They never stick on to their own policy of 3-21 days. I placed the order #241435 on 12/08/2015.It has been 4 months now and still I haven't received the product. Have mailed them several times and tried calling them but no response as usual.
After seeing so may complaints in this forum I believe this website has to be banned or legal action should be taken before they continue to cheat people.
At least they need to have the basic ethics of refunding the money if they are unable to deliver the product.

My order Number is #316621. I have palced the order on 18 Oct 2015. But Still the product is not delivered. Also the tracking number in the details of the product says. Air waybill not found, please recheck". Kindly help me in getting my money back. Thanks, Suma

I ordered a combo of three shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 2-Oct-2015, from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (see attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com I asked them about my product and same day i got a mail that materil is not available its under production from last 2 month. I want to ban this site in india as its compley froad. We are trying on the no which is available on site but no one is picking the call on that no. Kindly do the needful. I have place a order on 30th October 2015 and my order number is #331322 which they claim to process within 3- 21 days. But it has been more than 21 days that I have not received my order and not received any update regarding my order from them, neither their helpline number is reachable nor they are sharing any proper tracking details. They give a Ecom express courier details, I call to the courier company for the track my order, they said please verify your tracking number with your seller. it is a fraud site please never buy from this site. and please take some legal action for the same.

I had ordered a product on 14/10/2015.I still haven't received the product.I sent many mails to their help desk but got no response.There is no tracking information also attached to the order.They claim that product will reach you in 3-21 days.But it has been more than a month now.No response from their side.such sites should be banned and be refrained from buying.This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

SSS has taken money off my card almost 45 days ago but I haven't received my products. Neither do they have a contact number, nor do they respond to my emails even after several responses. I ordered shoes paying through debit card..till now it hasnt been dispatched nor they refunded amount after putting an email to them to cancel the order..Useless customer care number which doesnt connect at all.have send lot of emails but no rly at all..such a fraud website..i need my money back ..

I placed my order on 6th Oct 205 till date it is not dispatched. I made so many complaints receive always customer number shows line busy and receive very few reply through mails from "[protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com" by some guy named Pradeep and through facebook by Sagar Received a reply with fraud promise of dispatch and fraud waybill number whose link does not work.[ #300575 (VTRQJVBFQ) ] when check on there ECom express website showed some old delivery details. this company is fraud not return money and there is no option to cancel the order even. Please take some legal action against this company, I want my money 999/- back

I have made an online payment of Rs. 1798 for 2 products on 27th September, 2015 at the STREET STYLE STORE web portal but did not receive the products till now. Despite of regular complaints through emails. Nobody is listening to the matter.

The order number and date when the order was placed is OVUKQMLUG placed on 09/25/2015 19:54:03. However i haven’t received my order even after a time lapse of over a month. I made an online payment for an amount of Rs. 2097/-. Inspite of rigorous follow-up through email and telephonic communication there hasn’t been a positive response. Other customers have faced similar issues with the merchant site as per the website reviews read by you.

I have ordered sling bag on 14/10/2015 and i have done online payment of Rs 899 but till date i have not received my order. Whenever i call on their helpline number they don't answer my calls and even they are not bothered to reply on mails.

I placed my order worth INR 3, 596 on Oct 7, 2015 and have still not received the package. Hi Team, This site seem like a fraudelent site. I had ordered an item yesterday, The ordered item doesnt show in the order history, The amount is paid through prepaid. Ticket was created when enquired through mail stating ticket would be resolved within 24 hours, no response even after replying to the mail. I have asked to cancel the order. Hi, I placed an order with Street Style Store on 26 September 2015. Till now I have not received the products even though I have paid them Rs. 899. Their customer care helpline never responds to the calls. Over email, they told me that since they are a startup, they are struggling to get work done. Please see below content taken from their email where they say this. I had asked them for an ETA, instead I got asked to wait more. "To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon. Your details have already been forwarded to the concerned department. on a priority basis and will be dispatched very soon. We assure you that our products are worthy to wait and your cooperation and patience will be appreciated."

This is to inform you that my order no. #[protected]-850752 for INR 699 has not been delivered yet. It was ordered on 29 September 2015.I have also been calling and the phone has always been busy. I want it to be delivered as soon as possible or the order be cancelled and the money be returned. It was to be delivered at SRM University, Kattankulathur, Chennai on the name of Arghyaa Srivastava.

I had ordered 3 pair of flats from Street style store over a month ago with online payment. I am yet to receive order from them, the site shows delivered. There is no reply from customer care and contact no is always engaged. Its a complete waste of money.
