I have odered a croptop and a skirt and its been 4 days and i had no clue whether the order is confirmed or not plz help i love your dresses plz let me know as soon as possible plz i ordered a black crop top and a pink skirt i m from ratlam i did whatever it was given there the last thing written there was to give a missed call i did that but than nothing happened i[censored] guys are doing online business atleast help your customers

I have orderd my shoes in february 2016 and recieved a wrong size order and I replaced the order in a day or two and they have taken Rs.1050 and after that they never send me the product and no communication from their side it is totally a fake company.

    Dear consumer complaints forum,

    I had placed an order (order number : [protected][protected] on 10th june 2016 at sss website.

    Order details :

    Order# [protected]-1767691
    Ccavenue reference #[protected]
    Order date# 10/06/2016 00:18:34

    Net payable: inr 998.92

    I have already done the payment online to sss on 10th june 2016


    It has already been 1 month and there is no sign of the order being delivered to me.

    In sss website it is written that sss take 21 days to deliver order but its still not there yet. honestly i am loosing my patience here waiting for my items to arrive.


    I want to let you know that i am very unhappy with sss customer service as there has not been any communication from your end whatsoever to let me know about any delay of the order arrival.

    Sss also don't have a refund policy - which means if i don't get my products from sss i will loose my money - this makes me feel cheated by sss.

    I have also raised a ticket at sss freshdesk (ticket number : #319562) for which they have given an irrelevant answer and closed the ticket.

    I have come to consumer complaints so that i can get the help needed to get my products urgently. i need a date on which they can deliver.

    If sss is unwilling to give my products i would like to have the money back.

    Hope i will get a positive response from sss and get my products for which i have already paid.

      This is in referance to my order no. #in774840. I have ordered 2 pair of ballerines from street style store for 999. Yesterday i received the product. They are of so cheap quality and not worth wearing even. I sent them the mail and they are not responding. Their service is so bad and i don't think that in future i will even think of buying anything from this website. I want to return the products and get my money back asap or exchange them with some other products. Provide me with some contact number of sss so i can contact them and resolve my query. Just don't make fool of your customers. This is my worst shopping experience. Kindly resolve everything asap as my money is stuck and i want it back.

          I had placed my order in june first week n received it by june last week.. But bcuz the shoe was bigger i had to replace it... The cash payment was done on delivery basis... After requesting for replace they picked my product in a span of 3 days n now it's been more than 20 days i haven't received my replace order... Every time i send a email they tell me your pick up wil be done in 48hrs n now they have stopped replying also... I request u go have some shame n return my money back bcuz i am badly disappointed with the service...

            No one should purchase shoes or anything else from Street Style Store it a company based in Delhi. I have ordered a shoe from 2 for 999 section and that get delivered after almost one month which is not at all tolerable. After that i requested an exchange of size for one of the product instead of size 37 i wanted 38 they have sent a guy at my address he picked up the shoe from my place and i don't know whether he ate that shoe or what again SSS have sent guys 3 more times to pick that shoe from my place now from where i should give them another shoe. I wrote a mail almost 20 times to give a credit note f that shoe amount or give a exchanged size product. Now they have received a product which was by mistake delivered by Street Style Store on my Pune's address for that also i have sent so many mails that please i didnt wanted to get delivered to pune's address i want it on ahmedabad's address but they didn't do anything for that then because they didn't do anything i have requested an exchange for that as well but no one came to pick from pune's address now they have given me the credit note for the shoe which is in Pune at my sister's place and is it still with her only then how they have received that shoe and also they have given me the credit note. PLEASE A REQUEST TO STREET STYLE STORE DO NOT DISSATISFY THE CUSTOMERS DO YOUR SERVICES HONESTLY PLZ GIVE ME CREDIT NOTE OF 699 FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PICKED U FROM MY PLACE ORDER NO :#724622.             Why don't you guys understand that slip was not given to my mother please ask your third party that who have picked it up from my home, no random guy can pick it naa he will be someone from SSS obviously but as my mom doesn't know the things properly that's why she didn't ask for slip. I don't have that slip and I have written this thing in all my complaints just go through every mails and complaints properly and then write something. You are doing a stupidity aaplogo ko english ya to samaj nai aa rahi hai muje lagta hai.


            See i have mentioned in my complaints that i dont have any slip then also your executive is mailing me.

              I have placed this order #717567 on 30/05/2016 for two products. I have already paid the payment through online.

              I still haven't received the products! When will you deliver the product? How many months more would you take to deliver this order. If you can't deliver it, please refund my amount!!!

              Your policy says 15-21 days but it has been 2 months now how long more would need to ship this product???

              I have emailed the helpdesk and called the customer care time and again and again. Still no response.
              Patience for how long? it's already been 2months and you are still asking me to wait?

