With reference to my order dated 3684612 I am glad atleast I got some reply as I was mailing since a month but there was no reply from your end I want to know the exact status of my order is it even shipped or not. There they really just showing payment accepted and have given the tracking number of xpressbees but as I am trying to try to track my order there they show no data found. Order no 3684612I am been complaining here since last 3days but I think it's all in vain as I think this is a fraud kind of site taking customer money and not sending the orders they don't have any business ethics it's been now more than a month but still not received my order not even they care to reply to the customer they don't even have a proper customer care service no available to get in touch with .

I ordered a top from Streestylestore site on 21st October 2020. It has been over 26 days now and the order hasnt even been dispatched yet. I have already made the payment. I even raised multiple queries(as that is the only way to reach them) regarding my order delivery but received only fake automated responses. I would either like my money to be refunded or for the order to be delivered as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date.

The company Streetstylestore finally responded via consumercomplaints and refunded the money. They apologized for the inconvenience emailed me from a different email id ([email protected]) asking for bank details namely Account name, Bank name, Branch name, Account number and IFSC code. As this seemed authentic, I provided all those details and received my refund on the same day.

Hi, This is Rajasree Chowdhury and my order number is 3665539. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1 MONTH NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAID ORDER. Are you guys kidding me? Its been a month and I have ordered in a bulk with a huge amount. I have mailed you people, there has been a response Long time back as it will be dispatched soon. But when? Tell me a date when. A fix date. I dont want to hear the 'soon' word. I want the order asap. Else give my money back.
What is your approx delivery date 3-15 days right? If some problem arises, max to max 21 days right? IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. I REPEAT A MONTH!!!
Where is the problem? Where is the hole in your company
I am forced to complain here in public. I hope it gets resolved otherwise I really have to complain elsewhere, I will take it further.

FIX THE PROBLEM ASAP AND DELIVER MY ORDER WITHIN 3-4 days.

Ordered on 6th of October order id- #3645753 and order is not dispatched till date. First it was supposed to be delivered on 26th of October and then extended to 1st of November and again extended to 6th of November . I don't know if I should trust you guys or not. But I'm really disappointed that no one is assisting me as well .I emailed I raised queries I tried to call coustomer care even I texted on ig official account but still no response. I bought a pair of shoes from this company and the description box said that the material of shoes was "synthetic leather" but instead it was "suede". I tried reaching out to them but they neither picked up my calls not answered my complaints through the complaint ticket generated. Uts been four days already and they are still not answering.
This is fraudulent and inappropriate to treat your customers like that when they trust you and buy products from you.

I ordered the item and it got delivered by xpressbees.
But I tried calling them ans raised a query as well on their website but no response from them. Even they disconnect the call. Also they did not marked delivered on their website so that a customer can return the item back. It's all a scam . I want it to be returned back or want my money back
