I have been trying to contact them through mails but these guys are so insane, Customare care executives dont know what to reply to the customers . I want exchange of my 1 product . Pickup has been done already, I have shared the courier slip also, They have taken the product also and now now giving the exchanged item, I m following them through mail since last week . They are sending me unnecessary mails regarding exchange, I m writing something else and they are replying something else, I m fed up, Customare care number doesnt work at all. What to do now .

    I had placed an order with sss on 11/04/16 after which i followed up with them by email as well as social media to confirm if they would be actually shipping my order or not. I had twice previously placed orders with them, which never showed up.
    Once, i did get a response after which they went cold turkey, refusing to carry forward any communication.
    All of a sudden, after close to 45 days, i am suddenly handed over the parcel which i am told i have no option but to pay for, please note that i had already purchased my required footwear as neither did the brand send me my order, nor did they respond to my communication. I was told i can contact the brand to return it and get my full refund.
    When i put in my request for return on the website, someone finally bothered to write back informing me they do not provide refund to which i send in my views and once again the customer care has gone missing.
    To add onto all this, the parcel has the following problems:
    The product doesn't match its image online
    One of them is incorrect
    The quality is highly undermined
    The sizes don't have consistency

    So i don't understand why i am being forced to take store credit and not getting my refund.
    @sss please refrain from wasting my time.

    To begin with, you can't send a parcel to me whenever u feel like, that too w/o maintaining any communication as to when to expect it and to add onto it, you have the audacity to send me the wrong things and then force me to take store credit?

    Do you really think i'm stupid? And what kind of a customer care do you have, that you don't bother to respond at all? Do i have to run behind you for answers? I want a representive to contact me asap.

    And don't run a store if you are unable to handle it diligently.

    I have proof of all communications till date. You don't even provide a contact no. L, we keep mailing them and you just ignore.

      Hi,

      This website charged me 999rs. for 3 pairs of sandals which are not yet delivered, i would like to file a complaints for the same.
      I have send many emails but they are never replied, there is some silky kapoor who heads the customer support, but i guess even she is a cheat.
      Worst experience ever, please block this site so that people dont get cheated by such loosers.

      I have ordered Sandals on 11th Sep and it's 30th Sep today and yet I don't have any update about my order no. 942891. Can you let me know whether I will even get the order or are you guys going to keep delaying it. I tried calling the number given in the website nearly 20-25 times today but it kept on ringing and no one picked the call. The estimation time to receive an email as a feedback from you guys is 24 hrs but yet I have sent an email 2 days back without any response from your side. Let me know what you are planning to do with my order. Silky informed me that it will be delivered soon but I haven't received any update from her. I have sent an email to Silky, helpdesk and also the id prvided by you in this site, please let me know if I will be getting my order or not.

        I received a pack of 3 shoes which were not as i expected to mailed the sss team for exchange. They replied the process. I requested for the exchange on there site twice but the status of my request didn't get updated. They have a criteria of 7 day exchange and i requested for exchange next day after receiving the product. Then mailed them the same twice but they didn't reply.

          I ordered 3 pairs of sandals worth 1k 10days back and the sandals recieved are of very low quality which can't be used!! I can't go for replacement with other sandals since i can't trust "street style store" anymore. I have already logged a complaint with them and they aren't responding. I would like to have my money refunded back since after seeing the below reviews i can't go for exchange with dresses too. I can't let this go. Have my money refunded back to me.

            I had placed an order on streetstylestore.com of 1299/- it was a prepaid order. No delivery till 40days, fake contact number, no way to contact them they dont do a satisfactory reply on mails. Order no. 409144 delivered after 15days when i have already bought my product from jabong.com then that winter boots those are not delivered on relevant time was returned. After then no contact no feedback no reply on mails, there is no other way to reach them except mails. Its been 5 months i am writing mails again and again and explaining my issue to every person of streetstylestore.com but once they receive payment they don't bother to respond.
            Now i want refund along with inconvenience cost i beared.
            Those who are reading never ever buy anything from this website...

              I ordered shoes from street style store. It was a prepaid order. But i never received my order. I tried contacting them many times but they are not answering my query. It's been more than 45 days since i placed my order. My order number is 623838. And now when i called then they asking me which order im talking about when i told them clearlynwhat order im referring to they are asking if i recieved my order for 2 footware. I told the rep that its 3 pairs and not 2. But i dint receive even a single pair from them. Even after complaining in this portal i'm not getting appropriate response fron them. The site is nothing but fraud site. Either give me full refund not gift voucher but deposit the money in my card which was used to pay you guys or i want the shoes which i ordered. It's been 45 days but no response from your site. This is sick.

