Hi, I have placed an order at Street style store and the product is not of good quality so I returned them back. Once on return they have issued me a voucher of 1099 and when I tried to apply it and order some other products its say invaild voucher applied. I have written almost 25 emails to costumer care and I haven't received response for 1 email even.

I placed an order on 4th october 2015. According to their time they take 21 days max for the order to be shipped. But till now there has been no update regarding same. Payment has already been done in advance and they do not even reply back on customer helpline. This issue has already been faced by many people and they are still not addressing it. I myself have tried to contact them no their email id facebook calls but no reply. I have paid huge sum of money and want my order to be received or they can even return my money but they did not even reply to it.

I placed my order on 4/10/15 and still have not received my order. The customer service sucks, they take a week to answer your mails and the number provided to contact them is almost always busy. I have already paid Rs 6, 393 and mentioned that I need the order at the earliest as I will be leaving the town and won't be collect them latter and still they are not being helpful at all.

I have purchased the item form a website (http://streetstylestore.com) with Order No.272981. as per below mentioned details, Item sipped but unfortunately it was unfit for me so i have raise the request for change. After approval the request for change it was scheduled for pickup through Gojavas Courier & it was picked by Gojavas team on dated 06/10/2015. Now 14 days completed after that we are not able get any update for the same, Still the status is showing pending for pickup in your portal (Screen shot attached) Here i am attached the pickup slip for Gojavas team with Request no. 460309 dated on 06.10.2015.. Let me know the status for replacement of my product. I am trying to contact there given customer care no. but there is no response. I am going to fed up form there services.

I ordered a boots on 30th sept from streetstylestore.com at rs 999 which i paid through HDFC credit card under order no 292387 and mail id ekta.[protected]@gmail.com. but till now I havent received my order. Those people are not receiveing my calls and not even responding to my mails. This is a fraud company.Its address is treet Style Store, 206-Bhagwati Sadan Building, Plot No 8, BH Block Market, Near Nainital Bank, Shalimar Bagh Delhi - 110088, India. and phn no given is[protected]. They are not responding at all. I want total refund of my money and only Indian Govt can help. Please help to get the refund and ban these fraud companies. Received a call from a guy AMOGH who insisted I give personal details for my debit card to get the amount refunded. After much refusal I insisted the transfer be done through other means to which I was met with vuglar sexual comments that was highly unprofessional & unethical. If this guy is not peanlised there are going to be serious consequences

I placed an order with Street Style Store with ref#265203 on the 09/8/2015, paid for it with internet banking and I am still waiting for it! When i started to get a bit impatient I sent them an email on Sep 22 enquiring about my order to which they replied that the site takes the time period of 3-21 days for the delivery. I still decided to wait. Its October now, a month and 12 days and counting and I still do not know of the whereabouts of my order. I just hope to receive my order ASAP.

I had ordered 2 dresses on 12th of September, 2015. As per policy, same should have been delivered in 3-21days. I contacted help-desk for early delivery of dresses and was assured by them that the same will be done. However, I have not received the dress or refund till date nor I am getting any response from them.

Hi, I had bought two products (salwaar kameez and a dress) from streetstylestore.com on September 27, 2015 and made advance payment of Rs2958. After placing my order a colleague of mine told me that this is a fake ebsite and seldom the products are delivered by these. I immediately messaged on streestylestore.com's facebook page as their contact number was not available, I received a message back the next day asking for sometime . Its been almost 20days that this boy akshay (who messaged on facebook on behalf of streetstylestore.com) are not responding to my messages on fb. I dont know, how to reach them. I have ordered a shoe from street style store. (order no: 306725, Order Reference NSPKPHUYS) on 10th october 2015 and made payment online. The payment invoice was generated but Till date i haven't received any notification regarding delivery or packing of my order. There phone always remains busy and no reply for emails. People its written on the sebsite that product delivery is at ur own risk..thanks for ur complaints which made alot of customer aware about dis major problems..won't go for product purchase on dis website, n for refund u ppl hav d address of the company..giv a visit so dat no other customer gets effected..and even file a complaint each of dem in consumer forum so dat dis website gets closed and strict action is taken..
