Been 18days since the order, they have not provided me any tracking detail even though it says that the product is being FedEx I wrote to there only contact detail which is an email address [protected]@streetstylestore.com on 16th February 2015, but no response from their side.         I had ordered Motorcycle Ankle Boots-Brown Shoes Size 35 on 02/11/2015 my order no is 092857 which got delivered yesterday but the shoes do not have white color lase on it which was there on the shoes in the picture on the site when i had placed an ordered. I wanted just the same shoes for which i had placed the order. Please replace my shoes as soon as possible as i am in urgent need of them. The shoes varies alot from the actual picture on the site. kindly help me with the same.

            I did not know how bad this website is & hence ordered six pairs of shoes - of which only one were the correct size! I initiated the return of the other five pairs but only four were taken back. And now there is no word on when the exchanged shoes will be back. I have sent almost 8 to 10 emails to them but have not got any reply - except an automated response when I post a new email thread. THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE - THEY ARE NOT ORGANISED OR TRUSTWORTHY. But I will lose 4800 if I don't get the other four pairs exchanged.

              I have ordered two pair of foot wears from www.streetstylestore.com website on 19th January 2015 worth rs.999. More than 21 days are passed away but i didn't received my order till now. I have mailed them so many times but didn't received any reply from them. I have done prepaid payment. For COD(Cash On Delivery) payment they are delivering order within a week and are not delivering for prepaid payments. I guess this site is fake and taking advantage of customers. Also there is no number on their site so that i can contact them.

                I have ordered a set of footwear(order no.- 082130) on 19th january 2015 from this site(www.streetstylestore.com). I paid the amount initially but i have not received my order till now. Inspite of emailing them again and again there is no response form them and there is no phone number provided on which i can contact them. They are delivering the orders for COD payment within a week but are not delivering the orders of Prepaid payment. I think this site is fake and is taking advantage of the customers.

                  I had ordered two shoes from Street Style Store for 999/- on 29th January 2015.
                  Been 15days since the order, they have not provided me any tracking detail even though it says that the product is being FedEx (same city should not take more than 5days).
                  i wrote to there only contact detail which is an email address [protected]@streetstylestore.com on 8th February 2015, where they wrote
                  "Feb 8 at 9:53 PM
                  Dear Sakshi Gupta,

                  We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with Ticket ID - 12229.
                  A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours)."


                  Its 12 February 2015, 4 days later and even now there is no response and i see that this company has cheated a lot of people.

                  Please help stop such frauds.

                  I ordered a product with Order Reference CRTFPFRLU - placed on 09/22/2015 No tracking of it still given by these guys. and also they just don't pick up calls as well. No response of the mails also.

With other online shopping sites we get our products replaced for 3 times in this duration and here we havent even received once.

                    this is the worst website. i made online payment for the shoes i ordered, however, there is no status update. I tried reaching out by writing mails to them on the given email id which was never replied to. there is no number provided. Seems like a fraud set up to rob people of their money.

                      i ordered a pair of boots from street style store.. it took approximately a month to deliver n when i received them they were already in a very bad condition plus they varied a lot from the actual photo. i opted for cash on delivery option and the site said the shoes were for 850/- but the act bill made was 1000/- they took 1000/- from me for the worst shoes ever

I'm gonna open it in front of them and then pay and if the outcomes is like what everyone has been saying.. it's gonna suck.. I knew for such an amount it had to be too good to be true..

                          I had ordered from streetstylestore.com on 19.12.2014 & 20.12.2014 respectively. It's their policy to shop item in 3-21 days. Acc.to their policy, i didn't get any product till date. I've already paid Rs.1998 for two products. I've written mails to them regarding the same but getting excuses everytime i call them. They also aren't providing proper details. Everytime repesentative says Order will be shipped today or tommorrow ; with in 2 days & now says it's already delivered on 2jan, 4 jan, 7th jan or 9th jan how could they deliver products hundred times They 're showing us fake signs with no appropriate number, contact & time of a customer who has received my order they're fake people I WANT YOU TO TAKE STRICT ACTION ASAP AS THEY'RE FOOLING PEOPLE

                            I and my sister had ordered from streetstylestore.com on 19/12/2014 and 20/12/2014 respectively. We have already paid Rs 1998 (999each) against our orders and it is the policy of the company to deliver the order within 21 days but still we have not received anything. We have written certain mails to them and phoned them many timings but got excuses from their side. Every time the representative says that the company have already shipped the product. Please help us to refund our money as they have cheated us.

                                I placed an order on 8/12/2014 for a pair of shoes which i paid online. I received it on 19/12/2014. The shoes for too big for me so i mailed them to initiate an exchange. After sending repeated mails, they responded on 23/12/2014 saying they would initiate it and asked me to mail them the details. However, till now nothing has been done yet. They just send auto-genereated mails saying they would respond in 2 - 3 days. Moreover, they have no customer care number to contact them.

I placed the order on 12th of Dec but still didn't get the product and the company is not replying to my mails. Now Its been a almost a month neither they are updating the status nor their are sending my product. can any body can suggest me here how can i take my money back. Thanks

                                    I had placed an order for a boot at streetstylestore.com on December 9th 2014.My order number is #61896 (LIHKEUYZT Despite regular follow ups, got a mail after 10 days stating that my product will be shipped on priority. it's a month now and I've sent some 7 mails and 5 FB messages but still not received my product.. Every time I would write a mail or post on their FB page they would come back with s standard reply 'wait for 2-3 more days. Your product will be shipped on priority', but still wondering when will these 2-3 days get over? Very conveniently these guys were removing my posts from their Facebook page as they were written in a complaining tone!!! Never have come across such a pathetic online service. They don't even have a number mentioned in their website whrere they can be connected with. Also after my post on my facebook page about this ( tagging them obviously) they wrote to me saying someone from their side will call me up in 24 hour. It's been 48 hours now and yet haven't got to hear from them. I have made a payment online no getting the feeling of being cheated. Kindly help.

                                      I have ordered a combo flat worth Rs. 1099 on 19/11/2014, which I have already paid. However, I have not received any mail or text or call regarding my order. Just to keep you posted my product comprising of 'we had a moment flat, one of mine, & hint of rome' with the order number 153881//101118 which I must recieve before 30 days as per your norms. But since I haven`t got any updates from your company I take this as a fraud towards your customers. Please do the rightful needs as soon as piossible.

                                      I placed my order for 2for 999 offer On 10th July. But till date o didn't go t my products. I feel like cheated n fooled. Stupid of me to pay in advance since cod was not available for my pin code. Whenever o mail them they have a fix template which they copy paste to everyone I think.

                                      THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE site for SHOES. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

                                      SSS r u listening??? You are just a group of fraudsters. Who waste innocent people time and hard earned money.

                                      This there any way I can get my money back...? Please someone help.
