I had ordered a pair of shoes ( order 791813) and I received something which is not as per the image shown on the website. This is utter cheating and I have not received responses on any of my emails. The customer care number is never reachable. This company does not provide any customer service and they cheat the customers with nice pictures of the products. They do not provide what actually is shown on the image. Pathetic experience. Would never shop again from here.

#791320 - Ordered shoes 2.5 months back. . No tracking of the product. Poor delivery partners. Improper customer service. Poor quality. They assured that the quality of product is very good. I did not exchange because that is again the worst service and did not want to get into the whole worthless process again. Overall the worst site ever. Never picks up the customer care online. The site should be closed down to prevent people further investing in these unworthy products

Its been so many days around a month i ordered 3 orders from street style store and also paid for it theough my debit card i did not receive my order since so many days this is reallly dissapointing. The order was a gift for someone and now after so much delay it is of no benefit to me. Moreover their customer care number is always busy no one picks up and they dont even respond properly on email id.

I ordered for 2 footwear on 29-Jun-2016. Its been close to one & half months and no news about the products being shipped to me.

No replies to my emails.

I called customer care today and they say that they dont have stock. Does it take them 1 and half months to realise that there is no stock! And even now, they don't want to refund my money!

They are just saying "I will revert to you tomorrow"

I have ordered products from SSS on 17th June. As per their website, it says -Products are generally dispatched in 3-21 days depending upon the product you have ordered. It's 12th August now, and I have not received my products. I have emailed them many times, almost daily now. They create tickets and tell me that they are sorry and they will dispatch it soon. But no progress yet. I have tried calling them, but their no is always busy, like always. I have asked them that if they cant send the products, or if it is not available, refund my money, The moment I ask that, they do not respond at all. They wrote in email that they will follow up daily, but never do that.

This is regarding my order no. #860669. I have done the payment online through credit card on date[protected]. No updates are given to me by them the contact number doesn't work. I have heard and seen that if you do payment online product will not get delivered to you or it takes 4-5 months. I am very scared i have written mails also but no reply is coming. Can somebody please help me regarding the fraud company and site. Someboday please take legal action against these guys. They are fooling people.

I have placed my order two weeks back and I received the order but the problem is what ever i have order its not that one something else they have sent me and now I have return the product to them but I haven't received any details from them ki how to exchange the product and there customer care always busy there is no response from I have no guarantee ki they are gonna get ma product so how do i get my refund back..

I paid online for one sandal in 3rd week of june, still no response from these. Now they say product is not available. I want to know if i booked the item and paid for it already. How can the product not available. Cheaters - from manager to peon. All are cheaters.
If you beggars wanted money, you should have told me before, i would have given you people why did you create website and cheating users.?? And this karan bhatia and silky kapoor are big time cheaters. Wheneven i send email, they create some tickets and give to me. What should i do with those tickets?? Shall i make bhajiya of all that??? After taking money, you people don't recognize us even..
You people should close your website. And you know what, i never ever refer any of my friends to even open your website to shop anything. Now you should see what kind of service you provide.. Cheaters... You people just eat our money. Dats all.. You are of no use...

I requested size exchange inspite of returning the product and credit slip being issued I've not received exchange...ve sent many email saying that credit slip isn't working still no response.i tried all the ways they suggested but it seems that it's an obvious fraud ...no refund of money ...no exchange give even after returning the product and no response after sending 2-3 emails

This really disappointing to shop through your website. I had placed two orders more than 1 month back on 12th july out of which i had received one order after so many follow ups & second order is still pending. Even after marking that order #803364 as priority despatch 1 week back i have still not received any information regarding its despatch. I had placed this order 29 days back. Also after sending so many mailer to your helpdesk there is no response from your team. If you can't deliver your orders in 3-21 days then why do you commit so. Is it just because i had paid you the money in advance you don't bother to deliver the order to customers.
Also for the second order i had raised a request for replace 6 days back for which i had been told that it will be picked within 3-4 days but again a big disappointment. This is a harassment to customer. Please let me know whether you are going to deliver my order #803364 & replace order #802794 otherwise i have to take this complaint further.

I have made 2 orders (Orders # [protected][protected]Online payment done) & reference no - rwtpvpavx (Cod) and there is no signs of any delivery attempt made i really dont wanted to do all this complain but i really lost it. And i never had this thought of reading reviews about sss its so worse and not happening. Please deliver the product asap.

I have placed an order #754155 on 18-June-2016 and it's going to be 2 months I have not received my order. At first they used to reply to my mails and now they hve stopped replying. I have mailed them n number of times. They don't even attend the call as their number is always busy. Their number is[protected] which remains busy.
i have paid money online and this is the reason my product has not been delivered coz I ordered two products and other was COD which came within 4-5 days but this has not delivered since 2 months.
please I request you to help us with it.

Take strict actions on this fake pathetic websites

I cancelled my order and my amounts was refunded as an credit note. Now they gave me the voucher to apply on new order which i want to place. I added the products in my cart but it was not accepting the voucher. I send the mail to them. They reverted back to place the products in my cart and they will apply voucher themselves. Now i am asking them for last 3 days to apply the voucher as i have already placed the products in my cart. I am continuously sending them the mail as this is the only thing we can do being customers. But not even a single revert i got back from the team.
Street style store is the only one shopping website where i am facing hell lot of problems for a single order. They are irritating me for last approx 2 months. I am pissed off from this website and advice you all not to order anything from here. #worst website #worst quality #worst customer service.
Solve my query asap as i am irritated now.
Now reply on this to send you mail on this id or whatever as i have send the mail to all the id's of your company,
Take my complaint into consideration asap.

Emailed on 23july for an exchange of the shoe.. As the shoe did not fit.. So i asked for bigger size.. I got an email to request it from your account.. I replied that i did it from my desktop and not able to find the orders so please accept my request on the site.. From 23 july till now, got no response and no one came up to pick the shoe..

My order no is 830153 and I order it on 26 July and I mailed so many times that I need that order on urgent basis but I don't get any 1 reply from your side..really very bad experience and now I think that's a cake online shopping site...

It has been more than 24 days since I have placed the order.but i have not received my product.
