I had placed an order with sss on 11/04/16 after which i followed up with them by email as well as social media to confirm if they would be actually shipping my order or not. I had twice previously placed orders with them, which never showed up.
Once, i did get a response after which they went cold turkey, refusing to carry forward any communication.
All of a sudden, after close to 45 days, i am suddenly handed over the parcel which i am told i have no option but to pay for, please note that i had already purchased my required footwear as neither did the brand send me my order, nor did they respond to my communication. I was told i can contact the brand to return it and get my full refund.
When i put in my request for return on the website, someone finally bothered to write back informing me they do not provide refund to which i send in my views and once again the customer care has gone missing.
To add onto all this, the parcel has the following problems:
The product doesn't match its image online
One of them is incorrect
The quality is highly undermined
The sizes don't have consistency
So i don't understand why i am being forced to take store credit and not getting my refund.
@sss please refrain from wasting my time.
To begin with, you can't send a parcel to me whenever u feel like, that too w/o maintaining any communication as to when to expect it and to add onto it, you have the audacity to send me the wrong things and then force me to take store credit?
Do you really think i'm stupid? And what kind of a customer care do you have, that you don't bother to respond at all? Do i have to run behind you for answers? I want a representive to contact me asap.
And don't run a store if you are unable to handle it diligently.
I have proof of all communications till date. You don't even provide a contact no. L, we keep mailing them and you just ignore.
