I have ordered a dress called the happy moment at this store online and made a payment of rs 899 and recieved a confirmation mail on 24 april 2016. No online company takes so long gor delivering product. I mailed them after 11 days so they mailed back that on website they mentioned 3-21 days delivery time. I waited again and mailed back after 21 days. Now no reply of the mails as well as no dress. What kind of website bussiness they are where...

I placed an order for a pair of boots on 21st jan, 2016 (#523666). I still haven't received them. They reply to my mails with false promises that the shoes will be dispatched in 4-5 days every time. Nothing has been done. I don't believe they run a business like this with so many complaints about unreceived orders. I've asked for my money back too, but that hasn't been done either....

I ordered the combo of 3 footwear for 999/- on 04/08/16 and still haven't heard back from them. The status on the website shows as "preparation in progress". It's been over a month since the status hasn't changed. It would take lesser time to literally make those shoes and deliver.

Your website mentions delivery within 21 days which in itself is long for delivery within india and still you cannot keep up to the commitment date.

I placed the order on 15 april 2016 and since now i have got no information about the order status, payment is already done. There is no scope for getting any order from your side on time. I want my money back or i will go for a legal action. This is completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

I had ordered shoes thru street style store my order number 68650, i received the product but since the size of the shoe was small i had given it back for replacement.

I have raised a complaint in the help desk but as of now i have not received my replacement for the order i made on may 9th..

I had given the full amount. Either pay back the amount or replace the shoes....
