I order shoes from sss - Bring me truffle shoes in 38 size on 24/3/2021 which i received from xpressbees . It was smaller than my actual size so i returned it and i haven't received my money till the date. They always show a credit voucher of 699 rupees but when i apply that to other orders, it have been used flashes over my scree but i haven't used it yet. Please help me out to get my money back.

it's been 2 months since then. I haven't received my order. It's 21 Nov. 2021 and it's showing RTO declares. Customer Care is not receiving call and I am getting no answer from the website. My order ID is #5111660. Give me my refund.

I ordered 3 for 999 flats from Streetstylestore 's website on 12/11/2021 for Rs. 1049 (including GST). Payment was made through CCAvenue. My order was shipped on 15/11/2021 by Xpressbess with AWD no. [protected] and they attempted to deliver it to me on 18/11/2021 but I refused to accept the parcel as this company has no return policy. The parcel was declared RTO by the shipping company but this fake website Streetstylestore hasn't refunded my money yet, neither they've sent any email of message regarding the same. They've cheated on me with their fraud policies. Also they never reply to my Instagram dms & emails. I want help as soon as possible as it was hard earned money from my parents & I don't want to loose it to any of these fake ### websites. Please please help me.

It's been 21 days and my order hasn't been even dispatched . I already made the payment . Very bad delivery service, zero ratings to you sss. I don't even know if you will deliver my order or not. And now that sweater which I ordered is not even in the stock and it is not even opening in my order section Refund my money back if you're not able to deliver.

So i odered on 15th september and today exact aftrr 2 months when i tracked my oder it shows oder has declared RTO, Can i please know about my refund process or the procedure to get back the refund .i have registered complain 7 times but no call back i got from them ....

I made an order (AWB no: 5241481 )on 15/10/2021 for products worth ₹1923 they said their estimated delivery time was 3-21 days which is really weird since they are based in India itself but still I waited for 21 days but my order wasn’t even dispatched yet so I mailed them several times raising this issue but always received a very automated response with no solution at all . I tried calling their customer care number but could never get through to them . I have shopped from many sites both national and international but have never seen a company act this irresponsibly and unprofessionally toward their customer. I mean customers should be their no one priority right since we are the ones paying for your service . I found this website very very sketchy since it’s been ALMOST a month and the products aren’t even dispatched like if you don’t have it in stock put up a sign that says out of stock until you’ve restocked it. You have a great collection of clothes but this behaviour towards customers will lead you nowhere.

When will I recieve the order? Atleast give a tentative date. The order shows it has not been dispatched yet. How long will it take? I have already paid the amount!
