It's been more than a month since I had placed my order for a shirt and a jumpsuit. Total amount 1698. I have no information regarding my delivery. I tried to contact many times but there is no response.

    Product is not yet delivered. I had ordered another product (two 3 for 799 combos) simultaneously but then got only one combo set
    If I go to my orders section it shows Verify PRD
    I don't know what the hell.that means and I tried to raise a query 6 times and yet no one has responded yet nor I got any mails from them
    I downloaded the invoice and checked and there was no tracking number at all.. it says N/A!
    I even tried calling them but then it says all the customer executives are busy at the moment
    Like what the hell? Is this how they treat the customers? I cannot reach them by any means hence I'm here complaining
    And moreover they have my money too!

      I had placed my order on 24th July, 2021. And my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. It has been 51 days. I have raised several queries through the option mentioned on the website, tried contacting the customer care umpteen times but haven’t received a single response.
      There is no reply via any source. I am extremely disappointed with this indifferent and utterly lax grievance redress all mechanism.
      Please, either deliver my order or refund my money, otherwise I will be taking this issue to the consumer forum.

        I tried to place order on 14 September 11:43 I choose the Paytm option for the payment the portal took me to the cc Avenue for the payment the payment has been done and the money is also deducted for my account the payment has been done but the order is not confirmed also the on the site there is order is showing ..iam so worried plz do something my order id #[protected]

          I ordered 3 tops for ₹799 under 3 for ₹799 clothing. I made the payment on saturday 11 sep 2021. But my order is not generated. I tried calling the customer support but they are not answering my call and neither any response from the complaint i registered through the toll free number. Please generate my order or else refund my money asap.

            Please do not buy anything from STREET STYLE STORE.Even though many Instagram influencers and you tubers are raving about it just don’t trust them.They are being paid for promoting it.In my case, it’s been a month and still there is no tracking update and btw mine is a prepaid order.They don’t even bother to reply on Instagram or e mail and calling them is again of no use.I’ll keep you guys updated if I ever get my order.

              After successful payment of my order it showed pay 145 more for convenience fee as increase for covid. Then I pay.                       I am trying to call Street style store customer care since 3 days but no answer on the number. I had brought 3 pair of sandals of which I want to return 1 pair because my toes are going out in the sandals because thr v shape pattern. I tried raising multiple tickets but getting a standard reply. My money would be wasted if this pair doesn't get exchanged. I would request to change the pattern for me because of my toes shape.

                      I am not receiving any update from the team. Really upset with the service. Been a frequent online buyer but haven't faced issue like this where I don't get reply or don't get a resolution. I would request consumer complaint team to provide some resolution for the same.

                          Where is my order? I have been trying to contact you since 5 days and there has been no response. I have tried to call, messages on instagram, raised a query and waited way more than 48 hours. But there has been no response. All the reponse i got was an automated "scheduled the call with our executive" and no one has called me. Call me immediately with the contact information i have provided. If there was any delay in the delivery i should have been informed. I feel like trusting you was a huge mistake. I have spend such a huge a amount of money and have got nothing but disappointment. It has been 30 days since i placed the order and your executives are always busy. If you are under-staffed and were unable to meet our product demands, you should have never took the order in the first place. No promising delivery dispatch, no consideration of the customer's problems, no refund policies, no early replies. Please try to understand the problems and queries the customer is facing due to your irresponsible behaviour. Call me immediately!

                            In the month of July- I ordered a combo of 3 tops of 799 out of which, I kept 2, & 1 wad exchanged for a smaller size. Then the Smaller size was also not fitting hence I asked the customer support executive to do something about it. He said “ as a one time exception I’m creating a refund on return” in the next few days that item got picked up it was a black buttoned top. Till date I have not received the refunds. Please help. Their customer care number says all employees are busy & no one picking from the last 1 month.

                                  I have raised multiple queries on their app, and haven't received any responses.

                                      I have made the payment but my order was not generated so I made another payment and for that I got the order generated.
