Hi had ordered a product and i revived a wrong one, i followed the replacement procedure but i have not got any response from past 10 days. I am calling them on their contact number and it is always busy. I mailed them and also messaged in the fb but am not getting any reply from them. They took 1048 from me and they are not at all bothered to reply. Most o[censored]s faced customer harassment to another level. Let us together file a case against them. I paid for my products and still haven't received them. After repeated pleas, requests and even threats to bring attention to this issue, sss doesn't seem to bother at all. Some action needs to be taken against these unprofessionals committing robbery

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Street Style Store on the 4th of July and also made the payment online. When after constant chasing I didn't receive anything by the 12th of July, I filed a ticket.
SSS claims that the shoes have been delivered as reflected in their database. However after asking them to show a delivery slip they went silent. They have not taken my calls and responded to me over emails since then.
It has been almost 30 days since the order and 16 or more days since the complaint and they have done nothing to make sure that I get my delivery.
I am not sure if I will get my money or goods ever, however I would want to warn all potential consumers to stay away from Street Style Store as they are cheats.
I would also like to highlight to the Street Style Store executives that if they do not respond to me in the next 24 hours, I would not hesitate to escalate the matters to consumer forums or any other platform which makes sure that this scam gets caught and eventually addressed as per the law.

I have placed a order for the two shoes a classic sneakers & a pair of flats alongwith clothes, its been over a month now. But i haven't received the products so far. They promised to deliver the products within 21 days, but i haven't received them so far. Additionally they are not available on calls or e mails. Repeated complaints have borne no fruit

Hi - i have been trying to get a replacement of the product that i ordered on July 21. Its been more than a week and i am not able to contact the helpdesk via phone call or emails. I paid the money as well, but none are responding to calls or emails. Pathetic service so farr. Neither the courier company is answering my calls. I dont know whom to contact to get this issue resolved.

I made the order on 08th july, 2016, but it has not been delivered yet, and there is no response from their side, no mail no call, nothing. They say minimum delivery time is 3-21 days, but it is now more than that, worst part is they are not responding on the mail also, and the contact number provided on the website seems not in existence.

It has been the worst experience for me so far.

I ordered a combo of three shoes worth rs. 999/- on 4th july, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. they didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore. com i asked them about my product and same day i got a mail from them in which they said our site takes the time period of 3-21 days for the delivery. also, i have not been refunded the amount paid by me which is rs. 999/-. i also attaching the screenshot of reply from this site. owner name of this site is mr tarun chugh

One month ago, I placed an order of dress. I am very frustrated as i have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product. I wasted my money. How they people serve their customer? Really Strange...I will not recommend anyone for buying with this company. Very Cheap company

Three months back I ordered two products which has two order number 762466 & 708272. First they sent the product after so much of begging. Then I opt for replacement because of size issue and it has been done. They told after receiving the product they will notify when I will get my order back with correct sized product. Still there is no response from them. Very ridiculous service and the representatives also... damm negligible, no respect for the customers money neither time. They should shut down the website. People should register complain about this website to the cyber crime. I want both the products if you guys are thinking gulping money, fooling customers, delaying the product delivery and thinking over how long customer will reply to your message then you guys really need to pay for this DISGUSTING CREEPY BEHAVIOR.

I had ordered a pair of top and skirt from the website www.streetstylestore.com on 24th may 2016 and got the product after around 21 days. The product was not of my size so i requested for an exchange the pickup guy came within 1-2 days but then their service ended after that. They stopped responding to my mails and messages on facebook. Now its more than a month i have sent my product for exchange and more than 2 months i originally ordered the product and yet my product hasnt arrived.
They did respond after i commented on their picture and said they have shipped my product but i am not able to track the product and its around anothe 20days since they shipped it. Does it take 20days for a packet to reach bangalore from delhi?
Please help me get my product as my money (Rs700/-) is stuck with them

I have placed an order around 3 months back and when i received it after 40 days(Standard delivery time 20-21 days), the size was not precise though I used to order same size from your site all previous time.I placed the request for return, after 10 days you people came to pick up the product though your committed time is 48 working hours for replacement.I have been consistently mailing SSS team but no one showed up with response.My money and time, both have been recklessly wasted with such site. They are just making fool o[censored]s thinking that we can not do anything.

