Where is my order? I have been trying to contact you since 5 days and there has been no response. I have tried to call, messages on instagram, raised a query and waited way more than 48 hours. But there has been no response. All the reponse i got was an automated "scheduled the call with our executive" and no one has called me. Call me immediately with the contact information i have provided. If there was any delay in the delivery i should have been informed. I feel like trusting you was a huge mistake. I have spend such a huge a amount of money and have got nothing but disappointment. It has been 30 days since i placed the order and your executives are always busy. If you are under-staffed and were unable to meet our product demands, you should have never took the order in the first place. No promising delivery dispatch, no consideration of the customer's problems, no refund policies, no early replies. Please try to understand the problems and queries the customer is facing due to your irresponsible behaviour. Call me immediately!
