How many times do I need to raise this issue? Do you guys ever listen or read these issues? Do you even care about your customers? I have been purchasing from you guys in the past and I know the quality of the products that you deliver. This is the first time when I am so disgust with the standard of quality that has been delivered with this product. These are pathetically awful. Such cheap quality. When I tried walking, I felt like the heels can break anytime. The fit is ugly. Honestly I would not prefer to wear them and be emabarassed or put the company's name into shame. I want my money back. I raised this twice issue with the company however no one even bother to contact me. I have been trying the customer care number but nobody responds, all you'll get a recorded voice stating that all their executives are busy currently. Not sure, what they doing as definitely not doing their job. I don't know what's wrong with them. I am highly disappointed.

Updated by Wabi Honestly, I didn't want to do this however, I am not left with any other option as these guys not responding to calls. Extremely poor customer service! Very disappointed!! Kindly issue the credit voucher as the pickup was done on the 10th.
