I orderd heeled boots from sss and made payment through google pay money is dedected from my account but order is not placed or confirmed. And i tried to contact through the number you have given in website but there is no response. I want my money back...

I added footwear from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through google pay. In google pay I made payment and it got successful (screenshot attached) But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amout already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. I want my money back...

I ordered footwears from this company they have and instagram account and also a website. As per their policy they dispatch orders from 3-21 days from the date of order placed. But i have placed my phone order on 4 july 2020 and its been more than 21 days they haven’t dispatch my order nor their customer service is available....
