Firstly, you have a pathetic service where customers are don't have an option to connect with you.

You have so-called query section where you reply and close the query and we can't even reply to that because you close it yourself.

No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (See attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet.

This is the worst website ever. These are fraudsters. Even after payment was done these people have not sent any mail regarding the delivery and are showing my order status as nil. A huge amount was paid to them at the time of placement of order. There has been no cooperation from their site and i have been cheated. I am really really dissapointed with the street style store clothinng brand. They are so reckless and ruthless, these people dont have any courtsey to even respond to a phone call. I had already ordered a dress a month ago and yet it is not recieved. I tried so many times to track there is no tracking information about it.
