I ordered two pair of same boots on 27/11/2020 and I received then in the first week of December. But one of them was not fit so I requested for exchange and the product was picked up by the end of December and since then I have not received the exchange product till now. Today is 1st of march and I just can see the status on my profile that the exchange product has been received from the last 1.5 months but nothing about shipping of the product. I really liked street style store at first but now I am really disappointed with it because of the problem I faced. 3 months period is not small. Kindly provide me with explanation about this and I want my product.

      I have ordered boots on January 26, 2021 from street style store, and received it on 5th February, 2021, the size was small so I requested exchange, when the exchange of my order received on 13 February 2021, the size of one boot is smaller than the other, it is not even getting fit in my foot, I raised the query against it on the street style store app and In the mail Received in the answer of the query was saying that the replacement order has been successfully delivered and there is no second exchange as per the policy.. they have delivered the faulty product and now saying that there is no policy for second exchange.. like what is this going on.. you guys are making fool o[censored]s, please exchange my pair of boots or give me refund of my order.

      It's been 7 days of filing the complainant.. I recieved a call from SSS.. and they asked me for pickup request and said you pickup will be done in 4-5 working days..but till now I didn't got any call or any pickup from their side.

      It's been 10 days from the day I filed the complain for my faulty Boots recieved.. the said pickup will be done in 3-5 days but still no pickup I arrenged.. please arrange pickup and provide me my refund.

        I placed an order with Street Style Store on 11 feb 2021 at around 3:16pm for a Set of 2: Brace for Spring set. The order value was INR 524. The money got deducted from my credit card, however, I didn’t get confirmation on the order placed. The product still shows in my cart. There is no way to communicate with SSS.             It's really too late to delivery the product. How a product can be so long in preparation of progress? Since ever I ordered the product it's still in preparation. Its nearly 20 days for today that I have been ordered. There is no other information of dispatch rather than only preparation in progress.               It has been over a month since I ordered shoes for Rs. 1155. There has been no update from the company on this so far. Their helpline no is also useless as it repeats the same message. I tried emailing them amd also raised tickets on their site but no response. The gave a tracking no for xpressbees courier which i found ou was wrong. A complete fraud

                It has been over a month since I ordered 3 shoes for 1155 rs. It was prepaid. There is no response from the support team and no reply to my emails as well. The tracking no. given by them for xpressbees courier is also wrong. Strict action needs to be taken against such fraudulent companies

                                      I am not getting any information about my product.its been too long I had ordered them and still not receiving any kind of information and I had done online payment for them.so please cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        My order from streetstylestore.com was placed about a month ago of Rs 1887.
                                        I still haven’t received any update from their end. They aren’t even reverting to calls, mails, dms on social media. computerised call just says your order is on priority and the delivery date is being pushed each day. This is highly unacceptable. I want my order. order no. 3965450, order #[protected][protected]
                                        also my order doesn’t show my complete order that i had placed.