This is really frustrating. I want my order by end of this week or please refund my money. It has already crossed your promised 21 days.

                I thought I committed biggest mistake of my life buying a product from your website, You guys are really annoying.I had bought a few products worth Rs. 2 From 999. The products were really of low quality, so i tried to return them. This return process really was so troublesome. they dont respond to my mails once they receive their money and there is no other was to reach out to them other than mail. and once you have paid them they dont bother to respond. I literally had to bend backward to get them to take back their products. they final did after several mails and issued me a credit note of Rs.1397. Now I wanted to use that credit note and purchase something else. but i am not able to use that al all. I have sent them ample of mails regarding this but they just dont seem to respond. This is my last way out to get my money or products. It would be very helpful if anyone could resolve this. And one more thing to all those who are reading this..Disappointment !

                I have been trying to follow up on an order since a month. I mailed you regarding an order# 771226. That time you quoted "3-21" days as if you are so confident about delivering the product in that timeline. I have ordered from your online store before and that time my perception was just the opposite. I work in the same industry in which you dream to excel as an online store. But just a feedback, this is the worst Customer Relationship Management ever! Like in the history of CRM, this is the worst online site response. I also understand your supply chain and the procedure you follow to prepare the order. But I don't understand how can you not understand Customer Retention Policy which is the most important in Fashion Retail. I was answered by some Ms Silky Kapoor and I am not very happy with it. Trust me when I ordered this, I had an event in mind where I wanted to wear. But I am so angry to have lost out on my money. It's not even about waiting, its the about informing the customer so that they don't invest unnecessary time and energy. Not a professional behaviour at all.

                  My order numbers are 648984 and 627096. I want to change these shoes but i am unable to change. There is a option of only size change but i want to change shoes. Please help me in this matter as i dont like the qualities of these products and i want to buy some other shoes.

                  i dont want size. These products are totally different from the pictures. My relatives also ordered u shoes from different accounts. There are problems in every orders.So Change my shoes. There is no use of these vulgar shoes. Quality is too cheap. Arrange pick up And i will choose another shoes. I will pay the money difference.

                    I have order three pairs of shoes - order id : 646728 (3 items), placed on 20 april, 2016. I am yet to receive the products. I have contacted them on 03rd of may and they have confirmed that we are in process.

                    After that i have sent many follow ups but there is no response. And to add on it, there is no cash on delivery so i made the payment also and still there is no update? This kind of service is really ridiculous.

                    I placed order of three pair of shoes on 21 april 2016 with product id#65017 and payment mode is online. As there is no contact number on their site only mail id. I mail them in starting they reply as the order is in process and deliver as soon as possible. The person who replied me is 'KARAN'. but no delivery I mailed again but no mail. then a lady with name NANCY replied and said the same. but its too late and I want my money back. But there is no way to want my money back. I order same but thought with COD but there is no option of COD.

                        First of all the number given to contact the customer care is incorrect / no one picks up calls.
                        They have removed the phone number from their website also which means the site is not doing a descent customer communication. Hope this is a fraud company.
                        How does an order take 21 days to deliver and the status always says "check the dresses"

                          I have ordered for 3 pair of shoes for the offer which says 999 for 3 and the invoice shown to me was for three shoes but when the parcel was recieved at my place the invoice was billed for just one pair of shoes.                                 These are details of my order... it's been more than 40 days... been writing so many mails.. but non responded.
                                Resolve it Asap or elz... I'll complain in consumer code.
                                There is no COD. I paid the payment via debt card... tried to reach them.. but they don't respond... This is getting on my nerves... I thought Itz trust worthy site. But they failed. You need to look unto it.

                                  I have ordered three shoes of 1000 rps from streetstylestore I got the deleivery size is not proper on their site I am trying to generate a exchange request but from 2 days I am trying but not able to as their fake site don't allow us to. Their phone number which is always busy no one answers that, no one reply on mail they are just making us fool by grabbing our hard earn money. My order no 668189.This site should be closed at very next second they are fraud

                                    Ordered 3 pair of shoes worth 800 rs each size 39..after few days Got shoes of small size then set a replacement..shoes were taken by courrier for replacement since 3 weeks did not got my shoes back n even 3 pairs! money is already paid around rs 3000 and did not recieved my parcel yet it has been long as a month solve the problem or i just want money back as soon as possible..HATE BLOODY FRAUDS

                                      I had placed the order on 6th of april 2016 and had paid the amount using my credit card. I have still not received my shoes. I have been mailing on the given email address continuously, no body even bothers to reply. I have asked them to send me the status of the shipment or reason for delay or return my money back. They have still not bothered to reply and the status on the website has remained unchanged since the day i have placed the order. The order amount to rs1300 for 2 shoes.
