Order ID 5017134 . My email id is [protected]@gmail.com . The product showed in picture vs in reality were totally different and even the quality of product was also not as per my expectations please help me I have submitted multiple queries and called customer care number like 50+ time still there is no response . I am so frustrated please help me out .I know there is no policy of refund but I am only asking for return with vouncher simple that's what they mentioned on site and I am okay with it please help me out my query no is 1081995

I have raised multiple queries on their app, and haven't received any responses.

An order ( oder no - #[protected] that I had placed on 1 / 08 / 2021 at 15.07 pm on the STREET STYLE STORE has still not arrived.
This order is taking too long to be delivered as I have already paid for this order through debit card and things are now causing a worry. No proper mails with information from their side arrives on time, no matter how many mails I write to them they never reply with proper information. It’s been more than a month now that I have order this and still now the same status of the order is been showen. Please look into the matter ASAP. I have written to them in their Instagram dms but they neither check nor reply to them. If they cannot deliver the products then they have to refund me anyhow! I want a refund if they cannot give me the products, how long should I wait like this with no replies and no improvement of my product’s status?!
Please look into this matter.

I have placed an order through a credit voucher given to me against an white hoodie return. I placed my sneakers order on 27/07/21 it's been 2 months now a days they were showing that 'preparation in progress' from 2 months but suddenly today morning I got a mail saying as you've requested we cancelled your order.
I didn't I raised a query that why my order hasn't been shipped yet cuz it's so long now.
I have paid 499 for the hoodie
And you have given the credit voucher and I've to additional 200 for the sneaker
Now you guys don't even pick up my call
This is so sick of you.
