I have ordered boots from Street style store. I need to get the order delivered at another location. I tried calling you multiple times but your phone always came busy. Please find the order details:

Have not received the order - order ID is 5356428 may I know why its getting delayed and when I have not requested for open delivery why its showing customer requested for open delivery on website

I order shoes from sss - Bring me truffle shoes in 38 size on 24/3/2021 which i received from xpressbees . It was smaller than my actual size so i returned it and i haven't received my money till the date. They always show a credit voucher of 699 rupees but when i apply that to other orders, it have been used flashes over my scree but i haven't used it yet. Please help me out to get my money back.

I have ordered boots...first of all they are different as from image.. quality is cheap..seems to be used..chain is not working properly... whenever I call customer care number they say all executives are busy.. seriously disappointed..this was my first order from their website

My 2 order worth rs 1300 hasn't been shipped yet . i tried to contact them but no one is replying and receiving calls . it more that than 20 days since I placed my order

it's been 2 months since then. I haven't received my order. It's 21 Nov. 2021 and it's showing RTO declares. Customer Care is not receiving call and I am getting no answer from the website. My order ID is #5111660. Give me my refund.

I ordered 3 for 999 flats from Streetstylestore 's website on 12/11/2021 for Rs. 1049 (including GST). Payment was made through CCAvenue. My order was shipped on 15/11/2021 by Xpressbess with AWD no. [protected] and they attempted to deliver it to me on 18/11/2021 but I refused to accept the parcel as this company has no return policy. The parcel was declared RTO by the shipping company but this fake website Streetstylestore hasn't refunded my money yet, neither they've sent any email of message regarding the same. They've cheated on me with their fraud policies. Also they never reply to my Instagram dms & emails. I want help as soon as possible as it was hard earned money from my parents & I don't want to loose it to any of these fake ### websites. Please please help me.

It's been 21 days and my order hasn't been even dispatched . I already made the payment . Very bad delivery service, zero ratings to you sss. I don't even know if you will deliver my order or not. And now that sweater which I ordered is not even in the stock and it is not even opening in my order section Refund my money back if you're not able to deliver.

I ordered a hoodie and it's been 21 days still not even dispatched ..I already made the payment I want my order as soon as possible as everytime I complaint they respond by sorry for delay in delivery 😑

So i odered on 15th september and today exact aftrr 2 months when i tracked my oder it shows oder has declared RTO, Can i please know about my refund process or the procedure to get back the refund .i have registered complain 7 times but no call back i got from them ....

I made an order (AWB no: 5241481 )on 15/10/2021 for products worth ₹1923 they said their estimated delivery time was 3-21 days which is really weird since they are based in India itself but still I waited for 21 days but my order wasn’t even dispatched yet so I mailed them several times raising this issue but always received a very automated response with no solution at all . I tried calling their customer care number but could never get through to them . I have shopped from many sites both national and international but have never seen a company act this irresponsibly and unprofessionally toward their customer. I mean customers should be their no one priority right since we are the ones paying for your service . I found this website very very sketchy since it’s been ALMOST a month and the products aren’t even dispatched like if you don’t have it in stock put up a sign that says out of stock until you’ve restocked it. You have a great collection of clothes but this behaviour towards customers will lead you nowhere.

When will I recieve the order? Atleast give a tentative date. The order shows it has not been dispatched yet. How long will it take? I have already paid the amount!

I have ordered 3 products on 26th of October, still now I didn't got any of the products and also the order status is yet showing preparation in progress.. it's really urgent for me..please revert to this!!

Guys I had ordered 6 clothes from your website. My order no is 5263879 Still haven't received 3 of my purchase also the status has not been updated other than the payment being confirmed. This is highly not acceptable as I trusted this is a good brand. Atleast let me know the expected delivery date or whether it has been shipped. Please look into my matter for my future experience.

Please note this is a Fraud Website https://streetstylestore.com/, and to Fool people they are depicting themselves as geniune website and posting that other websites are fake, but actually this is a double game, We had lost 2000 Rupees in our first purchase from this store, they promise you delivery but it will never happen, Kindly note this site is nothing but some beneficiary sitting in a coffee shop and waiting for you to credit money in to his account for free and he can settle his bills at the coffee shop or likewise ; consumer protection or Cybercells in India havent taken any action against such open frauds, instead they are always putting the burden on the consumer to beware of fraudlent, however its their duty to nab the offenders and in such a high tech era, cybercell should be geared with necessary tools to reach up to them and arrest them within matter of hours.https://streetstylestore.com/

I have ordered 2 clothes from sss for 1000rs, I have paid the money via gpay the money is debited from my account but the order is confirmed. I did not receive any confirmation emails or messages from sss. In my orders sections it says that no order is found and I can still see the items in my cart. I need street style store to either confirm my order or refund. I hope they do the needful in time

I have paid for my order. Money has been deducted and recieved mail too but the app is not showing the order. This is frustrating. Please resolve it ASAP!!

I ordered some tops in 5th of November and it's not dispatched yet. It's in under process yet.
