I ordered 3 shoes and it had not been dispatched yet. It’s been more than a month and i haven’t received my order.
The tracking number is given but in the website we cannot track it and we don’t know if the product has been dispatched yet. Upon reading reviews, we don’t know if we should trust this seller. If not received by next week, we are planning to do police complaint or file a lawsuit against this company....

I have paid an amount of 2205 inr to streetstylestore.com for 6 pairs of shoes. Amount from my bank account has been deducted by upi. The websites doesn’t show my order under my orders section and when i reached out to them, they said there is no order. The conversation happened via their instagram account. The phone number and email they provided doesn’t work. Many other customers commented in their instagram account that this is a fraud....

I have placed the order on 5th january and it is showing that my order have been priority dispatched on 6th january, still i haven't received the order and you guys keep on extending the delivery date, if you guys cannot deliver the order on 28th january, then there is no need for the order and why have you put the contact no. On website when you are not answering the calls at all.

I order 2 hoodies from street style store on 02.12.2019 amt rs. 1049. Product is not delivered till date. I made payment online for the product.

I ordered 3 footwear for 999 from delhi and i sent them to my relatives in ahmedabad. When they received it they found it was smaller size. They requested for exchange and your delivery partner came to delhi for picking up those footwear but still those footwear are in ahmedabad so can you initiate the pick up facility in ahmedabad or they can send you those footwear by courier at your address.

It is beyond my tolerance. I placed an order on 4 december 2019. Its been 40 days and my order is still not dispatched. Nobody is answering my phone call, no replys to email. Horrible experience with this site when ever i make payment will never receive products i placed order on 1/12/2019, still haven't received my products worst customer service you cannot connect with any person on phone, you guys are looting amount!! I had order 3 shoes out of which i gave 2 back for exchange. Its been 3 months now since i have initiated the exchange and when i mailed them they always told me that the product is in high demand and is out of stock. I asked them for refund too but they said don't have refund policy. Nor did they cancel the order and gave me a credit voucher. This fraud company should be banned for business. I had ordered clothes from this website and when i talked to the delivery partner they had mentioned i got to know that they don't have any order to deliver. I already paid the amount. This is a fraud website.
As i tried contacting the website, there seemed to be no way for it, this is just a a big fraud company looting customer's money. This site needs to be shutdown otherwise other customers will suffer too....

The store called me once i registered a complaint here and then again they have vanished. I had an date issue with the delivery. Still no positive response i have received from them.

The product has not been delivered yet and no tracking id has been generated since 1month. I have tried reaching through phone but no response and even though mails. They keep on replying the same answer but i couldn't see any signs that my order will be delivered. I need my order to get delivered by 2-4days.
