This is to inform you that we issued you the credit voucher for order #3145806 on 10/01/2020 and the validity of the voucher is for 1 year and after that, the voucher got exired. We regenerated the voucher for the last time valid till December 2021. Kindly use the voucher before December 2021.

I want to return two tops and keep pink one because I didn't like the material of these two top plzzzzzzzzzzzz arrange the pickup for return of green and red top. They are saying they don't return OK then just give me vouncher or exchange the tops with different top of my choice please please please please please help me. I had ordered in August, order Id # 4930235 and received my products few days back. One of them wasn't in my size and also damaged, I requested an exchange but since my size wasn't available they issued a credit note.
But whenever I try using my credit note it shows already used during check out. But then again my account shows that my credit note is available. Why is there this problem? I want to use my credit note. Please resolve

I placed an order on street style store on 10th August 2021. And i made the whole payment online. They say that it takes 3-21 days for the order to be dispatched. I tried calling the number they provided online but i got no response. Also I mailed them several times they replied to few of my mails saying the order is still in process. It’s been more than 1.5 months and my order has not even generated for delivery. I really need my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Hello.
I ordered few clothing items from streetstylestore on 4th of September. And now it is 23rd of September. The order took literally 19 days to even get to "out for delivery".
AWB: [protected]

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER after I got the message saying "out for delivery".
Within an hour, I again received messages from both streetstylestore and from delivery partner which is xpressbees.. saying my order is "delivered"!
Where is my order ? I didn't receive any ! No delivery executive contacted me. Nothing is delivered. Xpressbees is not responding to my complaints and neither is streetstylestore.
What sort of customer service is this ?
Moreover, this was a pre paid order !
Where is my order and where is the money I paid for it ???

I submitted an exchange request on 7 of sep and the order has been picked up from my house on 8th sep and reached to sss office on 13 sep it's now already been 14 days still my there is no information regarding where is my order I have been asking to sss since 14 days but whenever I try to call all the customer care executive seems busy and their is not a single response on my call mails complaints I'm very disappointed by their service I want my order to get delivered as soon as possible. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

When i use that voucher it was disabled.
