I have no idea why their customer service agents are not responding. The most poor support staff I have ever seen.
I did place an order and received a damaged/used product. Hence, initiated exchange same day.
They sent an agent to do the return pickup but I have not received the new product yet and not even the refund.
On top of that, not responding to the tickets which I have raised. I have raised 3 tickets and its been more than a month they aren't responding.
What is this behaviour?
They arent even refunding my money.

They do not respond since Sep 28. After doing the exchange pickup. I am so frustrated. First they sent me a used product and now they are irritating me like hell. What dint they respond to my 3 tickets which I have raised from my SSS account.

Hi. I kinda gave up. Cause the process is quite filled with hassle and trouble. SSS I like your products. I have kept the other footwear as its all set to rock. But I received other pair as a damaged/used one. So I raised an exchange req. For the same size. You guys didn't respond. I raised consumer complaint. You send size 38. And all this process took 30+ days. I have cancelled the exchange order as it is size 38 which won't fit into my foot as I ordered the same one. So I do not have patience and it doesn't make sense to me to ask for size 35 again and wait for another week or 10 days. Hence, I am expecting a refund for that amount. I request to make this process hassle free as I have raised the same complaint few days back on SSS forum and no one responds. Its irritating. Very much frustrating. Thanks.

Are you returning funds back to me? Or I shall go ahead with my bank to raise a dispute with cancelled merchandise. I do mot want a voucher to chase SSS back for some other order related concerns. I am done. Would you mind to initiate a refund as it's already been more than a week since I cancelled exchange product ? And that SSS forum is pathetic seriously. No one reverts to you.

    My order no. #3617518 has been delivered. But the size given is not being fit, and as it is the last size, I cannot replace it too. But when we ordered there was a option of returning where the amount will be given as gift voucher .But now we are not getting any reply from the company regarding the request sent.

      I gave my product for exchange but i have not received it yet. I would like to know how much longer will it take. It's been 14 days when you recieved the package. If you are willing to send it please do it fast or i want my money back. I hope you understand and will take action immediately.

        Delivery issue

        I ordered a combo of four shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 14th Sept, 2020 from http://streetstylestore.com/ &amt paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me . They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email...

        Placed an order at this site on 3 october 2020 and paid through upi. I received the transaction success mail from ccavenue but nothing from this site. When I check my history on their site, it shows that I haven't placed any orders yet but they deducted the money already. I tried calling them but they either do not pick up or they are always busy. I also wrote them a bunch of mails yet they haven't responded. How can I get my money back now ?? Here is the mail I got from ccavenue for my payment. I don't need anymore orders, i want my money back ASAP.

              The shoes that they provide in the images are much good looking but when they delievered you pair of shoes their quality is too bad and cheap . Even you couldn't return them and they also don't mention this, when we are ordering shoes i.e you can't return and all.

                              My name is sushmita and I'm a Lawyer.

                              I placed my order on 22nd August and has not been delivered yet.
                              The delivery person /company has cancelled on me saying that I refused to accept the order when I dint recieve any call. (Except the one he called me yesterday and asked if I wanted the order and I said yes. )
                              And now he cancelled on me. I pre paid for the order.
                              And the customer support of the Street style store is beyond unresponsive.

                              I'm going to take this up legally if my issue is not solved ASAP.

                                I placed order a month ago and the delivery person (Xpressbee) cancelled on me twice saying that the customer refused the order.

                                And none of them are responding.

                                If this is how it is going to be. I'm taking this up with consumer forum asap. Because i have had enough with both the companies.
