I am placing order on 22nd of August at 10 am and while making payment they on 10:05 am from my credit card money was deducted at that time and they redirect me directly to their cart again and order was not placed but money was deducted from my card.

Then again i make a try to make payment, at this time money was deducted and the order was confirmed. In short, the order was confirmed only once against the money was deducted twice.

I had made request with my credit card company for refund but they are saying that merchant was accepted both the payments, so it is advisable to contact to the merchant about this transaction and made request with them for refund.
But there is no any way to contact to street style store as thier helpline is always seems to be busy and also mail id is not given anywhere to mail your issues.

I have attached both payment screenshots for the reference of merchant and to process the refund as soon as possible.

This complaint is to inform to street style store in any way that not to exploit their customers either it was due to technical issues or something. The rapid contact towards the query of their customers is important. So, humble request to you to provide a contact support to your customers.

In last the customers have no choice except to make a legal complaint towards the merchant and it surely affects to the merchant's goodwill.

So it is a very first and very humble request to this company to process refund as soon as possible, if not done it much affects the company in either way for this type of service.

As this product was not available in stock, they cancelled it, and said refund will be made via a voucher, but I still haven't received the voucher, and I could not even raise a ticket for the same, please resolve this issue as soon as possible .

For the past 2 weeks I am getting the text of failed delivery updates. They automatically fetched the wrong number and I tried editing it...no one in customer care is helping me out ..either I should get the details of delivery person or that person should be able get hold on right number...tried all the platforms to communicate but no response

It is very annoying that SSS is neither sending updates about my order nor they are dispatching it. It has been few days and I have not received any message. I am on the verge of cancelling the order but I am giving one last shot to this. Please consider my order and dispatch it at the earliest. I will not receive the package if it arrives very late as it is a gift for my friend's birthday. I will never order anything from SSS if this happens again.

The delivery reschedule without any reason, I have complaint to the delivery services and continuously writing to SSS store, even I am trying to call customer services but not able to connect. I am not understanding what is the issue, I have shared my multiple contacts with delivery partner, still not getting a single call from delivery person and the delivery is getting rescheduling every day, without any reason and I have no information regarding it and not getting any support from the store.

so i have ordered ZIPPED BLACK BODYCON from sss but it was highly damaged has three to four holes in it so i called to their no.thn agent tell me to do request for exchange thn he also tells me that if you got damaged product then you can apply for refund policy but thn i have have done same courier boy came and took their damaged product but now when i am trying to call their customer care no. to ask abt refund they are not picking my call i have called thm more than 20 times but still they are not picking now i want them to pick call and solve my query asap it would be really appreiable if they do same. thnk u

I ordered few stuff and it's very misfit and quality sucks. I want to return back two of the products and want to order something else with the money. I'm trying everyday to contact them. But they are not responding to me . Please resolve it asap

First of all, the order took forever to reach, secondly, when I received the order, the quality was not very good. When I tried on the products, 2 of them were a misfit, which I tried exchanging. But to my utter surprise, this site had the worst exchange policy. I am trying everyday to reach them but they never respond. I need urgent help. Please contact me and resolve . This site soo annoying I've order 1 month ago still there is no tracking details nobody picks the call customer service number is available everytime and I've done the online payment no cancelation of online payment they are robbering there customers. Do not order from sss

Ordered from SSS on April 21 now it is June 11, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.

It's been 22 days, my order number #4886891 hasn't been delivered, I've already paid via online payment, they aren't responding to any of my queries nor mails ! Pathetic service

I have ordered from sss and its been a month and still i din receive any information regarding the ORDER # 4817582..

On 23 July 2021 around 2:16 pm I placed an order today of 3 tops from 799 deal. My payment was successfull and money was deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg. The order details are not showing in " My Orders " as well.
