I have ordered two shoes from this site around 1 month prior.
Still i didn’t get the delivery yet. so could you please let me know why such delay is there for every single time and when i will get my product at my address.
Please do a reply to this asap and provide me the exact details regarding the same.

Hi... I ordered 2 pair of shoes from sss n didnt get it since a month... I had a credit note wit that i bought but the goods hav not been dispatched it.. I feel i m bein cheated... My order id is 716918 n it has been placed on 30th may 2016... I send a email to them... They reverted sayin vll dispatch asap... My current order status says priority dispatch... This status is since 15 days. Then i sent 3 to 4 mails but there is no response from their side... Plz help... Wud highly appreciate

I placed an order, ref. No. Mdqqredsa, with street style store on 03/03/2016. I did receive the order but i had to exchange it for a different size. On 03/30/2016 i received a mail saying the pick up request is sent. Later on i got a mail saying that they cannot arrange a pick up as some automation process is on. They requested me send the package back on my own as i will get a credit note for the courier amount. I sent the package back on 17/04/2016. It was received at their end on 19/04/2016 17:36 hours.

I still haven't received any exchanged order. Moreover i don't get timely replies either. It takes them a month to reply back to a mail. The only phone number provided on the website never works. All i get is "once the product reaches the warehouse we will dispatch the order." it has been five months. There is absolutely no clarity and no professionalism whatsoever. They are not ready to refund the money either. The last correspondence i received was on 12/06/2016.

Footwears, that i have ordered are not at all good in quality it is not as shown in the site ...material is too bad and cheap ...i'm really disappointed by the products the quality u sell is to bad ...its good for your site only if youwould sell products of good quality the shape and coliur of the footwear is totally different from the pic shown in the siteso, pls kindly reauest you that i want to return the products ...i will be really thankful to you...the products are unused so kindly listen to my request and i want to return the products...thank you..

I ordered product from this site on 16th may but till nothing is updated unlike other copanies.i mailed them after 21 days they sais its being processed but hten also nothing is there i again mailed but no response.

i just wanna know whether they have product or its just a fake site no other online shopping sites do this .

I have ordered one dress on april 24th. its been 2 mnths and i have not recieved the product. I was trying to call, but that no which is available in the website seems to be fake. So no number to contact. i have sent mails also, but no reply.My order id is 654544. kindly send me the product or else refund the money. Because its already too lats.

I had ordered for a dress from SSS. I received the product but a smaller size. I have paid them a cash of Rs.999. I have been following up with SSS for more then 16 days now. Neither are they responding to my emails nor are they giving me a refund.

I want this to be sorted at the earliest.

I've ordered shoes from your website on 19thjune'16 and till now i've not received any kind of confirmation. My order no. Is #754443. Kindly look to my problem. And let me clear you, this is not a way of treating your customers. Please take care, and ordered these shoes, for a function.

I had placed an order of 4 shoes.First of all the products that were delivered after a month and the quality was also not of good and so i initiated a return request.They picked up the product and did not give any receipt and I got a mail that after the products are checked we will work on your request. But i havet got any response since then and neither have i got my money back.

I ordered a combo product of 3 footwear for 999. It got delivered to me yesterday, and quality and fit of the product is very poor, not at all as it was showcased on the street style store website.
I want to return the product and get a credit note for the same, but it turns out the return facility is not available (Weird!) only exchange is possible.
Can anybody help me out if they have gone through the same problem and have been denied return.

I placed an order on April 8th for three sandals. I got 2 sandals after 2 months and m still waiting for the third one to ship. Its been 3 months now and I haven't received my order. I want a refund for my money. I've contacted you guys multiple times and you guys always give the same scripted response. We can wait for 1 month 2 months but 3 months is too much for an order. I understand yours is a start up, but you cant be fooling your customers. This way you will never be able to retain your customers. I want my money back.

I want my products for which you people have galloped my money or return my money

It has been three months since i placed order. I requested for refund incase they are not able to fulfill the request. I have dropped them many mails and they dont respond. On the website, they have said priority dispatch and no further update. it seems to be in a limbo. They have stopped responding to mail as well.

Have ordered one sandal and when i was wearing, saw the color of strap was very dirty (Black) it seems somebody has wore it before. Do u guys sell used stuff or what? Dis is what i got after waiting so long. Kindly help resolving this matter soon or else will post dis on social media. Really disappointed after getting such product. I[censored] selling the product online, do have good return policies. I have never seen in other e-commerce website that u can't replace the product with other one.

Wrote mail to help desk : first mail - 13th june 2016, second mail - 25th june 2016, third mail - 27th june.

No point in writing to their help desk, same words. I think they just cut copy paste their format in mails. Responding mails doesn't solve anything. Giving false commitment to the customer and trying to exploit them.

I need to know when will i receive my product. No one is responding for what a customer ask or doesn't deliver products on time.

After seeing same words i felt there are just reply for the sake of reply and they are worst in customer service.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes online from streetstylestore.com on 21st june 2016 but have not received them yet despite the payment being successful. I am also not able to track my order in "my order" section. My order number is #758049. This is not the way you treat your customers, streetstylestore is poorest at this which I can say from my past experience as well as they took more than 3 months to get the size replaced. Please improve your services!!
