I ordered 3flats worth 999/- from SSS on[protected] but till today[protected] products are not delivered and no information regarding it. No reply for my mails also.Its highly fraud site. I checked on Fedex courier using my order reference number but its showing invalid number. shame on you SSS guys. This site must be blocked, otherwise this people will cheat people like anything.

I returned 3 pair of flats that I ordered from this site at rs. 999 with additional delivery charge of rs. 150. but after returning the product I havent recieved any mail nor they are attending my call. The roduct has not been exchanged and neither the money is returned. And they are not responding to mails. I will strictly criticize this website and its pathetic management and high irresponsibilty towards the buyer. Guys this is not a trustworthy website and these people are providing the contact details that are no reachable. I will take further strict actions and will go to consumer court.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website. I did not like the order and raised the request for return of the order. The return pick up of the product has already been done but I have not got the product in exchange. I made the payment through debit card. I have sent them several mails regarding this but I have not got any response from their side. They are also not answering the call. This is very disappointing . Please help me with this problem

I order for a combo pack of 3 flats at 999 and it was delivered to me by 2nd oct but i was not satisfied with the items so i returned it back and odered for other item as the money was not refunded and it said that it will be delivered within 3-21days but its been more than the given time but till now i ddnt get anything... is this a site where people can trust and order things or a site where only money is taken but delivery are never made.

They never stick on to their own policy of 3-21 days. I placed the order #241435 on 12/08/2015.It has been 4 months now and still I haven't received the product. Have mailed them several times and tried calling them but no response as usual.
After seeing so may complaints in this forum I believe this website has to be banned or legal action should be taken before they continue to cheat people.
At least they need to have the basic ethics of refunding the money if they are unable to deliver the product.

My order Number is #316621. I have palced the order on 18 Oct 2015. But Still the product is not delivered. Also the tracking number in the details of the product says. Air waybill not found, please recheck". Kindly help me in getting my money back. Thanks, Suma

No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (see attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. I have place a order on 30th October 2015 and my order number is #331322 which they claim to process within 3- 21 days. But it has been more than 21 days that I have not received my order and not received any update regarding my order from them, neither their helpline number is reachable nor they are sharing any proper tracking details. They give a Ecom express courier details, I call to the courier company for the track my order, they said please verify your tracking number with your seller. it is a fraud site please never buy from this site. and please take some legal action for the same.

Hello, Me & my friend have ordered 2 pairs of shoes worth Rs.1198 on 12th Nov'15. We have made an online payment for the same. Order No.#350130 Please confirm by when will we receive the same? Can you share the tracking details, since it isn't updated on your website. The negative reviews we've read on social media seem like we've been cheated. Would appreciate a response from you. I had ordered a product on 14/10/2015.I still haven't received the product.I sent many mails to their help desk but got no response.There is no tracking information also attached to the order.They claim that product will reach you in 3-21 days.But it has been more than a month now.No response from their side.such sites should be banned and be refrained from buying.This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

SSS has taken money off my card almost 45 days ago but I haven't received my products. Neither do they have a contact number, nor do they respond to my emails even after several responses. My money is stuck and I have no clue what to do. I ordered shoes paying through debit card..till now it hasnt been dispatched nor they refunded amount after putting an email to them to cancel the order..Useless customer care number which doesnt connect at all.have send lot of emails but no rly at all..such a fraud website..i need my money back ..

I placed my order on 6th Oct 205 till date it is not dispatched. I made so many complaints receive always customer number shows line busy and receive very few reply through mails from "[protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com" by some guy named Pradeep and through facebook by Sagar Received a reply with fraud promise of dispatch and fraud waybill number whose link does not work.[ #300575 (VTRQJVBFQ) ] when check on there ECom express website showed some old delivery details. this company is fraud not return money and there is no option to cancel the order even. Please take some legal action against this company, I want my money 999/- back

I have made an online payment of Rs. 1798 for 2 products on 27th September, 2015 at the STREET STYLE STORE web portal but did not receive the products till now. Despite of regular complaints through emails. Nobody is listening to the matter.

Complaint Against: STREET STYLE STORE Industry : Consumer Services Nature : Online Shopping Description : I had ordered 3 pair of shoes through Street Style Store which i wished to gift my sister on her first work anniversary. The order number and date when the order was placed is OVUKQMLUG placed on 09/25/2015 19:54:03. However i haven’t received my order even after a time lapse of over a month. I made an online payment for an amount of Rs. 2097/-. Inspite of rigorous follow-up through email and telephonic communication there hasn’t been a positive response. Other customers have faced similar issues with the merchant site as per the website reviews read by you.

I have ordered sling bag on 14/10/2015 and i have done online payment of Rs 899 but till date i have not received my order. Whenever i call on their helpline number they don't answer my calls and even they are not bothered to reply on mails.

I placed my order worth INR 3, 596 on Oct 7, 2015 and have still not received the package. Despite numerous attempt to trying to reach their customer care executives, there isnt one single reply from them either for my mails or my calls. I am dejected waiting for the order, it's better they refund my purchase and keep the products to themselves.

Hi Team, This site seem like a fraudelent site. I had ordered an item yesterday, The ordered item doesnt show in the order history, The amount is paid through prepaid. Ticket was created when enquired through mail stating ticket would be resolved within 24 hours, no response even after replying to the mail. I have asked to cancel the order. They have a forum, wherein i saw others are facing the same issue. (screenshot attached) Please take an action.