              Can you please exactly tell me how long will it take for you to process this? Is it dispatched from your warehouse or not? Please update this info on the website or at least send me an email on the status.

                Hey i placed my order of three pair of shoes on 12/07/16. For the confirmation of the order i had to give a miss call at a particular number messaged by them and later i received a message saying that "thank you for your call we cannot locate any unconfirmed order"
                They didn't even gave me a particular date for delivering my order no #801605
                It has been 10 days but still it's showing in my order "preparation in progress". So can i please know the exact delivery date for my order because i need my order urgently.

                  I placed an order for shoes/sandals and returned it as well as there was issue with the size. I received the credit note. However when i wanted to use the credit note for another purchase i was unable to successfully place order. But my credit node was zero. I later contacted the help desk team. I received the below email.

                  Customer Care email:July 13:
                  You have already used your credit note in order #801866, if you want to confirm this order kindly let us know or if you want some other products then add the products in your cart we will place a new order and adjust your credit note on our end.

                  My reply: Please go ahead and confirm the same cancelled order.

                  Follow up email: Did u place an order for me as I was unable to place the order. Kindly reply.

                  No reply from customer care and also unable to reach them by phone.

                    I made an order for two pairs of sandals but later cancelled it. To my greate dresst surprise, the sandals were delivered. I didn't know the package was from sss because the delivery man said amazon and at that time, i was expecting a package from amazon. I later discovered that it was from sss so i requested for it to be cacelled via email. The sandals were picked up last week and i was told that i would get a refund after three wor kicking days but i am yet to get any response/refund.
                    Pls help me.

                      I have ordered 3 pair of footwear @999 . N since i received the defected footwear so i ordered for a replacement. After a wait if around a month they've sent me the same product as replacement. Replacement Order no-786107. And no further action is being taken when i asked them for help. This has been one of the most highly disappointed online shopping website for me. I don't understand how can these people cheat the customers to earn some money.
                      It is completely mis-selling of products. They display better quality images of products while customers are being supplied with very inferior quality products.These guys are trying to bluff the customers based on low price however the fact is that it isnt at low price.
                      Original product is guaranteed and what we get is duplicated low quality copies of the product.
                      " IN THIS CASE IF NO PROPER RESPONSE IS RECEIVED FROM YOUR END IMMEDIATELY THEN WE SHALL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS WEBSITE IN CONSUMER FORUM SO THAT NO FURTHER CUSTOMER CAN BE BLUFFED BY YOUR SITE " - this message was sent to them. And still no action has been taken till now.
                      I hope consumercomplaints will be able to sort this matter out and help me get the refund.

                      Its beeen almost three weeks that i havent received my order. I need it very urgently but my efforts have been to no avail. I have sent them an email on their customer care services again to no avail. Just 3 more days to my sisters birthday and the shoes havent come. I have ordered from this site before and the shoes are lovely. But tjis time i have no idea whats wrong with then my order has not even been shipped. Complete disaappointment

                          In had ordered an dress on 15th june and upon receiving had ordered for replacement due to fitting issues and has re-ordered for replacement with smaller size. The courier boy took the original parcel on 25th june and again on 29th june i had replaced the request for delivery. I am still waiting for the delivery of my parcel.

I amount of 1299 is debited. I have written several mails to them regarding this, which they have not answered. I only got stupid tickets issued. They do not pick calls.                                 I am cursing that moment when i ordered products from this site.Inspite of mailing them more than 20 times i received two replies. There customer care no. Which shows operating from 10am till 6am is always busy during day time and bell rings as soon as it is 6pm.
                                The orders showed undelivered reason being, customer didnt pick the phone and couldnt find the address. Although, there was no call made!
                                I got the products after one month after mailing them so many times.
                                The products delivered by them are of the worst quality which are entirely differently from the ones shown in the site.

                                Now, i want my money to be refunded and want to return these products asap!!

                                Please help me out with the procedure of returning them.

But, i want to return the products as they dont look what they seemed to be in the pictures displayed on your website. It is a kind of cheating the customer and this should not done.                                     Hi, my product has not delivered from a month, they dont pick the calls and niether do they reply to emails. They took my 999 and are not sending the product also.

                                    I mailed them thrice and each time the reply came somebody will get back to you in 24 hrs. The track package shows "the consignee doesnt pick the call" however i never received any call from there end.

                                    The company says the product is with courier and there is no way to contact the courier wala. Its a month of product ordering an yet nothing has been done.

I have bought a footwear from their website which says buy 3 for rs.999. I have already returned the 2 footwears and have already paid the money at the time of delivery so technically i should be getting a cashback in my account but the question is when and how?
