I bought three pairs of slipper from strret style store (Sss) online store. And i wore one of it when i went out. I was just wearing that slipper for 2 hours and after getting back to my home i saw black rashes allover my foot and anklet area on my both the legs. And i consulted a cosmetologist and doctor told me that because of the online slipper product this has happened to me. I thought it will vanish if i put any ointments on it. But, it didnot. My foot has because worse than ever. I need to file a complaint on street style store online shop. And want to return the product and refund it and need the medical allowance which i spent on this. Please help me.

On 24th nov 2019 i made online payment of rs 1155 the payment is shown clear and amount debited from my account. I also received an email from avenue india pvt ltd (
[protected]@ccavenue.com) of successful payment done with order id:[protected][protected], cc avenue reference num :[protected], order date: 24/11/2019 22:30:26. But still on the website the order is not placed yet.
I have attached all the possible details of invoice statement from cc avenue, my bank statement. Please find all the attachment and resolve my issue.
Please refund my money or else process the order asap. I need a proper resolution asap!!
Please revert if i need to mail you the same issue. But i need resolution asap!

I have placed the order on 4/11/19 i got the product on 10/11/19. Fine. But my shoes not fit well that's why i requested for exchange with bigger size. I submitted my request. On 19/11/19 it shows exchange - replacement order made.. I have dropped my query there many time.. They did not respond properly when i got the order. My payment done. Again it shows on 19/11/19, exchange - replacement order made but product not received. What the hell. If they didn't get the product that's their fault not mine as well the delivery boy was so rude. May be has took the product on the basis of ego or as a revenge. Kindly resolve my problem. If possible send my shoes fast or give my # earned money.

I have ordered 2 product in which one was having size issue which is fine and replacement has been acknowledged. But this complaint is about the other item i have purchased striped sleeve bomber jacket.
The quality and look and feel of the product is not good as expected.
If you cannot refund. Kindly return your product and allow me to puchase any other jacket from the same amount.
You can add the credit note in my account so that i can purchase something else.

I have ordered girl's boots in size 38 but they handed me size 36 i've asked for the size exchange since i have already paid for the order. It has been almost 5 days i haven't recieved any notification or message from them regarding this issue. Neither they are exchanging the size nor they are returning my money back and the worst they are not even trying to take any initiative against this issue. Everytime i try to contact them either their mailing address is not found or contact no. Is busy. I'm so upset with this behaviour and i feel like cheated.

I ordered a 3 items from street style store dated 5 november 2019. They have till today date 19/11/2019 given me any tracking info of my order. I have tried complaining online through their complain system till no response. Same dialogue is repeatedly said that it will take time but tell me a fixed time. Please at least give me a information about when will i get my order. I needed the products as soon as possible but i will never recommend this site to any one of my friend because services are not at all as please.
Please can you make my order delivered by this friday 22/11/2019.
If not cancel my order.

I have raised a query also but for this purpose but i didn't get any response from their side. I am continuously calling their customer services from last past 10 days but no response.

Very pathetic service and very disappointed also... Can't recommend this website to others...

This is regarding order number #3084500 done on 7th october 2019 (Invoice attached). I have purchased 3 tops for 1065 and order no is also generated with invoice and i did online payment also of rs. 1065 but the estimated delivery time was 21 days and i have not received any message also for that.. And it has crossed more than 23 days and still no idea of shipping.

I have raised a query also but for this purpose but i didn't get any response from your side.

Customer services are not picking up our calls... Continuously trying for last 10 days everyday.

Very pathetic service and very disappointed also... Can't recommend this website to others. Big fraud...
