I waiting for my order till now I have not received my package.they did replying on call. my order I'd is 3076353 I want my package if it not possible so I want my money back I paid 1150 they did not receive my call even I am not able to track my order.

Not at all reliable.. I bought 3 pairs for 999/- online (attracted by the offer ofcourse) but it's been more than 30 days and it has not been delivered. I don't even know if they are dispatched yet. They don't pick up calls at all. No support.. no replies to complaints over their portal.. just a standard answer that the order you made is HIGH IN DEMAND. We are making it on PRIORITY and sending it your way. I don't know if priority works this way then how do they otherwise deal with customers???

    Street style store have a pathetic service where customers are don't have an option to connect with them

    I have purchased 3 shoes for 999 and order no also generates and i did online payment also rs. 1065 but to estimated delivery time shows more than 15 days and i have not received any message also for that..

    I have raised a query also but for this purpose but i didn't get any response from your side.

    Customer services are not picked up our calls...

    Very pathetic service and very disappointed also... Can't recommend this website to shopping for anyone.

    Because i think it's fake.

      Hello,

      Firstly, you have a pathetic service where customers are don't have an option to connect with you.

      You have so-called query section where you reply and close the query and we can't even reply to that because you close it yourself.

      I have purchased 4 products which was delivered late and that is what you are known for but i want to exchange 2 products for which I have initiated the process on 15th October and I was told it will be taken in 3-5 working days and that has not taken place yet.

      Secondly, i want refund for 2 products as one product has defect and other has a very bad quality.

      After trying to contact you many times i had to put it over here.

      Hoping for a revert ASAP.

      Hi,

      Products (Set- Carefree days blacktop with trouser And Set Strappy Top With Belt Trouser ) of order #3046982 are picked up almost 10 days ago after that there is no update.

      And other 2 two products Curved Hem Longline Tunic ) and ( Elegant Green Dress from order #3053216 ) pick up were canceled by your side only and then again received a request for pickup which was done almost a week ago.

          I had ordered 4 pairs of clothes worth rs.1889 from street style store on the 28th of september 2019. They accepted the payment very gladly and no other further processing of clothes were made. They also have mentioned in their page that the delivery time is 3-21 days and that time period is over. They seem like they dont even care about the order I 've made and is ignoring my queries and even my calls. The number they have given for customer service is entirely fake. This the worst online shopping site i have ever ordered from. Their processing time, delivery time and even the customer service is extremely poor. I either want the refund back or the clothes.!

            Hi,

            I ordered a combo of three shoes worth rs. 999/- on 29 sept 2019 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my credit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (See attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet.
            Is this the way to treat a customer? It's been so long and there's no track of my order!!
            This is very upsetting. I've even attached a screenshot evident of the same.

                  I ordered three pair of footwear from the website street style store under the scheme buy 3 at 999, it was stated that ill get my product within 22 days. I got my product very late i placed the order on 2nd may but got it delivered on 17 june, even after constantly reminding them to send my order. When i received my order i was really disappointed from 2 products out of three, still i lodged the complain only about 1 pair, the website has no proper way of communication, i kept trying to get in touch with them via the number that have on their website but the number never worked. It was really hard for me to contact them. Lately i got a call from their website they asked me to refund the money in my website account but as i was really disappointed with the product and the unprofessional way of the website i clearly stated that i want my money back in my bank account though they don't have the policy of transferring money to the bank account still the guy who called me on behalf of the company agreed and sent me the mail asking me to share my bank details, i reverted on the mail with my details, still they refunded me the amount in my website account (The account i have on their website). I overlooked this fact and thought to order another pair from the website using the money they have deposited in my account i. E. 349. They told me i can use it to shop from the website in future. As i ordered my footwear previously under the scheme 3 for 999, out of which 1 i returned, i want to get the other pair in the same amount because the websites says 3 footwear in 999 and i got only 2 pairs, one pair had defeat which means they should sends me the new pair under the same scheme, but as i tried ordering my new pair i noticed that they are charging me on the mrp. To discuss the issue i tried reaching them via call but as stated whenever i call i m notified that the service isn't available at the moment try again later. Also i texted them on their website help corner, i didn't get any revert. I want that either the company should return me my money in my bank account or send me the new pair of footwear i choose under the scheme price without asking me extra charges. I m attaching the picture of the product showing how much it varied from the one shown on the website, one picture in which they are asking me to pay extra for the new pair. Very clearly stating that the new pair of footwear i am willing to order are shown on the website under the same scheme 3 for 999.

