I have ordered for a skirt top and sandals.order number782414 amounting Rs749.00. Have for just got the sandals and I have paid the full amount. Have not got my skirt and top yet. Full bill amount is paid by me. It is ridiculous. I need all my goods for which I have paid the money. The contact numbers given for company are not being entertained. Need immediate solution. This is in no condition acceptable.

This website takes a lifetime to deliver the product. i doubt if they deliver or not because i have still not received my order that i placed on 13th July 2016, however the site promises to deliver within 3-21 days and it has clearly exceeded its timeline. The customer care is even more pathetic, the number provided on the site is always busy and the email replies i got from the customer care executives are lame. Also a special mention to their tracking system, which is even more worse it only shows order in progress but how far is the progress you never get to know. If you email them, all they just do is change the order status to 'Priority Dispatch'. thats it !! product is never delivered. WORST website EVER!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. I am really surprised that my complain regarding street style store's unprofessional service has been deleted from this website. I had placed a complaint on 2nd August 2016 and today I cant view my complain. this is very surprising and irritating. Instead of solving the issue they chose to delete it. Is this a kind of customer service we expect or is it that our complains are of no use. they just read and delete it.

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 17th June.I made a credit card payment.And still I have not received it. I wrote a lot of emails, they don't even bother to reply.I raised tickets for my problem on their site.They said that they will send my order on urgent basis . Now from 15th July, on my order status, I can see priority dispatch only.I am getting frustrate because of their behavior and want my money back if they can't complete my order within a week.my Order ID is- 751511.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes of rs. 699, 1 dress of rs. 1199 & 1 kurta of rs. 699 from street style store. Shoes size is small, dress is too tight & kurta is also not comfortable so i made return request but till date there is no pick up done. Even i emailed customer services many times & they replied me that we will arrange pick for both 3 products but till now this issue is not solved. Even they don't provide customer care no.

I've ordered 3 times and my shoes haven't arrived yet...i sent a message and did not get a reply its been a week now not only that but i tried calling the contact number[protected] given on the website and its disconnected which means there is absolutely no way to contact these people. I cannot track my order hence i dont think there is progress.

I have ordered the shoes from Street Style Store on 8th July (Order number 793143). Its been more than 21 days (maximum estimated time given by the company to deliver the product) and there is no clue regarding the status of my order. I have mailed them several times but there is no response for any of my mail. I have already paid for my order via Mobikwik wallet and it seems it was my mistake as now they are having the money and they don't want to deliver now as there is no communication from their end.

Delay in order, replace and quality issues in the product ordered

My order number #796957 Retro Wave Charm Heels on july 10, 2016 . I ordered this last month and i haven't received this product till now.

I have made a payment online of cash rs.799 . I don't want the product anymore . They are taking too long to deliver the product . I would like to cancel my order and get back my money back .

They are not picking up the phone call. and there is no good response from them. Really worst experience I ever had in online shopping .

Looks like they are fraudulent. I don't want their product . please ask them to refund my money back asap.

Other websites got good and better designs and they are good in delivery options . so am taking a decision to purchase in other websites .

I had placed an order on 14/06/2016. So, it has been more than 50 days since I placed the order. I have been sending mails and calling them up but they give one or the other reason. Everytime I call up they ask to give one more week time! I feel they are cheating the customers and not going to deliver the goods.
They do not have the 'Cash on delivery' option which would be safe for both the buyer and the seller. Money has already been paid through the account. Amount paid is Rs. 999/-
I hereby request a refund of Rs.999/- or request the order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Why the hell are you guys running this site when you're not able to complete the orders on time?
It takes months for you to even reply to a mail...and sometimes., even that doesn't happen.
You should mention that it takes 60-90 days approx. For a product to be delivered as 3-21 days is a FALSE HOPE😏
I cancelled my order after 24 days and then again placed it but you guys said that it was undelivered cause I didn't take the call?

I ordered some product on 28th july, and it has not been delivered yet. There is no response from their side, no calls no mail replies. Every time i drop a mail, in against of it, they only put a random reply, that we are following up for this. Its been more than 1 months, even i have made the online payment, but then also there is no reply from them.

I had ordered the 3 for 999 by the name Harsha Khichi on 7th April 2016 and I haven't received my order yet. The order was to be Delivered at Laxmangarh Siker 332311. I am in Delhi till 5th August so kindly try Delivering it here. And please tell us a number we can contact you on. I ordered two pairs of shoes(One for my roommate amd another for me). I waited for about a month, I was very excited that these shoes are really cool. But as they reached and I opened the box, my expectedness went away. They were totally different from what i ordered.
You people changed my mood of shopping from your website. I work as a reseller also. If I would have liked the shoes I might have contacted you for stock. Anyways, Now can you please refund or exchange the item ordered ? We can pay for the delivery charges extra.

Its been a month i have ordered footwears from this site.

Till now i haven't got any notifications from this.

The number they have provided on site is always busy.

I have tried calling them but there is never a response. I have send them emails regarding my product delivery, however always got apology mails and promise to deliver the product without mentioning as to when it will delivered. They never mentioned any tentative date on mail. I have already paid for the product online so now I am worried if at all they are going to deliver my product.

Please look into this complaint.

I tried to call and email them but there no is always busy. U can never connect to someone. I want this online site to shut down wen u ppl dont even deliver product after monthz. I need my money back. I dont want the product as it was ordered by someone for a trip n it is not required now.

My order is not received and in order history it is marked as delivered on 19th july .

I already wrote email to the support group that i am not available to address as I have left the city and cancel that order and refund back the amount.
