I ordered two products which has two order number 762466 & 708272. First they sent the product after so much of begging. One item delivered to me with correct address the order number is #762466 and i asked them to replace for the same for size and the second item order number #708272 has not delivered and showing that the address not found. I placed a order all together but these sss representative only split-ed the products and sent individual parcel and they were saying they didn't find the address its a ridiculous.In the address phone number also mentioned they should come or ask in provided number. One product i received correctly but in other product address is not found. The courier didn't attempted any delivery just lying without any effort. What kind of courier services are they using? I want both the products if you guys are thinking gulping money, fooling customers, delaying the product delivery and thinking over how long customer will reply to your message then this time you guys really need to pay for this. All customers are not same. Everybody do the value of money and time seems you guys wont after making money. Shame on you and your services.

I have gone through your orders. For #708272 (YOJXCDEGZ) - Dona B issue has been forwarded to courier department to re-arrange the delivery. Whereas pick-up for Order #762466 (LXPWTROEV) will be done within a week.

Thank you ! so much for your support, it sounds great that some one really want to help customers. The pickup has done already. I am sharing the receipt image but I want to know about my second order when I will get which was not delivered by the courier guy? And when I will get my replaced order (asked for size change) which was picked -up already please mention the duration.

    I had ordered for a pair of shoes in the month of October 2015 and made online payment for the same. After a lot of follow up on mail (which nobody bothers to reply) I finally got my order in the month of December. However since there was a problem with the size I returned the product and raised a request for another size of the same product. It is July already and I am yet to get the delivery of my order. Again I have sent numerous mails to which I get an occasional reply apologising about the delay and that they are a small business working hard to give the best service to customers and blah blah. But I have not received my order till date.

      I didn't seem to get any confirmation details regarding the dispatch or delivery on the registered mobile no. I don't know what's taking so long. I need to wear the stuff for some occasion but I haven't received any notification of whether my product is even going to be delivered or not. If not I request for a refund because this is not right. If you need more people to shop with you, you need to kno how to keep them satisfied. I personally feel this will only leave people more disappointed and prevent anyone from further choosing this site to shop on.

      I ordered for 3 tops but received only one. When am I going to recieve the other two.???

        I ordered three products from steel style store.com and did cash on delivery for my products. However, there was some size issue with them and i request for a replacement. The boy came and took the product but i have not received the replacement of any of my product. It has been around 3 weeks since the delivery boy has taken my product. Please help me.           I have been getting the same response from you since the last 20 days!!! You people have been coordinating with your vendor management since the time i have lodged my complaint which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Looking at the way you are 'expediting' the process, I do not expect the delivery of my order any time soon and hence would like to cancel my order (as mentioned above). I expect a full refund of the amount, as well (INR 999).

                I placed an order, ref. No. Mdqqredsa, with street style store on 03/03/2016. I did receive the order but i had to exchange it for a different size. On 03/30/2016 i received a mail saying the pick up request is sent. Later on i got a mail saying that they cannot arrange a pick up as some automation process is on. They requested me send the package back on my own as i will get a credit note for the courier amount. I sent the package back on 17/04/2016. It was received at their end on 19/04/2016 17:36 hours.

                I still haven't received any exchanged order. Moreover i don't get timely replies either. It takes them a month to reply back to a mail. The only phone number provided on the website never works. All i get is "once the product reaches the warehouse we will dispatch the order." it has been five months. There is absolutely no clarity and no professionalism whatsoever. They are not ready to refund the money either. The last correspondence i received was on 12/06/2016.

                It is clearly mentioned in the complaint also that I have already sent back the shipment. It was received at your end on April 19th. Now, I don't have the shipment or the money I have spent on it.

                              I had ordered for a dress from SSS. I received the product but a smaller size. I have paid them a cash of Rs.999. I have been following up with SSS for more then 16 days now. Neither are they responding to my emails nor are they giving me a refund.

                              Finally after a lot of hurdles my pick up was arranged and i received an email stating i have got the credit note. I have been trying to login to my account since then and was also given a password by SSS but every time i try to login it says Authentication Failed. Its going to be almost a month now that i am not able to log in to my account as the password doesnt work. I have sent unlimited emails to SSS but no response.

                              You guys seriously need to become professional. Your service is pathetic. I need my cash asap.

                                  I had placed an order of 4 shoes.First of all the products that were delivered after a month and the quality was also not of good and so i initiated a return request.They picked up the product and did not give any receipt and I got a mail that after the products are checked we will work on your request. But i havet got any response since then and neither have i got my money back.

                                    I ordered a combo product of 3 footwear for 999. It got delivered to me yesterday, and quality and fit of the product is very poor, not at all as it was showcased on the street style store website.
                                    I want to return the product and get a credit note for the same, but it turns out the return facility is not available (Weird!) only exchange is possible.
                                    Can anybody help me out if they have gone through the same problem and have been denied return.

                                    Sent a mail to [email protected] and followed on their mail thread thereafter. It was quite a lengthy back and forth process. But eventually it got the credit note.

                                    Can you provide me a number where i can contact SSS. The contact number on the website always gets a busy tone. Its regarding the credit slip i have been issued which is of a lesser amount than the products that were returned.
                                    I had opened the box and shown all the products to the delivery guy from gojavas (i don't know why they do not write details on the credit slip even after requesting they do not). Now i have a return slip and nothing but a request number on it.

                                    Please go through the customer order details before quoting such an amount. Its is an amount of 2696/-
                                    Does 2 hours = 20days for you? Coz i Still haven't received any refund.

                                      I placed an order on April 8th for three sandals. I got 2 sandals after 2 months and m still waiting for the third one to ship. Its been 3 months now and I haven't received my order. I want a refund for my money. I've contacted you guys multiple times and you guys always give the same scripted response. We can wait for 1 month 2 months but 3 months is too much for an order. I understand yours is a start up, but you cant be fooling your customers. This way you will never be able to retain your customers. I want my money back.
