I ordered 3 pairs of shoes under the 3 for 999 flats offer on 4th of spetember, 2019.. Haven't recieved my order yet.. They never pick up the phone neither they respond to my mail..
So disgusting it is.. My irder is prepaid.. I really don't what are they upto.. Order reference... I need my order anyhow.. They are so irresponsible regarding their customers.. Would never ever shop from this site again.. I literally feel like slapping...

I have ordered few items from street style store on 04 sep'19, i haven't yet received my order. I emailed to their customer support thrice, they are still saying that the order will be delivered soon. Reply to my last email is not yet done by them. Also my order is prepaid.

I selected few items in my cart, moved towards placing the order where no expected delivery date was visible still processed further and successfully completed payment using google pay payment method for ccavenue billing desk.
I have received an email with order number and net payment details but no email received for successful payment where as my money has been deducted from my bank account.
Contacted ccavenue for payment...

I placed an order of 3 tops for 699/- paid the amount via gpay upi the desired amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any message of order being placed nor it is showing in my sss account under orders section. I want refund for the same. I heard nice reviews for sss, this was my first time using this site and it has been horrible till now. I'd appreciate if you take actions regarding this issue asap....

Trying to get in touch with customer care but this portal does not have proper customer care support. Its been more than 21 days since i have placed my order with style street store and there is no communication from street style store. I have made the payment for the order.
There should be proper regulation of such web based portal who are making money by looting public....

I had ordered size 38 for the black criss cross heels as per the above oreder no. And now that is one size big for me and it does not fit well. I want one size smaller but it is nit availabe on the site.

The street style store delievered me the very bad and cheap products and now they r not responding on customer care no and not even giving me a refund and also not reply on a gmail. These people have no shame, the order was given more than a month back.

Am not sure how they can do business like this.

The payment was successfully completed and i received a message from paytm for successful transaction but order has not been generated. The items are still being displayed in my cart. Please generate the order soon.
