I've ordered clothes. Its almost been 25 days. Still my clothes are preparation in progress. U ordered coz I wanted to wear it on my birthday! Its in 5 days. I've emailed many times nobody is responding....

Its been 1.5 months since i placed my order and paid ₹900. This page is a complete fraud . No message, nothing after placing the order . In details it shows there is a shortage it will be dispatched sonn but nothin happens . I've writing complaints to their mail for a long time but nothing advanced happened. They dont even have a number, they just have a toll free customer care number where their executive never attend the call. The money paid here is the money wasted . Dont ever go for it. That to after some time after i placed the order, the product i ordered and the one which was shown as what i ordered was completely different. FRAUDS. FRAUDS

I had ordered in August, order Id # 4930235 and received my products few days back. One of them wasn't in my size and also damaged, I requested an exchange but since my size wasn't available they issued a credit note.
But whenever I try using my credit note it shows already used during check out. But then again my account shows that my credit note is available. Why is there this problem? I want to use my credit note. Please resolve

I placed an order on street style store on 10th August 2021. And i made the whole payment online. They say that it takes 3-21 days for the order to be dispatched. I tried calling the number they provided online but i got no response. Also I mailed them several times they replied to few of my mails saying the order is still in process. It’s been more than 1.5 months and my order has not even generated for delivery. I really need my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Hello.
I ordered few clothing items from streetstylestore on 4th of September. And now it is 23rd of September. The order took literally 19 days to even get to "out for delivery".
AWB: [protected]

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER after I got the message saying "out for delivery".
Within an hour, I again received messages from both streetstylestore and from delivery partner which is xpressbees.. saying my order is "delivered"!
Where is my order ? I didn't receive any ! No delivery executive contacted me. Nothing is delivered. Xpressbees is not responding to my complaints and neither is streetstylestore.
What sort of customer service is this ?
Moreover, this was a pre paid order !
Where is my order and where is the money I paid for it ???

I submitted an exchange request on 7 of sep and the order has been picked up from my house on 8th sep and reached to sss office on 13 sep it's now already been 14 days still my there is no information regarding where is my order I have been asking to sss since 14 days but whenever I try to call all the customer care executive seems busy and their is not a single response on my call mails complaints I'm very disappointed by their service I want my order to get delivered as soon as possible. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
