    I have ordered ""Platform lace up short boots"" - Size : 37 on 14th December 2019.
    I did not get any update after my order. Its been so long I am waiting for my product.
    when I check the status of my product, Status is still showing payment accepted.

    Kindly provide the status of my order and I want to know why I did not received my product yet.
    Its been approximately 20 days.

    Hi Please see the below links along with their product name and tell me which one you can deliver at the earliest withing 12-13 days (not more than that).
    You have already took lot of time for one par of shoe to be deliver. So make it on priority. My shoe size is 37

        I ordered from street style store on
        5th nov 2019.
        My order is still not delivered and whenever i try to reach them on portal their customer executives are always busy.
        I tried to call them for more than 109 times now as i really need my order asap.
        But no response and when i checked possible delivery date, it's always between next 4 days, but i never received order on mentioned delivery date.
        If they can't fulfill my order they should return my money or else send me delivery as soon as possible.

          I order the shoes on : 21-dec-2019.

          I received my order on 25-dec-2019.

          My order number is : #3237421

          I order the boots lets rock the party boots but i did not received the boots instead i received the heels which is rs 299 which i did not order. I had paid 699 rs for boots.

          I had called many times on customer care number but no body respond to me. The number i use is : [protected] which was available on their website.

          I need the same shoes which i had order if that not available then they need to provide me credit note so that i can order similar boots.

          I had attached the screenshots. The order which i placed and which i received.
          I had also attached the invoice email which i got after confirmation.

              I have been trying to reach the customer care team since three days, because of a concern, (I had ordered same dress thrice which i wanted to exchange before the delivery).

              When ever i call the cc number they say the team is busy and would assist you as soon as possible, but never received any calls or mails from their side. I have placed an order worth 5k and now i am not even able to contact the team.

                    This is in regards to the pick up request i made for all we know flats. I believe i had initially made a request for 2 products under the same order negating this pair because it looked like it was an original product different from the rest. But a close analysis and scrutiny of the product given the past experiences with the other products not related to this order i have decided that i want it to be returned to the company. The sandal has not been worn and is in the same state that you will not query when u take it. However my complaint is that if you complain that i didnt include it with the other order why can't i be entitled to change my mind? I am a consumer and under the consumer protection act i am guaranteed of such privileges. I am unlike the service provider who has failed to fulfill their duty and obligation of providing quality products worth the wait. I am not going to let sss let me use products which i feel are not worth my quality. If you decide to sell products they should be as per the quality you have stated and promised. Initate pick up and if you choose not to refund me it ok but i will not stay with a poor quality product, however i want my refund done as i paid money for it.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have an account with Street style store and I had placed an order on 11th November for 3 footwear which I received on 19th November and all of them were of improper size hence I requested for an exchange on 20th Number. Initial order I'd order ID #3148196. The products were picked up in the next week but till date I have not received the exchanged products.

                              I have been trying to call on the customer care continuosly but the line is getting disconnected.

                              This is highly unprofessional and to the worst customer service when one has to wait for the product for more than a month without any update on what's the status.

                              Request you to let me know the status at the earliest. If there is any further delay in the delivery, then I would request you to refund the monies!! I have placed a request on Insta as well as on FB but there is no revert!!!

                                I am not requesting you. I'm just warning you people to refund my money. I had made my payment of 1462 from google pay but my order is not generated yet. I made my payment on 16th December 12:04. I tried to contact with customer care but i think its all your trap to make people fool. I am warning you, I will sue you. I want my money within 12 hrs. Otherwise get ready to see the consequences. I literally mean it.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I have placed online order on 7th november 2019 and made the payment. My order id if 3140359. I have raised upto 4-5 tickets on the street style store website and havent heard anything from them. I have made regular calls to [protected] - the contact number provided on the website but there is no one to receive the call and provide update on the order.

                                  As per sss update, my order will be shipped in the next 3-4 days and i shall be receiving an email on the same. I have no communication from sss even though its the 5th day today.

                                  I really want to know if they have run away with my money, then i can go the legal way.

                                  Please be mindful that i need the products which i ordered on 7th november 2019
                                  Or
                                  I need full money refunded to my bank account

                                  Do not fool me by any means (Like credit note or company does not have policy of refunding money)

                                  Because your company does not have any policy which allows that - the sss website can show the product as available and ask consumers to pay online (You store our money with you and earn interest over it) and after a month and a half of no revert say that your product is not available and therefore we need to buy something else out of it. Do not trap me with this or else law will be my side. This goes for all online shopping websites and law goes by this route, which you will be well aware of.

                                  I have paid my hard earned money placing the order. And wasted my energy following up with this cheat company.

                                  I hope this forum will help me reaching them and i shall either get my money back in my bank account only or my products which i have ordered in the next 3 days

                                    I have placed my order of 2 hoodies on 7th november and it's been one month and 10 days since the order was been placed. i have raised queries regarding the same, but no proper delivery date was been provided, and they just say that it will be delivered within few days i don't understand how many more days will they take, or the order will come after the winters.
                                    The order id's is[protected] the order was pre paid, if you could resolve my query and could give the delivery as soon as possible then it's okay otherwise i would have to take some legal action against this.

                                    I placed the order on 5th November, 2019. I have not received the order yet. It has been more than a month now. I order two hoodies and made the payment online. I also complained thrice but still they are saying that the order is under process. My order no is #3135826
                                    I've placed an order for 3 shoes and my account has been debited for 1050/- but it is still showing no oders placed. Kindly refund my amount and do the needful. Inspite of the money being debited from my account your site doesnt show my order placed. Kindly look through the matter at the utmost priority and do the needful

                                    I have placed an order on December 9, 2019 around 10 pm and i paid the amount rs. 1050 via netbanking however, its showing transaction failed and no order has been placed.
                                    I have emailed several times and called but these guys never respond.

                                      I purchased these sandals on the 6th of decembet however much to my dismay today i received a nurse colour shoe instead of the white one displayed on the website. Therefore this product mismatch under order 3206679 is a total disappointment and fails to meet my expectatuons. Take back this order and give me my refund. Add it to the 1422 to make 2091. I am no longer interested in anything you are selling as i am thoroughly disappointed. Such unprofessionalism is disgusting.
