Hi, my this complaint is regarding my order, i made on april 7th for a product of worth rs. 599/-. I received the order on around 15th of april.
After that i placed the required to replace the order with the different size and that did on 17th april. They picked my product by the very next day and provided the slip. I uploaded the copy of receipt/slip on website as per the process. Now, after 17th april, its 16th may, i haven't received my product.
After my 2 or 3 emails asking about status, they sent an email and mentioned that due to lack of material or something the delivery will be delayed by 3 to 6 days and now its more than 10 days of that email. After that email, i sent 2 more emails (Aggressive emails no doubt) but they are not bother to reply for even a single email.
May i know the solution for this or compensation.

This replacement order id has been created on 30th april, after 20 days of picking up the original product from my door.
