Yesterday on 12th of October 2021 I have place an order for a heel on SSS. My payment is completed from my Gpay accnt but my order is still not generated in my 'my order'. The money is been debited from my accnt. I tried several times calling to their customers care number but instead they played their recorded sound saying "all lines are busy". So I'm not able to convey my problem to them. I'm really disappointed to this service. I need my money back. I have also attached here the payment of screenshot which was done on 12th of October 2021. I request you to resolve to this problem as soon as possible.

So ive orderd two shirts for 900 combo but after some days the order got split. One got shipped and had to be returned because of the change in product . Ive recieved a voucher for ₹430 but i can get a shirt for that now. Now ive to pay the full ₹700 amount. The second one as of now the product is same in the cart and its shipped. But i want a clarity regarding the voucher, youve taken 900 from me for two shirts but that have changed 430 coupon with ehich i cant buy a shirt . It should be a 699 one right or to be apt you should offer be another shirt.

I ordered two pair of boots on 09/09/2021. It's been month. I wrote Ton of emial to you, and no good reply. I'm seriouly pissed off with ur service. Like how much time you guys need to deliver a product in india. Even from outside india we get within a month. Just tell me the date of delivery, i m tired of your excuse. If your costumer is not happy with your service what do you except from them i m not going to purchase any more from this site now. This is going to be my last order or make your sevice better. Work on that.
And tell me my delivery date. Asap

Ive ordered for two shirts and finally after 50 days of placing the order ive recieved the notification that one is shipped, other one still pending. The one which already got shipped is not the same as that when i ordered. Few days agter placing the order, the it in the cart changed.(provided in the image below) . Incase of the shirt not shipped its the same one, no issues as of now . Only issue is that it didnt get shipped. What can i do regarding the one that already got shipped? Return it and wait for another 50-60 days?

I have placed an order which was by 3 on some amount, one of the product had bad quality but because they don't have a return policy I had to exchange the size only with other 2 product.

There was also an issue with the size fitting so I requested (raised a ticket for size exchange), so the person came and picked the clothes.

I have raised the ticket and it was showing on my SSS account, the pickup for exchange was done but I haven't received my exchanged size fitting clothes yet. I cant see the status of the ticket or my order on the account and now I don't know what needs to be done.

Tried reaching on the contact number [protected] mentioned however its ringing always.

Suddenly my all order details are vanished cant find anything.

I ordered from streetstylestore.com on August 9, 2021 (order #4971149) and my order still hasn't been delivered after almost 2 months - 56 days to be precise - and there has been radio silence from their side. There's no contact number available, no reply to emails, and nobody to assist the customers. I am not sure what they're doing, whether they're just taking money and not delivering the products. I have lodged countless tickets but haven't received any information from them. I have already paid 699 INR. They've just taken the money and are trying to fool the customer.