Street style store is providing very worst kind of service. I had orderd 3pair of sandals but they are very poor in quality, color and not of my size too. Their return policy said consumer can return their product within 7 days, and when i am requesting for it, i have found they are entered wrong delivery date[protected] in place of[protected], according to that i am unable to place return request. Second thing is that they are not providing refund money policy. Third issue is that they are not responding to my problem and not going to solve problem not only mine, in their complain desk i have found thousand of complain who are not getting any solution. Now i am fed up and i think my 1050 rs wasted, because their dispatched order size is to small, that it no fitted in any one of ladies in my family.

I registered my only email ID in the website street style store and then ordered for three flats for 999, paid online. I thought I would track my order by logging in their website, however when I try to login, its says, My registered email ID now doesn't exist now Iam not knowing how to track my order, which I made of 999 for three pair of flats. Their contact number doesn't work at all. I wrote to their helpdesk email id, however no reply.

I had placed an order on streetstylestore website on 3rd of july 2016.
As per their website it should have been delivered within 21 days. Its close to a month now and there is no notification regarding my order status and helpdesk is not replying to my email. This is highly unprofessional and against ethics .

I have placed the order on 19th of June and made the payment of rs 1798 but i did not received the products yet.I have been following up with these guys regularly but in vain.These guys are coming up with excuses that the product will be delivered with in next 3-4 business days but its more than 45 days now i have not received my product. These people are fake and cheaters i want to lodge a complaint against them and such type of companies should shut down who fools their customer.Either i want my products or my money should be refunded asap.

I've ordered 2 shoes 3 months back and due to size problem i need to exchange it and from few months i'm mailing sss help desk to help me out whether to give me my placed order or refund. But there is no positive response. They are always promising me to give me priority delivery but till date i didn't get my order. Sss service is getting bad day by day and with bad service they will soon losing their customer base. Its not about the orders or money. Its about the trust and responsibility towards customer been troubled a lot due to such worst service.

I ordered one sandal from strrelstylestore on 22nd june 2016 and paid the amount online.. The order number is - 795947
.. But still i am waiting for the item to come. Whenever i ask their customer support team they give some ticket number that i dnt have to do anything with... They are not at all refunding my money n not giving my ordered item also... They are big time cheaters...

Its been more than two months of order, but the site has not yet delivered our product. No response is given to any of our mail. They have taken money but there is no information about the product. One more product which i had ordered is also not upto the mark, and its different from the product displayed on the site. There are lot of bad reviews about the site saying it is a fraud shopping site. I request you to kindly take action of this matter.

What sort of a pathetic store do you guys run? I placed an order for 2 footwears on the 6th of july. Since i have already shopped with you guys i went ahead and confidently paid online, which i now realize is such a huge mistake. Other than a "payment received" message i have not received any message from you nor am i able to contact your customer service. What a scam are you guys running? Is there even one single positive review about you? So pathetic. I either want the product or my money back. If you are not going to do either please let me know so i can atleast consider my money stolen and forget this entire episode!

Team, I returned 2 products & got back only one as replacement, and when i asked for the other pair of my flats i was told that i returned only 1. How can you guys be so cheat ??

Im following up on this this by writing back to back emails from almost 20 days but there is no one from your end to respond. Is this the way you do business ? to cheat people. I thought its just me who is facing this, but i come here & see there are many others sailing in the same boat. Hats off on your business ideas.

Im attaching the receipt which shows i returned 2 qty, can you look into the same & send my pair of flats ASAP ? If you cannot send them do refund my money back. Thanks
