Dear team,

I have placed online order on 7th november 2019 and made the payment. My order id if 3140359. I have raised upto 4-5 tickets on the street style store website and havent heard anything from them. I have made regular calls to [protected] - the contact number provided on the website but there is no one to receive the call and provide update on the order. I really want to know if they have run away with my money, then i can go the legal way.

I have paid my hard earned money placing the order. And wasted my energy following up with this cheat company.

I hope this forum will help me reaching them and i shall either get my money back or my products in the next 3 days

Dear SSS Team,

As per your update above dated 1412.2019, it is mentioned that my order my order will be shipped in the next 3-4 days and I shall be receiving an email on the same.

I regret to inform you that its the 4th day today and I havent received any communication yet.

Please let me know where and why is it stuck.

If you are not able to ship my order TODAY due to lack of any sensitivity on troubling consumers to this HIGH level, please arrange to refund the amount paid on 7th Nov 2019, TODAY ITSELF TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

DO NOT FOOL ME BY ANY MEANS (LIKE CREDIT NOTE OR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE POLICY OF REFUNDING MONEY)

BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY POLICY WHICH ALLOWS THAT - the SSS website can show the product as available and ask consumers to pay online (you store our money with you and earn interest over it) and after a month and a half of no revert say that YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE and therefore we need to buy something else out of it. DO NOT TRAP ME WITH THIS OR ELSE LAW WILL BE MY SIDE. This goes for all online shopping websites and LAW goes by this route, which you will be well aware of.

    Hey, I have ordered at Street Style Store also paid for the order online only with debit card. I am not able to track it. And nobody is responding on the calls and messages. I have tried to contact them four to five times but couldn’t get through. Kindly advice how to proceed further because I really need to track that as I have paid for the order and need it as soon as possible.

      I have ordered my products on 11 November 2019 and its already 12 December and yet my product is not delivered. Whenever I call their customer care, they keep postponing the delivery date. Also their customer care executive is never available. I have also complained about the same 3 times before, but they just say it will be delivered soon.

        This website is Rank 1 in disappointing their customers. I've ordered Medium size clothes which are obviously large size and doesn't fit me so I've applied for an exchange. They sent a man he took the return pick up and now my delivery status says it is delivered to the seller. Now I don't know what this means because I haven't got my product yet.I know they do not have return policy but i've applied for Replace/Exchange because of the size.             I ordered two hoodies from street style store on 16th november 2019 and payed for it online. And after ordering they send me a confirmation message that the order will be delivered within 3-21 days. Its almost a month now since last placing my order, i have send queries about my order several times but they haven’t replied to any of it recently just once in the early days saying “ this is regarding your order id #3158505.

              Being convinced by the offer which said 3 for 999, got me in knots.
              Ordered the offer on 8th December, 2019.

              Only because my birthday is in few days. Rarely order from online, the products seemed pretty and, I fell for it.
              But after going through the comment section on instagram website, the google reviews, were scary.

              Please do help, this is my first experience.
              And it was a gift cash from my grandmother.
              It makes me upset knowing how one could crack trust with customers, taking away the amount with no delivery as promised.

              Atleast respond. Mails, calls, dm, somehow.

                  I have placed my order on 4th november and the delivery date showed 20th november then. My order number is 3134438. It's been more than a month now and i haven't received my order.

                  I have called them several times. No one picks up the phone.
                  I haven't sent messages to them on instagram, no one replied.

                  I just need to know when my order will be delivered as such kind of a service is pathetic and i feel cheated!!

                      I had placed an order with streetstylestore for clothes. It is my first order with them. It has been more than 28 days. Have not got the order. I have raised multiple tickets

                      I have even called the customer care no, but no reply. It is just constantly busy.
                      There has been no reply to anything ever since.

                      The ticket status shows high on priority.

                            I want to put it on the record that street style stores totally scammed me and its credibility is questionable. The company responded to my int ital grievance and said they would resolve the matter however this is now december and nothing has been done yet. What kind of service is this? Honestly why do daylight robbery in such an unruly manner. Sss be ashamed and stop such unprofessional practices.. Stop this i am launching a complaint with the consumer court and be ready to be served i cannot take your nonsense anymore shame on you you should be ashamed!!!

                              This is # cite for starters, i ordered on 28 october 2019 and it's 30 november already.
                              I've complained thrice before, i had no option but to lodge a complaint under consumer protection act.

