So this is the Second time am posting since I've got no response from this pages. Am surprised that they choose easy ones to reply & not every customer. They have no sense of responsibility. It's my first time shopping with SSS how will I know proper procedure as much as they know. I was told to select a random product and get it approved for exchange & they will proceed with the exchange but now they are saying this & that excuses.

Ordered 3 flats on 999 for my fren's birthday on 8th June got delivered on 7th July. The pics in the website are totally fake & copies were delivered. I was so disappointed & tried calling the customer number which never get connected. & Raised alot of complaints but just automated replies visit the store next day & I was fortunate I got a customer representative to chat for my issues. But misleading and 3 flats were picked & only 1 pair is approved for refund. I meant what about the 2 pairs which was updated received ( giving fake excuses that they disposed the flats) Wow never heard of any hilarious excuses than that... Customer representative are terrible & sti continuing. I've returned the 3 flats so I need my refund. Why are you guys so inhumane & cruel.
You get hundreds of orders but it was my long awaited year gift. Which was messed up:(

          I know your customer service is poor but wasn't aware of your math. The amount that has been issued in the form of credit voucher is Rs. 571 however, it should be Rs. 650. Humble request to please rectify this error asap. Also, it is your responsibility to check the comment made on the complainant that is still not resolved. Because of your negligence, I end up filing a new complaint, which was never the intention.

            Subject- complaining about refund money.

            Respected, my name is pandit aayushree and I would state that I bought a pair of shoes from your street style store company on 10/7/2021. The total billing amount paid was 623/- . I made payment for the purchase via cash.
            I have to say that if I don't get my money back in the next week I will be taking action and I have the letter that says you will pay by the end of last month. I hope that you will do this as am sure you don't want the hassle any more than I do. I look forward to hearing back from you.

                  Hello, you people are honestly don't care about your CUSTOMERs. This is the extremely poor service that I have ever received from any online store. Could you please check and ensure that CUSTOMERs calls are getting answered? Most importantly you were supposed to issue me a credit voucher on the 10th of this month. This is due to the cheapest ### that you sent me in the form of so called kitten heels. Someone contacted me when I lodged a complaint and told me that you would do it when the product will be returned. I updated you guys however still waiting for it. Can you do it ASAP? I have been chasing you guys consistently but no one even responds. Throw your phones!

                    I have no idea the brand had such a bad reputation and is still maintaining the same level. Don't you guys plan to grow. Stop the discount advertising fake pics & giving copy products.
                    Your customer service really need to get a humanity. Even a penny is a hard earn money. Do refund my money. I had gone through alot.
                    Order on 8th June received on 7th July. What more patience is there as we both based in Delhi. And the product turns out so fake.

                    And the customer representative refused to disclose name saying it's a personal information & kept repeating it's my mistake like a automated robot. When the products were all picked and no plans of any refund. I have never had a worst experience than this ever

                      1.When will I receive this order exchange product? As I am not able to see this order in my orders pls reply on this .

                      2. We have paid 1199 rupees for three tops . All three weren't fit my size so I tried exchanging the sizes for two tops sizes are available so I made size exchange for one top u credited 380 voucher that we have used rite now but didn't receive any information... And remaining two tops are not delivered yet. It's in my hometown only but not reached to me

                            How many times do I need to raise this issue? Do you guys ever listen or read these issues? Do you even care about your customers? I have been purchasing from you guys in the past and I know the quality of the products that you deliver. This is the first time when I am so disgust with the standard of quality that has been delivered with this product. These are pathetically awful. Such cheap quality. When I tried walking, I felt like the heels can break anytime. The fit is ugly. Honestly I would not prefer to wear them and be emabarassed or put the company's name into shame. I want my money back. I raised this twice issue with the company however no one even bother to contact me. I have been trying the customer care number but nobody responds, all you'll get a recorded voice stating that all their executives are busy currently. Not sure, what they doing as definitely not doing their job. I don't know what's wrong with them. I am highly disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service! Very disappointed!! Kindly issue the credit voucher as the pickup was done on the 10th.

                                    I ordered from SSS on 10th May 2021 now it is July 2nd and, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS because neither the delivery service called me to recieve nor did they respond my call. Its have been three, four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed you customer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.

                                    Let me know whether i will get the product or please make arrangements for the refund.

                                      The order came to the delivery person
                                      But when he called me the number which I gave was not working so I could not answer the phone.
                                      When I called the after 2 days they said the order got cancelled and returned.
