Almost 10 days back i ordered a dress from sss but still did not receive it. I bought it for a special occasion which is today and i am still for waiting it. I called these guys but as expected it is not getting connected, i have also mailed them but no reply. Please deliver it today, its a humble request.

    I have ordered 2 shoes from style street store which i didn't liked!! So i need a cashback but there is no response of any mail or call!! Infact i had a cashback of 900 rs earlier but they took all the amount when i recieved my shoes so total i have cashback of rs 2150 rs and they are not responding to my mail how should i return and get back my cashback

    It has been a month now, firstly they split my order into 3 parts which they took a month to deliver, next the items were of really worst quality material, and the size was completely different from what they mentioned, now I don’t like the products at all so I asked for the CREDit points or refund, firstly they refused, then I mentioned the price of the products has changed so they have to give me the CREDit points, since then it has been around 10 days they are not answering the calls and not replying to my tickets.
    It is the worst website ever, and the CUSTOMER care is ### as well!!!

      I have place an order for 3 dresses last week for which i made full payment.. The order no is 201607241115031958621 the order does not reflect in my order history however the amount has been debited from my account. I have send a mail in order to conform if my order has been place but there is no response.
      I have mailed a couple of times and even called.. The customer care telephone line seems to be not answered.
      Kindly confirm my order or credit the amount back into my account.

        I m feeling cheated as i have already paid d money but seems it's gone now. Totally disappointed lost faith in online shopping.

        I had ordered for 2 shoes both of which had size issues and were extremely small. I had initiated a return, and the delivery person collected it from me. But neither did i recieve a bigger size product nor have i recieved my money back. Its been 2 months now !!!

          My order number kfetohfdh was ordered on 21-april 2016. It was not delivered for a long time. After repeated request through mail, i received the order after 1.5 months (5- june - 2016) that too with the wrong product. The same day i requested for an exchange for my actual order but i have received only 1 item back. 1 more item which i had requested for an exchange is not yet delivered. Their site has the worst customer service ever. They do not have a phone number through which we can contact and nor do they reply to the mails.

          I have requested for an exchange of 2 white shoes but i have received only 1 white shoe. I want them to deliver my other white shoe which i had requested for an exchange. It has been more than 3.5 months.

          Both the items where picked up by the person assigned by SSS on June 30th 2016. Request id is 1127316. I have also requested for the return pick up of both the products(I had ordered 2 white shoes). But SSS have delivered just 1 item. There must be some miscommunication with the pick up person. Since I have delivered both the wrong product to the pick up person I do not understand how can they say that only 1 item has been delivered to them. Then why would I request for return pick up of 2 items?

          I have repeatedly been mailing their helpdesk from past 3.5 months, but they have not responded. They do not have a proper customer service. Even when I complained in their facebook page there is no reply.

          I am not at all happy with the service SSS is providing. Either I need a cash back to my bank account or else I need the correct white shoe. SSS cannot loot money from the customers like this by lying.

            I have placed an order on 24th april 2016, got the delivery of product on 3rd june 2016 and there was size problem, so i raised an exchange request within 2 days of delivery but your so good exchange process, the product was picked up almost a month later and after that i waited for almost a month to get my exchanged product but till now i am just waiting. Please give my product back as soon as possible or refund the money if you are unable to exchange the product.

              Again I want to raise one issue for Street Style Store.

              On 10th July 2016 I have ordered 5 items ( 4 footwear & 1 dress ) as I have to somehow use my credit note.

              Yesterday I have received all footwears. 2 of them are damaged and rest two are defective piece.
              All footwears were looking different from there appearances on site.

              After all this, I just want my money to get refund in my debit card.
              I don't want any more credit note.

              I can't handle this site any more.

              Sandal with off white color has detached bow.
              Black and off white heels has one of its bow twisted /angled unsymmetrically.

              Secondly, u apologize last time as well that this will not happen again in future but it does.

              Thirdly, I told you number of times that I want my money back to my debit card account whether it is in compliance with your company policies or not. It doesn't matter to me a bit.

              I agree for credit note now. I want credit note for 4 of my sandals as the ones with size issues are not of good quality so I need to return them as well.

                  I have written several times to the company csr and many tickets have been too raised in their forums but without any response, they themselves closed the tickets and no action was taken on my issue.

                  I was given a credit slip or voucher code from the store because i had returned my items to the store (brought under the offer-buy 3 for 999) as they were not of my foot size.

                  One week back, i used that credit slip/voucher code and placed another order but then i cancelled that order since i had chosen some wrong size and it was good that the products were not out for delivery by then.

