    The complaint is regarding the order no. #3656080.The product confirmation was done on 10 th october for three tops in SSS, But is not yet been shipped even after 10 days. It would be helped if they initiate it faster. The money is alrready been paid and hence cannot be cancelled too.

    This was the exchange products for the order earlier order of boots, where the money was credited as voucher and the products were ordered on October 10th.

      When the product was delivered to me and I opened it at that time only but the quality was not good and I place the return request within 15 minutes ofGetting the product from the delivery agent., , , Now they have Kept my return on hold telling that Quality check have failed. I can’t understand the reason because I Placed my return request within 15 minutes and the reason for returning the product was the same that the quality was not good and I don’t understand now what should I do how can I get my money back.Please help

        Hey... Ite been 20 days and there is no updates regarding my parcel. It was prepaid order. I only got message about that my parcel has been shipped and after that I'm unable to track it. I've tried to contact the Stree style store official contact number but the number is showing wrong. I've also texted like 100 messages to their official account on insta but they didn't respond me they are literally doing nothing. Please help me with that.

          I didn't received my order yet its been more that your maximum TAT, my order no is 3623553. This is soo pathetic experience, even you guys are nothing to do with customer experience, now I'm raising my query 4th time, no response from your side. I'll not recommend your site. If you people can not handle customer queries and order, why don't you shut your order placing.                       I ordered from them 6th september 2020 and it's been a month since my order is not delivered. A few days before it showed that it was shipped and in transit. But now it's showing that it's has reached a total different state. They do not respond to queries. They do not pick calls. I tried to call them like 20 times already.                                         I have no idea why their customer service agents are not responding. The most poor support staff I have ever seen.
                                        I did place an order and received a damaged/used product. Hence, initiated exchange same day.
                                        They sent an agent to do the return pickup but I have not received the new product yet and not even the refund.
                                        On top of that, not responding to the tickets which I have raised. I have raised 3 tickets and its been more than a month they aren't responding.
                                        What is this behaviour?

                                        Hi. I kinda gave up. Cause the process is quite filled with hassle and trouble. SSS I like your products. I have kept the other footwear as its all set to rock. But I received other pair as a damaged/used one. So I raised an exchange req. For the same size. You guys didn't respond. I raised consumer complaint. You send size 38. And all this process took 30+ days. I have cancelled the exchange order as it is size 38 which won't fit into my foot as I ordered the same one. So I do not have patience and it doesn't make sense to me to ask for size 35 again and wait for another week or 10 days. Hence, I am expecting a refund for that amount. I request to make this process hassle free as I have raised the same complaint few days back on SSS forum and no one responds. Its irritating. Very much frustrating. Thanks.

                                        Are you returning funds back to me? Or I shall go ahead with my bank to raise a dispute with cancelled merchandise. I do mot want a voucher to chase SSS back for some other order related concerns. I am done.
