Their landlines is not working.Help me to provide direct number of them please.
I have placed one order which I have received also but after opening it i found it small. then I have shoot a mail to replace them. its almost completed 15 to 20 days or more then but till now i have not received any call and respond from there side. please help me connect with them.

So I mailed the queries to the company and its been approx 14 hrs I didn't get any response.
Their contact number Is busy since 2 days. Don't know how to resolve me problem.

ordered 3 pairs of flats and the flower girl shoe is missing. the box mentions all 3 items in the invoice. but it contains only 2 items.

The overall study is very bad for said website. their landline is not working since morning.Help me with direct number of them please.

I had ordered a product on 15th dec 2015 and received on 20th jan 2016. due to some reason i requested them to exchange the product on 25th jan 2016.

i have mailed them many time even though 2 times a day but they have stopped replying after they have received the exchange request.

i want my refund back in my account as soon as possible.

I ordered shoes worth ₹1000 but I faced size problem thats why I wanted to replace the order so I placed the retune order the your person came for return. Till return they gave nice service after that they are not recieving my calls not replying for my mails, I almost tried 100 calls every day 15-20. They send a system generated mail for every mail i sent and say that they will contact you within 24hr but since 17feb i haven't recieved any personal call or mail from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes on[protected] as a valentine gift for my gf. But it has been more then one month and my Oder is not delivered yet. I tried to contact company but as usual there no. is always busy. So I registered a complaint with Id: 205909 but they never replayed bac. I am really disappointed with SSS services. I want my money or my shoes ASAP.

Its been 4days you replied but I think the mess your department created has not been taken care of .. i dnt understand what are you guys upto. I dont understand i have paid for my order and you people are torchering me. Now i am not goin to pay the additional amount. I want to see what you guys reply on this.. i have very good to you guys but now it has gone above my patience level. Refund my money or deliver the products without additional amount. The choice is urs now.. your services is pathetic . Every online shopping site are customer oriented and they even deliver the customer the products for free and they underatand the customer's urgency.. In every email you guys talk about on urgent basis.. is this your urgent basis?? Firstly, you agreed on giving the product of my choice then i got the email that they will deliver in 7 days then i get the call that i need to change the order as the merhant is short of that product then again you guys changed my products and then you say that its your department glitch.. what the hell is going on . You guys dont email.. n even if you guys respond you dont take action..i really dont understand by what means you ll give my products or money back..

I have ordered two shoes about one month ago and still havent received it. The parcel was sent to kolkata instead of mumbai. got a call from bookmypacket and they told that the parcel is sent back to StreetStyleStore. Post that i havent got any updates from StreetStyleStore about reshipment or refund.

Request you to help me with this and get the refund.

I shop from SSS.but shoe does not fit to my foot. So i sent it for exchange. But after it still i didnt get any credit slip .& i am trying to contact to SSS by phone & mails bt nothing is working. What should i do now?? After giving payment also i am not getting any credit slip or any response.

ORDER No - 364966 & 364954 has been returned on 27th Jan 2016 since i didnt like the quality. Since then no revert, Have ordered some new products. This is the new order no, when i received this order few days back they were asking me to pay for it (AWB No C[protected] on 22nd Feb 2016)

I have been sending them mails almost every day, A ticket get raised but no update post that.

I had placed an order and it was cnfirmed by them that within 21 days they will deliver my order.It has been more than 21 days since i have ordered.I have placed a mail too but no revert from their side.

I had ordered a dress from street style store order no 460190. Due to the size issue I had asked for the return of the same . it was duly picked . somehow I didn't like the product which in order in exchange of the first order . I asked for the return of the same . whixh was again picked up in a day time . however afterwards I have been sensing them email from last 15 days for my new order . there is no revert on my emails . every time a ticket number gets generated . I read the terms and conditions on 2nd return and ready to pay the amount as well for 2nd return but there should be someone to attend u ...this is one real bad site...I should have read the reviews before ordering

I placed the order on 11 feb 2016. i haven't got any details regarding the shipment or delivery. the customer care number is always ringing. if you cannot deliver or respond please cancel my order and refund the money. this is the pathetic experience i ever had with online shopping site.

Haven't received my order. Order reference no. Is EJTSTIUJY. On calling the customer care, call drops and emails have failed to send. I've called them innumerable times but to no avail.
I really liked the product that I ordered and I would like to buy it still. The products on the site are quite unique and prices reasonable. Improve upon such issues to be popular

I have ordered chappals from street style store.
my order number is RXYFGLXVB.

i have emailed street style store for delivery of product but everytime their reply is we will deliver your order after 4-5 days.

So finally i have today requested about refund of my money.
didnt receive any reply from them.
My total order amount is 349 rupees.
I want my money back.
please help

I placed the 1st order of 2 shoe for 999 on the 12th Dec 2015 and received the order only at the end of Jan 2016 after a chain of mails which I sent to these guys.The shoe size was not correct hence I requested for an exchange which was initiated in a couple of days after that.I have not heard from them since then. Every time i write to them I receive an automated reply stating someone would contact within 24 hours however that does not happen.Its been more than 2 months now and I have not received neither the product nor the refund.
