I had ordered the item worth 1000Rs from sss online website and it's been 2months since they haven't delivered it that's why I have claimed for refund of money back and they are not responding to it.
So I'm claiming the complaint against the website and I expect to get my money back.

I placed order #3510963 on 7th August and received the product on 18th August only to find that they were of wrong size. I placed an exchange and the parcel was picked up from my home the next day and was delivered to the Street style store warehouse on 28th august. Tracking id of the return[protected]Delhivery). Now the customer care is saying that my parcel was not received at warehouse while on the delhivery site it shows delivered.

I have placed an order on 16 aug 2020. Your delivery time period is 3-21 days which is passed but my order is not even dispatched yet. I have raised query 48 hrs passed but haven't received any response and you guys don't even pick calls its always busy. You should have some responsibility. I placed my order on 12th august and recieved it on 23rd but it was in large size so i applied for exchange into size 35 ... the very next day it was dispatched ... but on 25th august i got a call from delivery boy again for pickup of the same order i told him it was dispatched yesterday only ... then he canceled my pickup but i reattempted it ... and from that day i have not got any information about where my product is ...i have tried everthing... i have sent so many mails to this company i have called them more than 50 times i have messages them on instagram ... but still no response ... the lasy on the customer care says i will get my order after 5 days and repeats this statement everyday ... i want my product that i paid for as quickly as possible

Respected sir, we are totally fifty families residing in nsk street, tondiarpet - 600081. We are facing a severe problem of overflow of drainage for the last three days in our street. This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Every people in our street had crossed the drainage water day to day. Drainage leakages may cause diseases cruel than corona. Kindly take necessary action immediately.

And you now after these days customer service are saying if I want a refund
Please have some responsibility after taking the money
If you couldn't deliver it you shouldn't have just not taken any order
Every time I call the customer care it's told that my order is in the priority dispatch since a month

A person from the store took the wrong numbered flats but they haven’t been replaced till now. Its been a long time since. Please look into it and send the flats as soon as possible.

I ordered boots from SSS. They delivered in 15 days and size is too small & quality is worst. I tried to calling customer service for return but they didn't answer my phone. I sent them mail but they didn't reply. Worst site ever. They are making fools to customers. What should i do with these boots. I cant wear it i cant return it. One more thing i Paid for this Rs783 and now price is showing Rs 524.

It has been a month since i placed my order. I would like to say that this is a fraud site. It will take your money and won't give your order. There is no telephone no. Provided in their customer care number, as a result, the only option left to contact is through email. There is no response from their side. The only thing i can do is take police to their office and stop my friends shopping over there. I ordered 3 clothes for rs. 999 and they are just delaying the order, they said it'll be delivered on 13th August then on 16 and now 21 then 22nd August and now 23rd August. Kindly update or refund.
