I do not understand the mails received by me. One is a replacement order and one is exchange order. Whats the difference???
Can someone understand that one product was jus not what it looked in the picture and i do not wish to get the same. I have mentioned everything in the mail trail.
Do not send me the same product again. I will not pay any replacement cost if the product is delievered to me again.
Issue me a voucher against it and that is all i want.
I am jus fed up with this process where on noone understands what i am saying. The site is jus not clear as to what is happenig and even the mail.
Size 37is big for mw which as per the standard size chart should not be. 37size for the product is of no use to me.
Can someone call me rather than beating around the bush.

It is extremely frustrating thats someone cant even reply to the simplest of the things.
I have written so many times with jus no reply.
Its simple that all the mails are going ignored. I am simple damn irrtated.
Note : if i get the wrong product i will jus not pay even a penny extra cz its ur fault!!

Firstly, thanks for your response. Atleast you had the courtsey to respond which my other emails were not. Just to update you, post my email, on 17th Aug I recd one pair of shoes today out of the three pairs I ordered at the same date n time. Now be kind enough to update on the status of remaining two orders urgently so that I can rest my case.

As expected, neither have I recd the remaining 2 pair of shoes as per my original order nor have I recd any response on my last email of 17th Aug. Then you all accuse the customers for using harsh language.
Now very respectfully, can I please know by when you all will have mercy & be kind enough to deliver the remaining goods? Or again I have to go to the door for consumer forum.
I am sure you guys have a mechanism to track the timely delivery then why this lapse.
Pls respond within 24 hours so that I am not forced to take a legal action on this.

there is still no response on my email of 17th as well as 23rd Aug.
So should I understand that I have to take matters in the legal forum?
Have the decency to at least respond with the dates & stick to it.
If I do not get a response today, pls be sure that the VOC of this experience will be up on all websites - FB, Twitter, All social groups, consumer forum sites, jago grahak jago and wherever my computer can reach.
