I ordered 2 products online which was part of an offer (2 for rs.999). The first time, i returned the product as the sizes were incorrect. I received exchange of the product, but it was not the same product that i had ordered.
I tried following up with the customer care multiple times with no response, and thus raising the complaint.
I need to get the refund amount or the product i ordered.
Please assist me in this situation as it has been more than 3 months and it is really thee worst service i would expect from an online merchant.

I have arranged the reverse pick up of your order#607177 and it will be done in 2-3 working days.

    Summer lovin - shoe size : 35 rs 299 — 1 rs 299

    Expected delivery time - 21 days. sent 6 emails to the company reminding them but the goods are still awaited. twice i recd a response twice saying that more time will be taken but still there is no news. pls help.

    Firstly, thanks for your response. Atleast you had the courtesy to respond which my other emails were not.
    Just to update you, post my email on 16th Aug, (Strawberry swing ( Black ) - Shoe Size : 36) I recd one pair of shoes on 17th Aug out of the three pairs I ordered at the same date n time. Now be kind enough to update on the status of remaining two orders urgently so that I can rest my case.

    there is still no response on my email of 17th as well as 23rd Aug.
    So should I understand that I have to take matters in the legal forum?
    Have the decency to at least respond with the dates & stick to it.
    If I do not get a response today, pls be sure that the VOC of this experience will be up on all websites - FB, Twitter, All social groups, consumer forum sites, jago grahak jago and wherever my computer can reach.

        No tracking no. for fedex when are you going to deliver the product?? i have been trying to contact streetstyle contact no always buysy...
        Also i have seen there are soo many complains logged it and non of them are resolved against street style

        the have not given me Fedex Order no in my invoice also the money has been taken from me by fraud

But then the call disconnected suddenly and i am trying that number since then but some computerised voice i am able to hear. So can i get back my money today by end of the day? Revert asap.

          I have ordered 3 shoes at price 999 on 14th august 2016.(order#[protected][protected] and also recieved the mail about my order is successful and also money deducted from my account(CCAvenue reference#[protected].but after logging into the site its showing no order placed.please respond ASAP.i am so worried how can this show that no order placed.also i have not got any information regarding when the order will be delivered.please solve the issue as soon as possible.i tried calling to customer care but the number is not existing it said.please request you to solve the issue.

          You people are fraud. My card is blocked due to you. Instead of transferring you are deducting from my account.


          I got a call just now to share my card details for refund but he transacted 1000 from my account again. For that my card is blocked. This type response you give. I need my money back.

          i have ordered this product on 16th aug 2016 .it has been since 1 month i didn't get my order.as i have waited till now but the order is not reached and also i have given the payment;finally i want to exchange my shoes size which i ordered previously and i updated in my account with updated size i want.can i know how much time it will take to reach at me?and also i am requesting you to give my order as soon as possible in my updated size.please revert ASAP.

            I had placed an order on the site more than 21 days back, there is no response for calls and emails. The order was supposed to delivered on urgent basis. Please help! Though the order is a cash on delivery one, but there is no concrete information for my order. Plus the customer executives are too rude to talk. We call them atleast 20 times & then the call gets connected.

                I received an credit silp against one of my previous order. I had order different item orcer#864770 on date 08/10/2016 using that credit slip was cancelled and 2 new orders (Order#873226 and #873233) were generated without applying credit slip on 08/13/2016. Whose invoice showing the amount to be paid. I don't want these item if it required to be paid by my me. I am just utilizing my previous credit slip. Kindly apply my credit slip or cancel my order

                  1. disappointed with cx care/no response after multiple emails and msgs on fb
                  2. order no: #807459 has not been delivered and its been more than a month and there is no status
                  3. sss gave a credit slip of (8jhud2o credit slip - tlau 1 rs 699 3/12/2017) however it does not work and when we try to email or send msg, nobody responds tot he email.

                    I have been writing to the team with no response at all for the order that i returned under the order no 759102 and replacement order appearing as 831772. I have tried multiple times to call the contact no and never ever seem to get connected. This is extremely frustrating!!
                    Under the above order one pair needed a change of size and another needed to be returned and issued a credit note as the product did not at all look like how it appeared.
                    I get no response at all. Please help me resolving this issue as my money is blocked.

