    This app is disgusting, no exchange and very poor quality of products. I replaced the product due to some issues and again the order arrived with same issues and now i can't exchange or replace it. Very poor services.

      I had placed an order for 3 flats.
      My order number is #5498711
      I have only received 2 out of 3 products in the entire order and I have paid for all 3 products.
      I have sent a complaint on your website and tried calling your helpline number multiple times since the past one week but haven’t gotten any response on either ends.
      Why have I been charged for something i never got and your website shows as “delivered” but I never got any delivery of the 3rd pair of footwear.

      This is extremely disgusting how you are trying to earn money without actually delivering the products.

      Please stop cheating your customers.

            Hi on my return order I found the shoes purchased were an absolute fit and was happy, however, you'll made an error on the shoe laces as only one shoe had the shoe lace and as it's a brown model it's sad. I was given a voucher for one pair and only two arrived. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks

                I have been trying to reach out to street style store for about 2 weeks now. Their website is pathetic and support and exchange is even more pathetic. I am trying to call their only way to reach them - support number but the IVR keeps saying they are busy and puts me on hold. I have returned all the products in my order but have not got a credit note for one of the items. Just to reaolve this simple an issue i am having to keep chasing them. Please call me and get this fixed ASAP!

                      I recieved the product after almost 20 days of waiting period and one of the items included in my order is different from as shown on their site. The quality is not at all good. I want a refund or to exchange it with a different product, since the top they are delivering is not the exact same as shown on the site.
                      For the consumers benefit either provide a refund on ill products or let us exchange it for a different product rather than just changing the size.

                        I have not have any tracking information regarding my product. It's been a week then also i have not got any tracking information about my product. I have raised many queries but no response have been delivered. I have already paid for my product atleast provide tracking status for the same so that i'll not be worried for it.

                          Hello,
                          I ordered my boots on 5th of October. And now its 12th of December ... It has been more then 2month... I have been raising my question every day on you web site ... But i didn't get any kind of response from your side ... According to the information i have its is being prepared for dispatch and since 2 months you people are not able to dispatch the production... Even you people didn't reply to the questions i raised on the website. I have done the payment online .. please resolve my problem as soon as possible...
                          Even i am not able to track my order ...
                          I don't know what you people are doing but i want my order within 2 or 3days and if you can't deliver it return my money back ...

                            I am trying from 10 days onwards to exchange my product. From Street style customer care number never ever picks up call by any executive...and I tried a lot of way to reach them but I couldn't.
                            Please please resolve my issue.
                            They haven't even updated in my orders that's the order is already delivered, it's still showing (re-attempt delivery) that's y I can't apply for exchange.

                                  I added clothes from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through phone pe. In phone pe I made payment and it got successful (screenshot attached) But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amout already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. I want my money back.

                                  The company is saying that they have not received any such payments. But the money is debited from the account. I want my money back. They are playing with the customer's hard earned money. Please take a serious action on this. The bank statement is also having the transferred mail id as streetstylestore.[protected]@icici (screenshot attached). How are they claiming as not received any such payments.

                                    I ordered 4 tops from Street Style Store i.e. SSS, at Rs.1178. I haven't received my order and it shows RTO declared. I tried to raise a query a few times but I didn't receive any reply to my complaints. They do not even have any contact number because of which we cannot personally contact them. Moreover, they hardly reply to the query raised. They have no reply email services so that we don't have the complaint proofs. I am really disappointed with the website and its services.                                         ORDER # 531287. This is my order number.
                                        I got delivered my order after a whole month and now that I see it the shoe does not fit me I had ordered a size 41 in the shoe which happens to be the biggest size. Your return policy says I cannot replace it with another shoe or get money refund from this.
                                        My the shoe size which I wear normally is 41 and this is not even near to fitting me the shoe is so narrow that my foot does not even go in. I cannot even replace it with a bigger size. Please I request you to help me here with another product or money exchange.

                                        I have put up a ticket but it seems that they have not read it and only sent me an automated mail, I understand that they don’t have a refund policy but what will I do of an exchange if the biggest size does not fit me ( I usually do wear a size 41 and it fits me everytime)