                  Now, i am again trying to place a separate order using those same credit slip/voucher code, but it is showing error that the voucher code has been used already. i want you to please refresh the voucher code or provide any other code since i haven't used the value of the voucher code-rs. 999 as the order was cancelled after payment.

                  I have already all the details to your given id-sss.[protected]@gmail.com but no response has been received. So I am again mentioning the details here also. Hope you will atleast now taken any action.

                  Yesterday I got a fake mail from you that I have been issued a new voucher. I checked my account but alas! there was NO NEW voucher. Only the earlier vouchers were present and I even tried placing order using them thinking that you might have taken an effort to refresh them after all these series of complains, but no..NOT A SINGLE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW, how long you people are going to stretch this thing.                     Hi had purchased two pair pf shoes from the store and it was not according to the pictures been shown followed i had made a return request and for the same i got a mail on 1st of june 2016 about replacement order made.
                    but since then there is no response till 6th of july.when i sent them mail asking about the status as in my account it does not reflect anything, there is person name Nancy ([protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com replied on 8th july that its in process and you will get once it is available but till today 25th july there is no response, i have even sent couple of mails to them they are not replying back.
                    there helpline no given on the website never works.i am fully pissed off with these guys.

                      This site has eaten our money and now they are not picking the phone and not reverting on email.

                      The order was placed on 13th July and no confirmation is there when we are going to receive the order.

                      I am fed up calling them again and again, now need my money asap.

                      We tried to call them on 20th July and then on 22nd July but no response from them, I have to give this item to someone on his birthday which was today but now I do not have any option than purchase something from outside also, I have logged a complaint in police station that this site is making everyone fool.

                          I still have not recieved the products, on 11th july i recieved a email from abhishek nayyar, saying that my products will be reach to me in 3-4 days. not sure what courier service they are using that is taking so long.

                            My order number kfetohfdh was ordered on 21-april 2016. It was not delivered for a long time. After repeated request through mail, i received the order after 1.5 months (5- june - 2016) that too with the wrong product. The same day i requested for an exchange for my actual order but i have received only 1 item back. 1 more item which i had requested for an exchange is not yet delivered. Their site has the worst customer service ever. They do not have a phone number through which we can contact and nor do they reply to the mails.

                            I have requested for an exchange of 2 white shoes but i have received only 1 white shoe. I want them to deliver my other white shoe which i had requested for an exchange. It has been more than 3.5 months.

                            Both the items where picked up by the person assigned by you on June 30th 2016. Request id is 1127316. I have also requested for the return pick up of both the products(I had ordered 2 white shoes). But you have delivered just 1 item. There must be some miscommunication with the pick up person. Since I have delivered both the wrong product to the pick up person I do not understand how can you say that only 1 item has been delivered to you. Then why would I request for return pick up of 2 items?

                            I am not at all happy with the service SSS is providing. Either I need a cash back to my bank account or else I need the correct white shoe. SSS cannot loot money from the customers like this by lying.

                              I ordered my shoes from offer 2 for 1299. Its already been a month from the day i ordered it. What kind of service is this?. Really bad service you guys have. I ordered a boot 2 months ago, you guys delivered a wrong size than you didn't provide me with home exchange take. I had parcelled it myself. Then, you guys said that we won't be able to exchange, choose something else worth same price. And now when i have faced every tantrums of yours, you guys are not even delivering it.
                              I m gonna complain for such a bad service. This is my worst experience in online shopping. Do learn some ethics.

                                  Net payable: inr 998.92

                                  I have already done the payment online to sss on 10th june 2016


                                  It has already been 1 month and there is no sign of the order being delivered to me.

                                  In sss website it is written that sss take 21 days to deliver order but its still not there yet. honestly i am loosing my patience here waiting for my items to arrive.


                                  I want to let you know that i am very unhappy with sss customer service as there has not been any communication from your end whatsoever to let me know about any delay of the order arrival.

                                  Sss also don't have a refund policy - which means if i don't get my products from sss i will loose my money - this makes me feel cheated by sss.

                                  I have also raised a ticket at sss freshdesk (ticket number : #319562) for which they have given an irrelevant answer and closed the ticket.

                                  I have come to consumer complaints so that i can get the help needed to get my products urgently. i need a date on which they can deliver.

                                  If sss is unwilling to give my products i would like to have the money back.

                                  Hope i will get a positive response from sss and get my products for which i have already paid.

They are of so cheap quality and not worth wearing even. I sent them the mail and they are not responding. Their service is so bad and i don't think that in future i will even think of buying anything from this website.                                         I had placed my order in june first week n received it by june last week.. But bcuz the shoe was bigger i had to replace it... The cash payment was done on delivery basis... After requesting for replace they picked my product in a span of 3 days n now it's been more than 20 days i haven't received my replace order...