                              They reply the same all the time, the contact no. Provided is fake, i've lost my money.
                              It's just an illusion these people create under the guise of sale.

                                Hello,

                                On 26th november 2019 i ordered 3 flats from street style store. On 30th november 2019 at 9.55 am i received the products.

                                I recevied all the 3 flats but the main issue is that out of the 3 flats i received 1 wrong flat instead of the one that i had ordered originally. I am so disappointed from the street style store. I did not expected this silly mistake from you guys.

                                Also, the shoe size is big for me so i want to replace the flats but i dont understand that should i replace only 2 or 3 flats because i received 1 worng product.

                                The flats that i ordered are as follows:

                                1. Heart know it all marsala - shoe size -39
                                2. Coco said pearls emboridered flats - shoe size -40
                                3. Get ready flats (This is the name mentioned on invoice but received a different product altogether) - shoe size -39
                                Order number: 3179872

                                Now my issue is that i want to replace all 3 of them because the shoe sizes are 1 size big for me and the main issue is that i also want the product that i originally ordered to be delivered to me with correct size.

                                Please tell me what should i do now to get the correct product and the correct shoe size.
                                I want resolution asap...

                                On 30th Nov, 2019 i visited streetstylestore.com and i placed the request for replace where in the replace request includes:
                                Size change for all three and
                                1. Heart know it all marsala - shoe size -39(new size needed:38)
                                2. Coco said pearls emboridered flats - shoe size -40(new size needed:39)
                                3. Get ready flats (This is the name mentioned on invoice but received a different product altogether) - shoe size -39 (new size needed:38 and i mentioned the reason as wrong product received)

                                On 1st Dec 2019 the delivery boy from Delhivery pickup service came and collected the parcel from me stating that it will be delivered to streetstylestore and then you will get your requested products withing few days.I have not yet received the confirmation msg from Delhivery pickup service about the reverse pickup that is done.
                                He also gave me a receipt.Although he collected all the 3 products but when i check on the streetstylestore website, in my orders the status is not yet updated and it shows exchange request send.I haven't received the confirmation msg from Delhivery pickup service.
                                I have attached the receipt and the images of the actual products and delivered products too.
                                I want the original product mentioned on the webiste and the remaining 2 products delivered to me ASAP!!

                                  I've been very patient about my order they're not paying any attention to their clients! Not a single phone number is working, it's very frustrating. I've ordered from this site on 8/11/19 and it's been 21 days and i haven't received any kind of replies yet. The status on website still says preparation in progress! Is hasn't been dispatched yet i don't know how much more time they need. I don't even know how to contact because nobody answers from their side! They don't even have any email-id. So i suppose this is the only option to get my answers! My order number is - 3141022.

                                  I ordered a blazzer bt the size was incorrect so i requestd for exchange the delivery boy pickup the order but didnot replace it .it was cod order so how can i get my money back let me know...plz its been soo long but sss didnot respond i called too but all the lines are busy

                                    My issue is from the year I have bought shoes from them in 2107 2 pairs...I wanted to return Nd ur team took one year to generate return...when I returned back ...I have not got anything in return not product not money Nd m mssgng no one is replying Nd it's 2109 endcustomecare never picks phn I have called unlimited times rediculos dealing
                                    I have ordered boots from streetstylestore and size didn't fit so i placed exchange request. Delivery boy picked the product but i didn't receive any update on that also no product has been delivered against that.my order id is 3161791

                                      I placed two orders (313932 & 313948) and both the orders were cancelled.

                                      Order no 313932 before reaches to my doorstep, i cancelled it.

                                      And the order no 313948 reached to me but i do have some quality & size issue, that also i put for return but still that order is in my custody only. No one came to collect the same.

                                      And i did not receive money against order no 313932 & 313948.

                                      Tried to call on customercare but not able to connect with them. Waited around 20 mins but then to cc not answering.

                                        I recently made a purchase of 10 pairs of sandals from the company of which i was only satisfied with 3 pairs. I was however not satisfied with the quality of 4 pairs so i asked for a refund upon which i was told i would be issued with a credit note upon having picked up the returns. However, only 3 out of 4 pairs for returns were picked up and so i remain with one pair which i am not satisfied with and efforts to communicate with them have been futile. They dont pick calls and they do not respond to emails. Moreover, the status of my credit note is in limbo. Secondly i made an exchange request for 3 pairs of sandals of which they were collected by the status of exchange has not been mentioned.
