Hello, I had ordered a total of three(3) shoes from Streetstylestore.com on 09/19/2015 using my Rupay Debit card. Since then I haven't heard a single word from them. I really would like to get Refunded if item cannot delivered, if possible. I would be very thankful if you could help me with my queries. Thank you

Hi, I placed an order with Street Style Store on 26 September 2015. Till now I have not received the products even though I have paid them Rs. 899. Their customer care helpline never responds to the calls. Over email, they told me that since they are a startup, they are struggling to get work done. Please see below content taken from their email where they say this. I had asked them for an ETA, instead I got asked to wait more. "To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon. Your details have already been forwarded to the concerned department. on a priority basis and will be dispatched very soon. We assure you that our products are worthy to wait and your cooperation and patience will be appreciated."

This is to inform you that my order no. #[protected]-850752 for INR 699 has not been delivered yet. It was ordered on 29 September 2015.I have also been calling and the phone has always been busy. I want it to be delivered as soon as possible or the order be cancelled and the money be returned. It was to be delivered at SRM University, Kattankulathur, Chennai on the name of Arghyaa Srivastava.

I had ordered 3 pair of flats from Street style store over a month ago with online payment. I am yet to receive order from them, the site shows delivered. There is no reply from customer care and contact no is always engaged. Its a complete waste of money.

Idn y sss is doing like this I ordered only product from u but u send me two product same and ya I didn't fit that product actually I want xs size now and please exchange my product now and ya another product which you send me by forcing I am not accepting that okay actually I already paid for that but I ordered only one product and its amount was 499 rs but when I got my product that time I have to paid 1050 well I am shocked about that and I am not blaming to the delivery man he is doing his jobs so that's g I paid him but now please return my money back okay Because I don't ordered that product then y I have to pay for that so please don't fool us

I ordered a dress 11 oct 2015 i am yet to receive it and on top of that no one is answering the call neither they are replying my mails. i have already made a payment. if i would have checked their reviews earlier i would have never ordered anything from this site.

This is the most untrustworthy site ever. I had ordered a pair of shows online on 06th oct 2015 and still waiting for the order to be delivered. I have been mailing their helpdesk since 19th oct and have got a revert of only one mail which also states that it will take 21 days for the order to deliver.

First of all there is no communication about the order and then if we try calling their helpdesk number it is always busy. I doubt if its a right site to order from also. Highly disappointed.

Hi, I had placed an order of 3 footwear on 21 september which were delivered to me on time. But the fitting was not good and I was disappointed with the material. I made a change request on 5 October and the guy from gojavas came and collected the shoes on 7 October . Now I am here calling to your given number and I am getting no reply no answer. Is this the way to treat your customers? At least give a response. We put our faith in you and this is what we get? This is not at all acceptable. Kindly reply soon telling me what I need to do to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the said website, details of the same are as under. Product name: Motorcycle ankle boots-black Order no: 327871 Order reference: TJKHZTAFJ The shoe quality was highly substandard. I wish to return the same but the website says it shall not provide a refund, and I am to keep the product I ordered. Please help in the matter asap. Thank you.

After lodging complain over here i got a call for processing refund of my order [protected]-772407 from[protected]. concerned person gave employee id: ra852130- stating calling from high authority Bangalore. Now i am sure they all are fraud.

This is a pathetic site I have ever experienced. My order no #306546, I ordered a dress on 10th Oct., 2015 and also did the payment online. But till now I have not received my order. This is very annoying. How can it take so long to deliver it? And even if it is taking time, its their responsibility to give updates about it. There are multiples of calls and emails unanswered. So request you to return my money or deliver the product ASAP. Strange!! After so many complaints against this site, no strict action has been taken. Please take this issue seriously and take some action on it.

I placed order in September and they took my money. Order no WSQUJFKPD. They do not respond to mails or call back. Many people have similar complaints. Please take action. I want my money back asap. I paid Rs. 5000 through netbanking. It js a fraud company. Please help asap.

I am highly unhappy with the services of SSS products and there delivery service. Despite repeated reminders for delivering of my shoes on time, SSS has failed to deliver the shoes. One pair has been delivered after 1month while the other pair I have got no clue when it shall reach me. Want to return the pair which has been delivered and the courier person has not been able to trace the flat from where the return package needs to be picked up for the past 4 days. The product quality is far different from the displayed product on the site. There number is never contatable and always busy. When tried reaching out on there email id I havebeen assured that the other shoe shall be disptached soon but it has still not been dispatched. Request the company to take back the shoe which they have delivered and return my money.

I am totally unhappy with your services. Its almost 25 days i placed an order for boots. In spite of repeated mails and calls NO responses.
What the cheating business you are doing here. By displaying tempting products with cheating mentality u cant stick in market for long time.
First learn to give attention for employee query.
I have already paid for my product kindly assist how can i cancel this order.

I placed an order on 30th august 2015. According to their time they take 21 days max for the order to be shipped. But till now there has been no update regarding same. Payment has already been done in advance and they do not even reply back on customer helpline. This issue has already been faced by many people and they are still not addressing it. I myself have tried to contact them no their email id facebook calls but no reply. I have paid huge sum of money and want my order to be received or they can even return my money but they did not even reply to it.

This is the worst site ever. i had given order of shoes, it came to me after 3 months when i actually forgot. Also it was so bad in quality that i had to return it. i followed every step of return policy and send them back the shoes at my cost. They have accepted the return however not acknowledging it. I am tired of writing mails to them. plus i had ordered one dress to adjust my credit note. Neither did i receive any credit nor any update on dress which has taken more than 40 days and not yet delivered. I dont understand what these people are upto. very unprofessional approach and poor customer centric skills. You should close down your office immeditely

I have place a order on 11th Sept 2015 which they claim to process within 21 days. But it has been more than 1.5 months that I have not received any update regarding my order from them, neither their helpline number is reachable (always busy) nor they are sharing any tracking details. I have dropped dozen mails requesting update, continuously I get the same reply that items you ordered are in demand.
