I had ordered 3 shoes... Online.. From street style store a delhi based company... Which were split into 3 separate orders by then... Order nos: 3405887, 3405888, 3405430... I've placed order on 24th may 2020... It has been almost a month now.. N no msges or notifications or tracking order of product... Please check into the matter...

    This is to notify you that i haven't received my order yet although my payments have already been done. My order no 3403482. I hv tried reaching out to you guys. Had seen your ads on facsbook so eventually ordered. Now if my orders are not sent i will surely make this public on facebook and other public forums.

      Its been more than 1 month i haven't received my order.

      I got a call from the support after posting my first complaint on Consumercomplaints and they confirmed me that I will get a refund and compensation as well. But, even after 10 days, I have not received any refund or compensation even after 2-3 reminders. Nether the products are delivered. Can we get this on priority please?

        I ordered from street style store .My order no is 3391146 and it was prepaid order placed on 5 April 2020.
        Since then it is labeled as priority dispatch but they are not dispatching it.
        I tried mailing them, calling them and even trying to contact them on Instagram but I got no satisfactory response from them . They said that they will dispatch it in 3-4 days and it has been more than a week.
        I have ordered earlier from sss but this was my first prepaid order and I haven’t received it since then.
        I tried tracking the order on delhivery website and the order was not assigned to them.
        If I won’t get the order this week i will never order from the site again and warn my friends about their frauds as well.

        **I made a complaint and it was marked as resolved automatically without any action from their side.**

            3399322 and order i'd: 3375839. I rejected the parcels 10 days ago and i dint get any update regarding the refund for the same. I want the money back in my source account for these parcel! This wouldn't be considered as a return. U want to come flying to get ur stupid parcels over this corona pandemic. U better buckle up n transfer my money back, else i ll proceed legally. I don't mind spending few bucks and my time to take down a pathetic company like yours. Attaching the screenshots where in the customer support conveniently changes their promises.

              I was stuck up elsewhere and couldn't accept the parcels. It's been 10 days i still dint recieve any communication regarding the same from the company. Their customer service is the worst part. Their contact number isn't working.

                I have paid an amount of 1050 for 3 pairs of shoes. Amount was deducted but no offer confirmation received. Transaction failed was displayed on the payment page even after money got deducted from my account. Please check and place order or refund my money.

                  I placed an order on 27th feb 2020 and the lockdown begin on 25th march. The upper limit for order delivery is 21 days so the product should've been earlier only. But i cooperated considering the situation at that time. Now on their site they've advertised for guaranteed dispatch till 7th may and i still have no updates regarding my order?
                  It's really difficult to contact sss service that's why i've to post my complaint here. They should give priority to previous order, if not, atleast let me know the status.

                    As on the date mentioned above i had placed my order. And it is already paid. I just got a notification that my order is confirmed and no further notification from then. It's been more than a week, and i'm worried because i've already paid the amount. I want to know my delivery status. I've tried to raise a query as well, and they mentioned they will get back in 24-48 hours, but no one got back to me. I've shopped many times from sss and i am very satisfied with the products. But this delay is so unexpected and i am worried.

                      I have ordered stuff from street style store on 27 march 20 order no 3388196. This is paid order.
                      Now the status is showing delivered but the address is office address and it's closed due to lockdown.
                      I am ok to get it after my office is reopened or i will give new address.
                      I just want to know that my order is safe and i will get it for sure.

                        Never trust this site. This company is fooling its consumer. I am never going to order from street style store again. I ordered a combo of 3 shoes worth 999 and some how i recieved the product after a long wait. But since the product was not the same seen in the pic i opt for exchange and return the product. Its been more than 2months now and they have not sent a single msg or email status. Tried contacting the customer care no in the website but still no answer. The location finder in their site is just a fake as the company as they don't give any information just a blank page. Tried con
                        Line it was lockdown and there could have been some difficulty in movement of their goods. But its been some week since courier services has started working still they have not updated me about the status. Please don't fall prey to their frauds

                            Street style store — non delivery of three paid product after making the payment.

                            It's been more than one and half a month i haven't received any of my orders, one is still in priority dispatch while i don't know the status of the other one. I don't think you people really understand the meaning of priority. One month is a very long time how much more time do you need? I have already payed for three items. You are kindly requested to deliver both the orders and should be responsible enough when you take someone's money. That too it's not a small amount. Neither do you respond properly to the queries nor do you pick up the calls. I have been texting in instagram sss also but all u say is lockdown and employee safety. Even when the lock down is over u r not sending it to me why? Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your customers. I want my orders to be delivered soon. I am tired of trying to reach you everyday. Plz don't waste my hard earned money because i have already made payment even before recieving the product. When i can trust you and make the payment why can't u deliver it to me soon?

                            Finally after 2 months of constant emails and rising query in SSS app I got my both the products delivered today. I am really not happy about this SSS but I am being happy about myself because I did not give up and tried my best to get it delivered. Never ever I recommend any1 to even install this Street Style Store app also... because the only gain I got from this app is to wait, wait and wait patiently even after making payment. Worst customer service ever. Plz don't do this to any1 I have almost raised 20 queries and sent 30 emails to get my product. Anyway finally my clothes and shoes are worth the try I can atleast wear them lol. Thank you consumer complaint redressal agency for helping me and saving my hard earned money. ☺

                              I have finally received the order after a long wait of 2 months and now one of them has come out to be larger than the expected size. I want to exchange it but I am not able to do it. If another size is not available then please take back the item and send back the money for it as I want to return it back. Though this situation would not have been arrived if the delivery was made earlier. Two months is a long time though.

                                Hi, i have placed orders on 16th march and amount has been deducted from my account but still i didn't receive my orders. I know lockdown is going on but at this time some other companies like - amazon, filpkart, nykaa is doing courier service.
                                If you guys cann't delivered my parcel please refund my amount.
                                I cannot wait any more..

                                Also you should have atleast custmore care no so that consumer may talk and reslove their problem please improve your seervice

Since one of those item was not available in stock and is being manufactured, the order was splitted into two. #3347754 and #3370500 are my order numbers. I would like to know the status of both the orders.                                       My order number #3324661, so i order my product under the scheme of buy 4 @ 999/- shoes l, so i received the order the 3 shoes out of 4 was as shown in the picture but the 4 shoes was not appropriate. Hence i requested for exchanging my product and send me the product which was ordered they took away my 4th pair of shoes by giving the challan receipt but till today i haven't received my 4th pair of shoes. Kindly do send my 4th pair of shoes or else i have to take action against your company.

                                        I have been trying to reach sss customer care executive but there's no number provided. The order was placed on 27 feb and the status is still showing as payment accepted. There's no tentative delivery date nor is there any link provided to track my order. I would like to know where my parcel is and when will it arrive. How long will it take for the order to arrive.
