Have ordered one sandal and when i was wearing, saw the color of strap was very dirty (Black) it seems somebody has wore it before. Do u guys sell used stuff or what? Dis is what i got after waiting so long. Kindly help resolving this matter soon or else will post dis on social media. Really disappointed after getting such product. No point in writing to their help desk, same words. I think they just cut copy paste their format in mails. Responding mails doesn't solve anything. Giving false commitment to the customer and trying to exploit them.

The products that are being delivered by SSS do not match the once that they display on their website. They have delivered a bag which does not minutely resemble the one that is there on their website. The quality is very poor and it was covered with alot of dust. Hi, i have ordered 3 pair of shoes on the offer of 999/-. On 8 may'16. The footwears which i received were too small in size as per the description. So i placed a exchange request on 11 may'16 for the same, it has been processed after one week (20 may'16) that also after a reminder. Your site says it offers great shoes but might take time to deliver, I can understand that. But when the shoes you send don't fit me and the other one hardly even resembles the picture shown on the website I must say your service is beyond pathetic and that your website should be reported for promoting fraudulent service.