                    Can someone understand that one product was jus not what it looked in the picture and i do not wish to get the same. I have mentioned everything in the mail trail.
                    Do not send me the same product again. I will not pay any replacement cost if the product is delievered to me again.
                    Issue me a voucher against it and that is all i want.
                    I am jus fed up with this process where on noone understands what i am saying. The site is jus not clear as to what is happenig and even the mail.
                    Size 37is big for mw which as per the standard size chart should not be. 37size for the product is of no use to me.

                      I had ordered 3 sandals for Rs 999 in October 2015. I received the order in November 2015. however the quality of the shoes were so bad upon trying the soles broke. I contacted customer support of SSS and requested for return of the shoes they took time to respond but said I could return the products to the address mentioned in the website. I had returned the product in December 2012 but the still claim to have not received the product and also keep telling me to send them the shes which I had sent long ago. I had even sent the courier slip to them long ago but still they act blind and does not give me a respond or solution. I asked for my money or the shoes back but still no solution. They keep transferring the issue of my order to each other and keep asking me to return or wait till the product reach their warehouse. I don;t think a package would take 9 months to reach Delhi. r maybe their warehouse is somewhere beyond mars.

                        I had ordered (order (#742408)) a pair of shoes which when delivered to me I did not like. However, when I tried to exchange the shoes, I saw that I can exchange them for the same shoes that I dislike but only in a different size, which makes no sense when I dislike the shoes. Then a few days later, SSS sent me the same pair of shoes again without me having chosen a different size as is the only option available. I sent this pair back. Even since I have been writing to their helpdesk number to see if the amount can be refunded to me after cancelling the order. This has been going on since June 23rd with no solution in hand.

                        I hope something can be done soon so that I can get my money back.

                            This is so ridiculous to know that i have made three orders and have not got any tracking details.

                            how can the services be so pathetic??

                            i need to know when are you people delivering my product???

                            i have made the payment of 3 orders, 10 chappals need to be delivered. The total payment of Rs3300 has been made.

                            I will go to consumer court in case i don't receive the tracking details . i need to wear the same on Rakhi.

                            You cant fool the customer. I have read the comments in forum wherein people are complaining about the non- receiving of the tracking details.

                            I have been calling on landline since morning. This cant be the way to treat. i shall personally visit the office if no reverts come.

                            I am working with Zee News and will put the same on air about the fraud site.

                            Revert asap!!!

                            Attaching the invoices. Send my all 10 chappals asap else refund my money by Tuesday in the same account.

                              In reference to the complaint I posted on 1st August, the store is so shameless, its a complete scam. I still haven't received my products so far, products worth 5000 are still pending. The company is running a scam, they need to be abolished completely.

                              #818774 07/20/2016 and #856403 08/6/2016 havent been shipped inspite of complaining so many times. NO response to e mails, calls, social media, etc. I encourage other people to come together and report against this scam. I work in the media and need your support to report this company's scam.                                 I had ordered a pair of shoes ( order 791813) and I received something which is not as per the image shown on the website. This is utter cheating and I have not received responses on any of my emails. The customer care number is never reachable. This company does not provide any customer service and they cheat the customers with nice pictures of the products. They do not provide what actually is shown on the image. Pathetic experience. Would never shop again from here.

                                  #791320 - Ordered shoes 2.5 months back. . No tracking of the product. Poor delivery partners. Improper customer service. Poor quality. They assured that the quality of product is very good. I did not exchange because that is again the worst service and did not want to get into the whole worthless process again. Overall the worst site ever. Never picks up the customer care online. The site should be closed down to prevent people further investing in these unworthy products

                                        I have ordered products from SSS on 17th June. As per their website, it says -Products are generally dispatched in 3-21 days depending upon the product you have ordered. It's 12th August now, and I have not received my products. I have emailed them many times, almost daily now. They create tickets and tell me that they are sorry and they will dispatch it soon. But no progress yet. I have tried calling them, but their no is always busy, like always. I have asked them that if they cant send the products, or if it is not available, refund my money, The moment I ask that, they do not respond at all. They wrote in email that they will follow up daily, but never do that.