                    This is the worst website ever. These are fraudsters. Even after payment was done these people have not sent any mail regarding the delivery and are showing my order status as nil. A huge amount was paid to them at the time of placement of order. There has been no cooperation from their site and i have been cheated. Its been more than a month i placed my order and they promised delivery within 3-21 days. My order number is #3045368.

                      Ordered shoes om 4th of september which were delivered on 2nd october.. Okay then i wished to replace them they came on 6th and today is 13th.. I haven't even recieved my replacement order.. I mean woww.. They are so uncoordinatedd.. Literally regretting ordering from this site.. I wish i could either get my money back instead of their products.. I just don't care.. Get me my order as soon as possible.. Such a bloody site it is.. Would neverrr everrr order from this company..                         I am really really dissapointed with the street style store clothinng brand. They are so reckless and ruthless, these people dont have any courtsey to even respond to a phone call. I had already ordered a dress a month ago and yet it is not recieved. I tried so many times to track there is no tracking information about it. It is really shameful and pathetic specially when the payment is made online. Im going to complain on a higher note too as this is not acceptable at all. How can u not dispatch the product and there is no proper tracking information?? Worst management staff there would be. I really request overall people from everywhere to please stop their orders from streetstylestore. There is no corrspondance to even get in touch with the company! So shameful! Absolutely not acceptable!

                            I had raised a complaint on this portal few weeks back.
                            I had ordered size 38 for the black criss cross heels as per the above order no. And now that is one size big for me and it does not fit well. I want one size smaller but it is not available on the site.
                            2 weeks ago, after i raised a complaint i got a call from your end saying that the product will be picked up and a smaller size will be delivered to me or i will be given store credits.
                            The product was already picked up on 27th sep 2019 and till date i have not received any confirmation from your end regarding store credits or replacement of the product with a smaller size.
                            The product has costed me rs.734 approx and still i have not received any replacement of the product or store credits.
                            Please take immediate action on the same.

                              I need to delete my present account as per fraud is done with my account. Ill recreate it a new one. Please give me a way to delete my account.                                 I ordered two shoes for 839 inr almost a week ago. It was prepaid through bhim upi. The money was deducted from my account but the order was not generated. I called the customer care number and submitted my complaint there. It has been four days and i no one has reverted back although they said we'll get back to you in 24 hours. I have been trying to speak with the customer care executive but no response there too. Nobody is taking my call. Either generate my order or i want my refund.

                                I have done the payment in street style store through upi but the problem is amount has been deducted but the has not been generated yet . Either generate my order or give the refund

                                  I ordered sandles from SSS... My payment was completed and money deducted...i received an email.. But order not placed in SSS... How will I know about my order status..its not showing in SSS page.. I Coudnt even contact customer contact... Will my money get refunded if order is not placed..How will I know it??

                                    I ordered a pair of heels on 21st of august through online payment and received used produc. After several days of complaints and unreturned calls they finally agreed to initiate a return. I received a mail about the processed refund on 16th of september but i have not received any refund yet although it was written it will be credited within 5-7 days. The site remains unresponsive to my queries. Despite several calls, the customer care never responds. And i have no clue about where my money is.

                                    I would want to receive my money back into my bank account as soon as possible.

                                      I selected few items in my cart, moved towards placing the order where no expected delivery date was visible still processed further and successfully completed payment using google pay payment method for ccavenue billing desk.
                                      I have received an email with order number and net payment details but no email received for successful payment where as my money has been deducted from my bank account.
                                      Contacted ccavenue for payment verification but they respond that contact to the streetstylestore merchandise.
                                      Also my streetstylestore account is not showing any order being placed under my account. Tried to contact streetstylestore customer service but nothing happened.
