Hi, i have placed orders on 16th march and amount has been deducted from my account but still i didn't receive my orders. I know lockdown is going on but at this time some other companies like - amazon, filpkart, nykaa is doing courier service.
If you guys cann't delivered my parcel please refund my amount.
I cannot wait any more..

Also you should have atleast custmore care no so that consumer may talk and reslove their problem please improve your seervice

I placed an order but didn't receive any order confirmation message I made my payment according to the process and the amount has been deducted. Can I know what's the issue

I placed an order on 27 february containing 3 items. Since one of those item was not available in stock and is being manufactured, the order was splitted into two. #3347754 and #3370500 are my order numbers. I would like to know the status of both the orders. And i hope you people get back to me as soon as possible otherwise i'll have to put up a complaint on consumer complaints forum and then you'll call me back. Also a gentle reminder that it has already been 19 days since i placed my order. How slow can your service be? I am expecting a quick response from you.

My order number #3324661, so i order my product under the scheme of buy 4 @ 999/- shoes l, so i received the order the 3 shoes out of 4 was as shown in the picture but the 4 shoes was not appropriate. Hence i requested for exchanging my product and send me the product which was ordered they took away my 4th pair of shoes by giving the challan receipt but till today i haven't received my 4th pair of shoes. Kindly do send my 4th pair of shoes or else i have to take action against your company.

I have been trying to reach sss customer care executive but there's no number provided. The order was placed on 27 feb and the status is still showing as payment accepted. There's no tentative delivery date nor is there any link provided to track my order. I would like to know where my parcel is and when will it arrive. How long will it take for the order to arrive.

I received these boots that i ordered, but they were not the ones that were on the website. Major changes in the quality and look of the product. This is bait and switch and i will not tolerate it. The day i received the order i raised a query but found sss to be deplorable with their customer service. I sent pictures of the product received comparing it with the product on the website.in addition there was a major dent on the front.
This type of service in not acceptable.
I received the boots on saturday 7th march 2020 and raised a query as soon as i opened the product.
I am strongly requesting a refund or an alternative solution

My order number 3233343 is yet to be delivered which is originally the exchange product of bedecked boots. I have made the original order of size 39 which is my perfect foot size, but after a month or more my order was delivered and it was so small thay it did not fit me. After again lodging an exchange request, the item is still not delivered and it's been 3 months. I have already paid the money as well. This is such a hopeless site and I regret placing an order from this site at the first place, secondly I recommend all to stop using this site if at all they use it. And lastly I would like to get my bedecked boots order of size 41 as soon as possible of order no. 3233343 or I'll sue all of these people or rather I should say fraudsters, who in the name of running this business, actually loot the people. The product is so disgusting and the size also doesnot matches with your actual size. It has been over 3 months and am still caught up in this drama, all of the people in the so called horrific company #streetstylestore can rot in hell for all I care. Just that customers earn through hardwork instead of cheating all around so kindly deliver my order as soon as possible. I would like to warn the people out there to stop indulging their time mainey in this cheap website, because it is FRAUD. The whole of crew is a waste. And I would never recommend this site to anyone, I swear. Such a cheap company!
I want my product within a week now, else it won't end up to be good for you people.

I ordered the splash the time rain white platform sneakers - size : 41 which were delivered on 19-dec-19. I only ever wore them once before the shoes broke in half. The quality and make of the shoe is horrible. Sss customer service is refusing to email me so i can share images of the product they sell and refund the money.

It is a fraud company that sells products way below the quality standards they advertise. The customer care refuses to be of any help.

This is regarding my order number #3287202
I placed this order on 19th january 2020. It's been more than 22 days now and still there is no information from their side. Whenever i post a query asking about the status they just say that order will be dispatched soon and they give no additional information.

I need to know when it will be delivered. Because in your site you have posted that it takes 6-21 days and now it's been more than 21 days.

Or if you can't deliver the product, initiate a refund. Don't try to fool people.

Since I have posted a complaint against the Company, I have received a call from +91 [protected] saying that he would refund the money and I shall then remove the complaint. He asked for my card details and otp and instead of crediting the amount, he debited it. He tried even more transactions but couldn't due to low balance. Also the company had not contacted even after the complaint was filed.

I got a mail on 06/02/2020 that my order has been delivered but i didnt get any package because that order was misdelivered. I don't know where my parcel has been delivered please checkout call the courier company. I want my parcel to be delivered on the proper address. And i saw that my number is also misprint in the bill but i wrote correct number, this is your fault.
Kindly do some action.

I have ordered a jacket on 21/12/19 with order number #3235749 which was supposed to be delivered within 3-21 days. But it's been 51 days today and i haven't received the order yet. I called the customer care number more than 60 times and an automated response comes for order status which keeps on changing the delivery date. I tried contacting the executive but no one pick up the call. I paid a total of ₹1515/- and i want either the product to be delivered or the amount refunded. I don't even have the cancel option for the product. Please help

Whenever i call the customer care number the automated machine keeps changing the date. I tried contacting to executive but they don't pick up the call. I called more than 50 times but all went in vain. I can't even cancel or track my order. Please help as soon as possible.

Hi,
I had ordered a pair of boots on[protected]. I made the online payment. The website says it takes 3-21 days to deliver. It has been 26 days as of today. I tried calling on the provided helpline. There is an automated machine that asks my order number and tells me a date.
I have been calling on that helpline since 18.01.2020. Every time I call, she provides me a new date of estimated delivery.
Overall, I have called 7 times, and they keep on postponing the estimated delivery date.
Also, I attempted to contact the executives responsible for calling. None of them have come in front to speak with me. They are always unavailable.
This behaviour is completely unacceptable.

Your not responding to mails, calls and when i reached to to through instagram, u wanted me to cancel. If you guys cannot deliver the order even after 2 months, then there is no need for the order and why have you put the contact no. On website when you are not answering the calls at all.

I Have placed an order on 19th December 2019 and its been more than 40 days that i havent received my order. Tried calling their customer care but everytime noone is available. Tried contacting them through their portal but there also they give baseless and vague reply. They are not certain about the delivery date. They take pre payment and no update on status.

Its been long and not receiving any certain response.

Garbage is lying on street and it making infection, due to all the dirty waterlogging, i am unable to step out of the house.

The ashram society is turning a blind eye, and no action been taken, pls do the needful promptly with immediate effect without any delay and no alibi.

Sanitization is very important. Pls take appropriate steps

Kindly give the cleaning and removing water as the topmost priority. Kindly expedite however, since last 2 weeks, municipal workers had not picked up the waste from our living society, as i heard they are on strike. Consequently, the situation is so egregious that rubbish is overflowing in the installed dustbins that happen to be very near to my house. Moreover, the smell of the waste is so unpleasant that we cannot open our windows. This is the main reason i am writing to you now.
